Amazing company to work with

Shine Solar was amazing to work with. They took the time to explain their solar program and how it works. The better your credit the better your monthly payment. On average, our solar and electric combined will be the same cost. We had everything installed and active in about 3 weeks. We had a point of contact through the whole process. My boss even signed up after I talked to him about it. They guaranteed us our solar would cover up to 75% of our power usage. If not, they cover it at the end of each year. Of course, the sooner you pay the panels off, the sooner you will really get the benefits of solar. You can pay them off early with no penalty.

Why would you go anywhere else for solar?

It felt like I was working with intelligent people who cared about; me, my family, our house, my money and our environment. The sales folks on the phone answered all my questions addressed all my concerns. The manager was available every step of the way. The guys on site were clean, educated, punctual, safety oriented, noticeably skilled and trustworthy. Then the zoom meeting for the post interconnection meeting brought it all together. Answering my remaining questions and further building my confidence in my decision to go with Shine Solar.

GREAT WORK!

Me and my wife were really confused on weather should we get solar panels or not. Chaise was really good at explaining everything to us. Answered all our questions. TJ was always texting me or calling me to see how was everthing during the process of installation. Nikki also gave us a last but not least explanation of how everything works and how to monitor our solar panels. The installation took 1 month less than predicted.

Exceptional customer service

Sales (Carlos), customer service (Brandyn), and installers all very professional and patient. They addressed our concerns and answered all of our questions as well as explaining the process to us. We were very clear as to what to expect and have not gotten hit with any "surprises". They were realistic and upfront with cost expectations. I would say the only downside was the amount of time it took to complete from install to an operational system. This is not a complaint, as now that we've seen all that's involved, it's understandable, plus we had our hvac revamped with them as well. Just a heads up for time planning to anyone considering having solar installed.

Happy I made the switch

Beyond impressed. Made the decision to go Solar and, although it’s all new to me, I am very pleased so far. The staff I have worked with have been extremely helpful and professional. From Alex, sales, Liz, account manger, to Nikki for finalization. The apps seem very intuitive and easy to use. I am excited to make this transition with all hopes it makes a difference for my pocketbook and this big blue marble we all call home!

They are truly great people to deal with. They very polite, knowledgeable, honest and patient bunch. They answer all your questions, leave not even a scrap of paper behind, and go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience.

Great all around!

The man we spoke with when we were getting information was very helpful and truthful. You could tell he wasn’t just telling us stuff to make a sale. He gave us time to think about and wasn’t like some of the others that called daily to see if we made a decision. The install guys were great as well. Very friendly and down to earth!
