Great Solar Company!

I've been wanting to go solar for a long time but never found the right company. I've had a ton of companies come knock on my door and they all seemed shady and I got a couple of solar quotes before from local companies in my area but they were so different from each other that I didn't know who to believe. After this summer's crazy heat though and my high electric bill I knew it was time to make a decision on going solar. I called up a friend of mine who worked in the solar business for a solar manufacturer and asked him who he recommended. He told me to call Trevor at Semper Solaris and that Trevor was one of the most knowledgeable people in the solar industry. I called him up and he helped me get my 12 month of energy usage from PGE. He showed me the shade analysis of my home and had me select which roof I wanted the panels on. He then explained to me the difference between cash, PPA and loan and I decided to go with a PPA. I needed to get some roof work done on my roof and they took care of the roof and solar for me. The whole process took about 60 days and it was super easy, everything Trevor told me they would do they did and the timelines and expectations he set from the beginning of the project were met almost to a T. I would definitely recommend Trevor and Semper Solaris to anyone thinking about going solar!

I interviewed 4 different companies to get a quote for going solar after getting a ridiculous SDG&E bill. I went with Genevieve at Siempre Solaris. She was the most professional person I spoke to. She explained everything to me in a way I that I could understand. The company kept me up to date in every aspect of the install with telephone calls and emails right up until the turn on date. The whole process took less time than they estimated I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Siempre Solaris. And thank you Genevieve!

Best Customer Service

Semper Solaris is the best when it comes to customer service. If you are military they truly honor our vets. We got a great deal for my husband's service and nothing but stellar service. They were on top of letting us know what the next step was and where we stand in the build out. After "interviewing" several other provides we decided on Semper Solaris just because of the customer service we received from Rhami Hasenin. He was very informative and went above and beyond to get us the best deal out there. If I could give them more stars I would.

Semper Solaris Install In Mira Mesa

Semper Solaris did a fantastic job from start to finish! Anela was fantastic. No-pressure sales! They assign a project manager who keeps you informed at every stage and handles all aspects of the install. Middle of the summer and we can run the A/C without worrying about SDG&E (still using it wisely though). Again can't recommend Semper enough!

Best Solar and Roof

My husband and I decided after numerous exorbitant SDG&E bills, to go solar. However, we also needed a new roof. Ideally, finding a company that did both was preferred but we were open to going with two separate companies. Our goal was to have a quality solar panel system, roof and warranty. We ultimately received estimates from four, top rated companies. Two of them were strictly solar and the other two did both solar and roof. One of the four, was Semper Solaris. Fortunate for us, Semper Solaris sent their sales rep, Chase Calkins. We were impressed from moment he walked thru the door. He was punctual, polite, sincere, conscientious, patient and personable. The more time we spent with him, his work ethic, integrity and honesty was apparent. Not once did we feel he was reciting from some sales script, rushed or pressure of any kind. His wealth of knowledge about the solar product was far superior. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every single question. He proficiently computated how much kWh’s we needed, cost and loan options at the appointment. Although Semper’s solar system and roof wasn’t the cheapest price, we recognized neither was its quality and depth of their warranty. We felt it was the best value overall. The decision to go with Semper Solaris was an easy one. Even after the sale, Chase checked in with us periodically to make sure we were kept apprised of the progress. Roof and solar installment went smoothly. The foremen, leads and installers were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They were excellent in cleaning up the job site every day they were here. To our surprise, the solar was actually installed in one day! I highly recommend Chase and Semper Solaris to all my family, friends and colleagues and will continue to do so. SUPER happy with Semper Solaris

I chose Semper Solaris because my Son-in-law did research on solar companies; & he recommended them (if my son-in-law recommends someone, I know they are good or are a good value). In addition, they are veteran owned (Im retired Matine Corps); & they offered a $500 coupon (downloadable from their site) to military. My first contact with anyone from Semper Solaris was Genevieve. She was very informative and knew the product she was offering. She answered all our questions in a thorough manner. Next was the project manager (John Renteria); who kept us inform or the process and where everything was in that process. And finally, what an AWESOME job the install team of Garrett, Chris Y, & Miguel did in installing the panels, wiring, & all the conduit. To the breaker box. They arrived when they said they would, & installed the material in a quick & efficient manner. They answered all my questions (even though I’m sure they heard them a thousand times), & showed me how the system worked. Once the system was installed & approved by the inspector; Semper Solaris took care of everything that needed to be sent to SDG&E and John always kept us informed on where the process was & if there was anything we needed to do. Everyone we made contact with from Semper Solaris was very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable about their product. We are DEFINITELY looking forward to saving money, & not being tied to the high cost of electricity from SDG&E. We love our solar!

We were looking to add some additional solar panels to our house and didn't want to use the company that originally installed our system. I think I talked to 6 or 8 different companies before I was referred to Rhami Hasenin at Semper Solaris. Rhami was able to find a solution that has really worked great for us. Everyone else told us they wouldn't touch our house because we already had a system or the cost was just not affordable. Rhami gave us three options and we picked the one that fit our budget and meet our goals. They installed it quickly and we can't be happier. I've referred Rhami to several of my neighbors and they're in the process of installing solar panels now too. I highly recommend Rhami Hasenin at Semper Solaris.

Great Work, Semper Solaris!

We are completely satisfied with Semper Solaris. We decided to delay writing a review until the job was complete and we got the federal tax benefit they described. As you can tell by the 5-stars, we are SO pleased with the outcome. Semper Solaris delivered 200%!! We started with Rhami H. (fantastic!) then met Jenny D. (responsive) for project management - both answered our questions, followed-up, and followed-thru. Installation of our 11 panels and getting the system turned-on went over without at hitch. We haven't paid an electric bill to SDG&E for more than 3 months (generating more than we use). We're new solar customers and had some reservations about taking the plunge (especially with all of the opportunists out there trying to make a buck on the solar craze). We are so happy we decided to do business with Semper. Thank you Semper Solaris !!

Great Solar Company

We were finally looking for a local solar company (end of Nov 2017) due to the high prices of electricity. We got recommended to Semper Solaris and I cannot stop talking good thinks about this company. Since the first meeting with Genevieve, Senior consultant explaining the entire process and understanding and analyzing our solar needs to actually getting the job coordinated with Michael Cognetti. Everything went lightning speed. Michael was always in contact with us and always informing us about each step of the way, every conversation, meeting and discussion was handled professionally. We are truly satisfied with the quality work and follow up efforts that Michael and his team have provided us throughout the entire process. My family and I would certainly recommend Semper Solaris to any of our family, friends and colleagues. Michael is honest, sincere and can be depended on. Great company. A friend of mine had a solar system installed by Semper Solaris and was very satisfied with the process and results. I have an older house and it was time for a re-roof especially after last year's unusually heavy Cali rains, anyway Semper Solaris had the resources to complete a re-roof. I had a quote just for the re-roof from a different contractor at a comparable price, but the underlayment used was a less than superior product compared to the owen corning product used by Semper Solaris w/a 50 year warranty. I figured I'd ask about their solar system when the gave me a quote for the re-roof...I was impressed with the presentation and technological analysis Mark Ivory w/Semper Solaris presented at the time of visit. I was sold, Semper Solaris was the right company for my needs, they use quality state of the art technology, materials and products at competitive pricing...and if you and/or spouse are veterans, well the incentives are even better and if you need financing they can assist with that as well. Once we decided to go with Semper Solaris, Michael Cognetti was assigned to be our project manager...and he was with us every step of the way, and remains as our rep for any future questions or issues. The entire project went relatively smooth The re-roof was led by Robert Narcy, his crew did a great job they completed the re-roof in 3-4 days and ensured the area was clean and free of debris at the end of each work day. A few weeks later the installation of the solar system began and was also quick, Josh Anthony and his crew completed in two days. Overall, we have be extremely happy with our decision to use Semper Solaris...if you're looking for a re-roof and/or solar, I would highly recommend them...the entire team is very professional, friendly and responsive...in my opinion an A+++ company. The one thing I would recommend is begin the process early in the year if there are tax advantages you're trying to enjoy...many at the end of the year (Nov/Dec) are trying to do the same and weather may not always cooperate...just considerations to keep in mind.

Excellent Service

Just wanted to say a big thank you To Semper Solaris Solar Company for their excellent service with my Solar Project. Anela my sales associate was very knowledgeable and gave excellent service when she came out to my home. The project coordinator Michael and Justin also kept me up to date on my project with emails and texts to keep me informed about all stages of my project. I was very excited when I got my first SDGE bill after putting up many Christmas lights in December to only get a bill this month for about 17.00 for my gas. Also I was given two choices for financing my project. I chose to go to San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union after being a member there since 1985. My loan process was very simply and I got approval in just about a day. The loan Processor Andrea was very knowledgeable about the solar product and my loan process went smoothly. The service was excellent as always. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I’m very happy with my solar and the credit Union.

From the beginning to the finished product, we were very satisfied with the education and process of Semper Solaris' solar product/installation. I am sure by doing it in the fall/winter, the process went much faster, but Semper did all the work... literally. Their building plans sailed trough the permit process and in two days my whole system was installed. For Southern California and the area's reputation of scammers and ripoffs in all retail categories, Semper Solaris is trustworthy and a real deal.

My husband and I had been talking about Solar for about a year now...with this crazy summer we finally met with 4 different companies. We wanted sun power panels but figured it was out of our budget. Before we made the final decision we researched companies that installed some power panels and really liked Semper Solaris. Genevieve Johnson came out very quickly and explained in detail the difference in panels. She’s very knowledgeable in the area and answered all of our questions. She was easy to talk to and after finding out sun power panels with Semper Solaris would cost us a few dollars less and be more efficient than the other panels / companies it was a no brainer for us. The company moved quickly, the workman were at my house early and were very efficient. They installed quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I am pleased with how neat and tidy the equipment looks. Genevieve has been there through every step. If you’re looking to get solar Genevieve is the person to talk to!!

Rooftop Solar Project

I recently had solar panels installed by Semper Solaris, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! The price was very reasonable, and their quality of work was top notch. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and super quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. In particular, Mark Kravchak, Darren Griffin, and Jenny Do managed the construction phase really well and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process to make sure my project was properly installed and completed in a timely manner. Also, the sales consultant, Brian Roble, met with me several times at the beginning to educate me and go through my options to make sure I picked the best system for my needs. He was very upfront with how everything works and didn’t try to oversell me for more than I needed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering adding solar panels on their home!
