Shine Solar, LLC

easy

they took care of everything in a timely manner. always found a way to squeeze me in the days I needed them to.

Great company

The initial consultation I had was very informative. The representative made the process very easy. Site survey flew a drone to get overview pictures and video, to let me know where the best place to put the panels on my house would be. Project coordinator kept me fully informed to the progress of the project. He kept in touch with me on a weekly basis to let me know when the installation date would be. Installation took place on Aug 21 at as promised. With 4 very professional installers. 2 installers did electrical and 2 of the installers did the panels. All my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. The complete installation was done in 4 hours. 1 week later the bidirectional meter was installed by the power company and I was up and operational. My final documentation and warranty information was hand delivered by Nikki Coffman on Sept 8th. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful by answering any questions we had regarding the way the system operates. We discussed warranty and guarantees that Shine Solar offers. The entire process was professionally handled and I am very excited to have a solar system that can save me money as well as help the environment and reduce my carbon footprint.

Awesome Experience

Shine Solar is an awesome company to work with. From the time we started the process to the final completion, they were there the whole time. Each and everyone we were in contact with from the grounds crew to the project coordinator to the concierge, everyone was so helpful and patient with us. We appreciate working with such great folks!

Fantastic work, complete service

Great to work with. Took care of everything to make getting solar a very easy process. Even caught some issues with my A/C before they became real problems! The extra insulation has made a big difference in keeping my house cool, and making the solar that much more efficient!

Great process, system functions great

Shine Solar handles every aspect of the planning and installation of our system. Looking forward to see the offset to our electric bill. Installation was completed by professionals and system looks great,

Overall a very good experience despite some early problems

Took 3 instal attempts to get the panels mounted correctly. The metal roof caused some problems for the system designer. The installing team was great and installation went smoothly and quickly once they had all the correct parts. The system now functions great and as expected.

Great Job

Shine Solar is awesome, great people, great products, great work, and a great experience. My wife and I are very pleased with how this was explained to us over Zoom with Andrew Timms. Annie kept us informed when installation would be, and when they couldn't finish installing due to weather, they got us on the schedule quickly to finish up. The crews were very good with any questions we had. I would recommend Shine Solar to anyone that would like to save money in the long run.

Incredible experience

Great customer service, expedited installation process, friendly knowledgeable staff, just an overall great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shine Solar is The Best!

I cannot speak highly enough about Shine Solar. The process has been easy and painless and is just awesome. They care about their customers and care beyond the point of sale. I would leave 10 stars if I could!

Great experience, professional and courteous

Shine Solar did a grade A+ job, from the very first phone call with Ryan to the completion of the installation, I knew exactly what to expect. I had constant communication with Daniel, my project manager, he let me know when each of my appointments were and explained what step of the process I was in. The installation crew was professional and punctual, as a matter of fact everyone involved in the process was punctual. I have been and will continue recommending Shine Solar to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Easy to work with!

I would recommend Shine Solar. They were great to work with from the very beginning to the final zoom recap call. The only slight negative was the lead up to the install. There was some communication issues in confirming my install, but I think this was because the lady in charge of this area was carrying many hats at the time. They seem to be an expanding company and I can tell why. Great company to work with!

Fast and professional

Would highly recommend. From start to finish was a great experience

Definitely Recommend

Such a great experience with Shine Solar! Everything from beginning to end was simple and everyone was helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to leave your overpriced electric company and go solar!

Very professional, made the entire process easy

No high-pressure salesmen, were very thorough at designing my system and explaining what to expect. Answered all questions and allowed my input on where panels were to be placed. The entire process went very smoothly.

I WAS INCREDIBLY PLEASED WITH SHINE SOLAR.

I researched various solar companies. I was very close to selecting one when I saw a pop-up for Shine Solar. The research phase, followed by the sales phase through the installation was a very professional experience. The project management of the installation process was exemplary as was the follow-up meeting via zoom to ensure full understanding of the system. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHINE SOLAR.
