Shine Solar, LLC

Great Choice Great Company

Let me start with the sales process - ZERO pressure, answered all my questions, super knowledgeable, professional and personable. Every single person from the site surveyor, HVAC lead, HVAC installers, solar installers, & insulation installers were friendly, respectful, personable, and the utmost professional. My project manager had to be flexible with my schedule and he found a way to work around my schedule. Can’t say enough about working with this company. Now, I’m looking forward to saving money going forward.

A very courteous and professional company to do business with!!

We had been wanting to go solar for years, but price was just not adding up to the technology at that time. Then Solar Shine contacted us and we went through the sales conference call over the computer. We were instantly approved and about 60 days later we are 2 weeks into having solar panels generating KWh back into the grid and providing our home with green energy! What a wonderful company to work with. I cannot wait to see more products down the line they will offer!!

Great experience

Shine Solar is a great company to deal with from the sales person all the way through the follow-up after activation. I am very pleased with the professionalism of each and every one we came into contact with. I will definitely recommend Shine Solar to anyone that asks me.

Great Company!!!

Shine Solar is a very professional, friendly, and efficient company. I would highly recommend their services. My experience was more than pleasant. They took care of everything and were in contact for each process. I also had a complete HVAC system installed and am extremely happy with that also. If you want to go solar, go Shine Solar!!!!!

Great job on the installation! Expecting good performance!

I first contacted Shine based on a friend's recommendation. They proved to be very responsive, informative and easy to talk to. The system they proposed seemed to fit my needs, so we had the panels installed. I'm happy to say they are working as advertised, and Shine has so far been good about following up on questions and fixing a couple minor snags. The city inspector who gave the final OK to the installation told me Shine always did very clean electrical work. Too early to verify that production vs. consumption is working the way it is supposed to, but we are happy with everything so far. The only problem I have is not so much with Shine Solar, but with their supplier, Enphase. The Enphase IQ8 microinverter was supposed to be available by 2020, but is far behind schedule being released. Not wanting to miss the 2020 26% federal tax credit, I had the system installed anyway - Congress will probably not approve a tax credit like that again. It now appears I will have to pay extra to get the IQ8's whenever they do come out. These should have been standard equipment in 2020. Shine cannot control these circumstances, but I do wish the latest tech would have been installed, or at least offered "at cost" to be retro-fitted.

They were Great!!!

From the salesmen to the installers of the system all were courteous and professional. I was really impressed when a thunderstorm came up suddenly and the installation had to stop until the storm passed over, once the storm passed the crew returned and completed the installation. I thought that was amazing ! ! We choose Shine from the internet, from the beginning to asking questions problem solving with the system every one was patient and helpful.

Efficient and Great Communication

Our panels have only been live for a week but so far no complaints. Communication during the entire process has been great. The installation team is friendly and considerate to your day. The electrical crew was also friendly and took my opinions into consideration when placing the meters. So far, the app has been user friendly and entertaining to mess with.
