Still Satisfied

It has been 3 years since our installation. Very satisfied with this outfit. Most important, they have kept their word from day one. Robert Cassidy, our contact, has come out once a year to 'check in" and we have referred four relatives who have also installed with Semper. If you are in PG&E territory, solar is a no brainer. However, there are areas like Alameda, where my niece lives, and it actually does not make sense their because Alameda has their own power source and they do not gouge their customers like PG&E. Thank you all and Rob for keeping in contact.

Amazing Solar Installation

Amazing execution & installation. I met with Robert Cassidy, Senior Energy Specialist, who clearly knows solar inside out and loves what he does. The team led by Manny Rios was absolutely phenomenal. In 30 years as a homeowner, this was hands down the best experience I have had with a contractor. Rob came back to walk us through the details and we are rolling backwards. God Bless Semper.

Solar Baby!

I rarely ever spend the time to write a review for a company but Semper Solaris deserves recommendation. From our first meeting with Brian Oberman to the installation, everything was nothing short of stellar. Hassle free with all the aspects of this project. Can do attitude with Brian and the whole hayward office especially Alissa kept us up to date with our project. Thank you for everything!

Best Solar Company Ever

This company is awesome!!!! More than awesome!!! It all started with Genevieve. She was so patient and professional. She made us feel more than a customer but apart of the semper solaris family. By the is mostly veterans!! Im a vet and my hubby is active so that just added sugar go the pkg. Any next were the processors and installers. oh my god! everyone of those guys rock. Mark is my project manager and I still call to this day (its been 3 months) and no matter what time he is always answering questions and concerns. I am so happy I went this company. Semper Solaris has a piece of my heart and I will have nothing but good praises for them. Support our veterans and go with semper solaris. Hooyah!!!

He was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. He showed me all my choices with purchasing and leasing the solar system. Ryan Travalini from the Hayward office was super helpful and got us set up with everything we needed from Semper Solaris for our rental properties. After years of going back and fourth with the idea, we finally went solar! We did our homework and met with the top rated installers in the bay area to see what they had to offer. Semper Solaris and Brian Oberman earned our business by being honest and straight forward. Brian took us step by step with all the mechanics and helped make this choice easy. The Semper Solaris process made this decision a no brainer. We are grateful for the support they give to our Veterans and look forward to the success of this company. We donate to our local and abroad troops as much as possible and you should to. The system was installed within 2 days and went live after inspections 3 weeks later. Great Company to work with

I would like Semper Solaris for completing my new roof and for adding solar. Mark Ivory made a great presentation and instilled a great deal of confidence in me that they would do a great job. Sean O'connor did a great job as install manager and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The inspection was done quickly with no issues and the turn-on was a few days later. The close out process was smooth as well. I would recommend Semper to anyone.

Excellent customer service

We had a great experience working with Ryan Travalini from the Semper Solaris Hayward office. He addressed our numerous questions and concerns, and helped us pick the right configurations for our home. We are very happy with the final results and would highly recommend Ryan and Semper Solaris.

Love our new Solar System

We really did our homework before we selected Semper Solaris. We looked seriously at 6 companies. Robert Cassidy is clearly an expert in the field and patiently answered our million questions before we made a well informed decision. We have been in operation for 6 months and there are no surprises . The system is performing as represented by Robert.

Genevieve, Veronica and Vinny did a great job helping with getting my solar system installed. I love the time they took to explain every step involved. The app is easy to use and my savings are incredible. The referral program is amazing as well. On top of that they really help military members! Top of the line company. Overdue review! Outstanding

After 4 years of "check ins" and follow up calls from Mr Cassidy, his assistant, Julie, asked if we could post a review, if it was not too much trouble and I said, proudly. We had our solar installed with Semper Solaris in November 2014. Wow is an understatement of how amazing they all were, from beginning, to now. We did our homework, researched several companies and did five interviews. We chose Semper Solaris so glad we did. It started with Robert Cassidy, our Seniors Sales Consultant. He has to be the most educated sales representative I have ever worked with. His passion for his business is evident. We were so willing to buy more then we needed and actually wanted to make sure we had enough for future growth. He educated us on why that was not a sound investment, how PG&E's NEM (Net Energy Metering) worked, but would do as we wished. Luis, in the Hayward office, made the process so much smoother she made sure we had no stress in the whole process. Julie set up all the follow ups. Rob got all of our questions answered as they popped up for things we thought of later. When the big day came we had the Tango crew show up, Daniel, Dustin,Taylor and Shawn (THANK YOU!) They gave me a courtesy call thirty minuets before they arrived. They were on time and I have NEVER seen a group of young men work so so hard in such unbelievable high heat. They were the most respectful group of men, and so very careful to make sure we were well taken care of. They never left a mess, they for sure went way over the standard for great customer service. Their knowledge was very helpful for us to understand our new system. So if anyone is thinking of going solar we highly recommend them. It takes a lot for myself or my wife to be so impressed. I had served many years in the Marine corps, and I know Esprit De Corps and the best of the best . Semper Solaris hit that mark for sure. Thank you team.

VERY surprised to have my installation go so smoothly, especially here in San Carlos. I was referred to this company from my lawyer and decided to give them a shot. Their Senior Rep, Robert Cassidy, came out to speak to us. We do NOT make decisions like this in the moment, but after going through this a few times, it was evident there was no reason to put it off any further. Manny and team completed our installation. Rob came back out to walk us through the monitoring and PG&E interface. He also educated us why we should go out and buy space heaters to burn our credit (Which we did) There are very few companies that have employees this passionate. Kudos to Rob, Manny & team. Easy

I didn’t know that it could be so easy, but Caesar Loche answered all of my questions and made it make so much sense. I can’t believe I hadn’t done this before! Thank you, Semper Solaris for helping my family and I with something as essential as owning our own personal power-plant saving money while we let the sun do all the work! Ha!

Semper Solar

My family and I were thoroughly impressed by Semper Solaris. Everyone in the office, installers and the energy rep Brian Oberman kept us up to date every step of the way. With Brian's expertise and guidance, we created the perfect system to eliminate our bill. We appreciated his humor and no pressure sales approach which put us at ease immediately. System was installed and running in surprisingly 6 weeks considering it could have taken 8-10 weeks. We enjoyed the system very much so during the summer running the AC and then seeing our PGE bill at ZERO. Thank you guys again!

Impressed

Semper Solaris & Blake did what they promised and more. Job was completely on time with no issues. I purchased a 7,500 watt American made system. They have fantastic ratings so wants they snowed me the number and saw the savings it was a no brainer. I'm not one of those people that talk to 10 companies putting my wife through hell looking for the best price. I wanted a good price but a quality product and installation. Did my own research and read reviews online of the supposedly 10 top rated companies close to me. Semper solar looked GOLD to what I was able to find. My monthly saving will be $52 a month but more if I paid it off early. $52 is $52 but with solar your not going to pay for ever like with the electric company. Don't waste your time and just call these people they are a great contractor.

Met with semper Solaris six weeks ago. From the day I made the appointment over the phone to when I met with Blake Lewow I felt really comfortable with them. Blake had a really impressive presentation that three other companies had no such thing. Explained a lot. They installed my system in 2 days because they had to upgrade my main electrical panel. Looks great and really happy to be done paying Edison. Great service

Amazing service

Semper Solaris did a great job on my solar installation. Blake was my representative and was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped make everything smooth. Construction only took one day with a team of three gentlemen. Blake promised me the system would be installed around 8 weeks and it was installed in four and a half.

Highly Recommend Semper Solaris

If you're thinking about solar I highly recommend Semper Solaris. Our salesperson Anela was professional, pleasant, and honest. I bought from her because she was the only salesperson I talked to who was honest and gave me a good price. Then the installers and project managers were just as good. They did what they said and said what they would do from start to finish. There are not many solar contractors like this. My finished system looks great and works great.

Fantastic company

Nothing but good things to say about Semper Solaris. They installed a 9,000 kw system on my house here in Riverside. From the first person I met with Blake to the last guy who came out to my house with the city inspector everyone was knowledgeable and nice, even with all the questions I kept asking, some over and over again. I have already referred my brother who just started the process of going solar with them.
