Excellent Care and Service

Shine Solar was so patient with all my questions and concerns. They answered in terms I understood. There was no hard selling approach only facts to help me understand what I was deciding on. The app feature is great for letting me know what my panels are producing and when they are producing their maximum. This helps me get my optimum usage. Thanks Shine Solar for reaching out to me.

All good so far

Out system has only been up for a short time but so far so good.

Customer Service, Customer Service, CUSTOMER SERVICE

At no point in the installation process did we fell left out of the loop. These guys have been available from day one to answer any questions and work with us when something comes up. The knowledge that every member of the team had about the in's and out's of all components of the business is what was truly impressive. They were able to explain in greater detail certain parts of the system to someone like myself who has some background in electrical work, while also packaging much of that same information into easier to understand language for other members of the household. There was a level of comfort resulting from this that doesn't always occur when making renovations or additions to a home. The timeframes for each step were always met. If they said they were going to be there at 10 and be done by 2 then that is exactly what happened. The ability to track the the performance of the system yourself through their app also gives me pretty great piece of mind. Very much appreciate the team over at Shine Solar!

Efficient install

Quick and easy install after the go ahead was given. Only had one issue and that is hopefully being resolved, the roofers bent my gutter.

Amazing company, highly recommend

Andrew, Michael, Nikki and the crew were great! They were so awesome I referred my mom, sister and best friend.

Great bunch of guys installed our solar panels. Very friendly and knowledgeable and responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Would recommend to friends

Had a great experience with them.

After checking on Solar with several different companies I went with Shine because not only were they a local company they were educated and answered my questions about everything, which made my choice easy. They team we were given was amazing they took care of everything making it quick and easy NO stress, NO problems absolutely wonderful experience!!

Great business to work with. Answered all my questions and guided through the process. If you are interested in solar, I recommend Shine.

Worked out issues easily!

Great company! The installation with smooth. The panels work great! I love that I can watch them from my phone. I also got a whole house generator. There was a problem with my electricity and I was worried I might not be able to get the generator, but they sent the plans back to the engineers and worked out the issue for free!
