Semper Solaris

Custmer Service Jessica from Semper Solaris was awesome

Jessica Robertson is a sales specialist working for Semper Solaris. I worked with her to design my solar panels. Though I am still yet to find an affordable package, I would like to mention that Jessica was patient in listening to all my questions and if I was not comfortable with any package, she would always be willing to come up with another option with a better price or power. She will never get upset or show dissatisfaction even if I reject her proposal. Her communicaton skills are great and she would always get back to check on what my solar needs are or my comfortable zone and then try to come up with another option. Though in the end even if I refused to go with them, I was quite happy with her service and her quick turnaround for any solution. She is and will be a great asset to whichever company she works for. I definitely recommend her. I am sure she will do a good job for her company and I wish her all the best

Best Decision made...going with Semper over others

We contracted with another comnpany first who failed us at every turn. Semper was amazing. Their rep David K. was available to us from quote to completion. Thank you David and Semper. Thrilled to be on solar with a Tesla battery and most grateful to have power through these black outs.

My Experience!

I had been thinking about getting solar panels installed for a while now and never knew which company to go with. I spent a while calling different companies trying to see what they offer and I'm very glad I went with Sempar Solaris! I was lucky to have Billie as my project coordinator she helped me out tremendously! Not only was she very communicative and ready to answer all my questions thoroughly she also understood that I was on a time crunch to get the tax credit for this year! Billie walked me through step by step and didn't leave me with any unanswered questions and concerns! Even when we had a problem arise she assured me it would be taking care of and it was. She was very knowledgeable and confident in her work. Semper is the best company to work with I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Billie for making this such a smooth and easy process.

Solar Review

I contacted Semper Solaris after hearing them on the radio. I had looked into solar a couple of years ago but the numbers didn't look that great. I decided to have another look after hearing some friends say that it has gotten more affordable. Semper sent Bernie T out and we walked through my power use and different ways to get a solar system. I decided on a purchase and I am now paying less per month on my soolar paymant than I was paying the utility. Thanks Semper! You guys did a great job!

Great experience, solid customer service

I don't often make big-ticket purchases, and investing in solar is definitely a commitment. For me, it's not just the quality of the product, but I have to feel comfortable and trust the people doing the job. And Semper Solaris nailed it 150%. Rhami Hasenin, my consultant, came out to the house and explained to me everything I needed to know about making my decision. He was patient every step of the way and fielded every question I could think of. And then when I thought of more and emailed him, his response time was fantastic. I had contacted several other solar companies as well, and most of them didn't respond or follow-up in any way. It was a really easy decision for me to go with Semper Solaris. The installation was very fast, done in one day, and I felt like I was part of the process. I signed off on the panel layout, and was walked through the process of what would happen next. They took care of all the SDG&E coordination, which was huge for me! And when all was said and done, they set me up with a monitoring app so I could make sure that my energy usage didn't exceed my generation. And they do a 30-day and 1-year system audit to make sure that things continue to work smoothly. So just end-to-end, a great experience.

Great Company!

I wanted to thank solar Solaris for completing my solar system in a very neat and timely manner. The installers were very fast and cleaned up after there work. We have the Powerwall II as part of our system and I would recommend a battery for any new system being installed today. Their drywall repair man does an excellent job on any wall repairs needed. Thanks Mark Ivory for all your help! Loren F

Best Service You Can Get

A Really Big Thank You To All The Vets!! One thing I have to say is, these guys really know what they are doing, I will recommend them to anyone, as a hard and shop around customer, they really competed on prices and services, my salesman was Mark Ivory, he is very knowledgeable, and professional to deal with, even I was in the ingrid business for a while, but I was surprised how knowledgeable he was, also they really went out of his way to help me try to setup my loan with Mosiac (didn't really work out), and panels, but thanks to them, pretty soon I will say good bye to my electric company, so you can pretty much kiss me goodbye with your increase rates!!!!

Great Company, Sales, and Installation!

Great company. All of the work was completed on time. Mike Winklepleck, was super helpful, throughout the process. He explained everything in detail to my husband and I. We love how the system looks on our house, and the electrical savings we are enjoying. We could not be happier!

Solar tiles & roof

I was very impressed by their quick response and very clear next steps. I found their personnel very polite and on time. To my fellow neighbors, pick a company that knows how to handle an important project.

Semper and Antonio = high quality

After evaluating multiple solar companies, we chose Semper Solaris as our provider and had the pleasure of working with Antonio Orozco as our representative. Antonio's expertise and professionalism were instrumental in our decision to choose Semper Solaris for our solar project. We were impressed by his confidence in the company and his extensive knowledge about the installation process. In contrast to other companies we considered, Antonio was informative without being pushy or aggressive. Throughout the project, Antonio kept us updated regularly and encouraged us to contact him with any questions. We were pleasantly surprised by his willingness to answer our questions even after the contract was signed. The installation was completed within the timeline we were given and the crew were highly respectful, leaving no mess behind. We were granted permission to operate the system, which has been performing flawlessly, just as Antonio had assured us it would. We wholeheartedly recommend Semper Solaris and Antonio Orozco to anyone searching for a reputable and trustworthy solar company. Their commitment to quality and customer service is unmatched.

Amazing experience

David K. was great to work with. We met with several companies and went with Semper Solaris because of David’s knowledge, responsiveness and overall attitude. It was a smooth and quick process. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. Thank you!

Mark Ivory is the best!

When we first bought our home we had never had solar before. We had a lot of questions - thankfully Mark Ivory was super patient and very knowledgeable and answered everyone of our questions. The install was great with no issues. The system has run without problems since and we can check and see how we are creating energy thru the app. Years later we wanted to add an energy wall. The only company we called was Semper Solaris for a bid! Super company to work with! It is a bonus that they are Veteran owned!

These people are Great!

Ok, from my first contact to even now, the response I get from the many persons working for Semper Solaris is quick, understandable and friendly. When I have questions they quickly return my call and give me answers that help. I referred one other person to them and that person quickly signed up with Semper on their home. That person referred another person and they signed up with Semper Solaris. No kidding their sales people are super and always with you every step from installation to inspection. They know its a big commitment but they have your best interest at heart. My electric bill was over 300 per month now 35 or so per month. The money I'm saving pays for the solar panel bill easy. But I was able to pay the solar panel off now I own them. In addition the value of my home has increased, and I like that. This might sound corny but I want to say to the world, thank you Semper Solaris for helping me and my family make ends meet in this difficult world. Joe

Skilled and Professional -- Highly recommend

This rating is on the roof which Semper installed for us prior to installing the solar. The quality and expediency of the work crew was great. Our roof had four layers and there were problems that were unexpected, but Semper brought the roof up to code and communicated with us reliably. When all goes exactly as expected, it is pretty easy to be satisfied with a company, but when there are unexpected circumstances that arise, not within anyone's control, the sign of a great company is how they handle and resolve problems. Semper never ignored our questions, they answered very quickly and stuck with the issues and resolved them as quickly as possible. We are very satisfied with the company and they are now finishing up the solar phase of the project. Our expectations are high and they exceeded our expectations so far. Update: The solar has been installed, checked for function, and we will await the city inspection. The crew worked quickly and efficiently.

From A to Z

Semper Solaris performed as stated by Bernie T. (rep) to the letter. Everything that needed to happen was spelled out by Bernie T. and was accomplished as described.

Semper Solaris Eco System

I moved to Bakersfield 2 years ago from Los Angeles, and my place needed a new roof and HVAC system. I also wanted a Solar & Storage system which is a pretty tall order right?! Well, I figured it out and started the process with Robert at Semper Solaris. I have (9) squares of flat roof and (5) squares of slope. I discovered that the flat section of my roof wasn't draining properly so I decided to have the company build a taper system for my new IB PVC roof. I also chose their Owens Corning, Duration Cool product for the sloped portion, and voila! It came out perfect! While in the permitting process for my Solar & Storage system, we were ready to install my new 5 Ton, 16 SEER, all-electric package unit. To reduce exposure to common bacteria & viruses and to protect against allergies & asthma, I made sure we added the MicroPure MX4 Air Scrubber and AprilAire 5000 Air Filter. I also added the ECOBEE digital thermostat. ALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED add ons! Next up, (25) 360W Panasonic Evervolt panels with SolarEdge inverters! I also installed (2) Tesla Powerwall batteries. Why? I bit the bullet to be as legally off the grid as possible! My main motivation for my (2) batteries was to transform my house into a "Self-Powered Home! I've attached two pictures to show my panel placement and my power flow chart.

Great Company

I am so happy I chose Semper Solaris for my roofing/solar project. They were great from start to finish. Jessica Robertson was the sale woman. She has been helpful with all my questions. Every person from the appointments to the installation was great to work with. Plus my roof looks AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone I know.

5 STARS class act organization. Helpful, friendly, competent and the men who installed the equipment were 100% professional. Thank you JessicaRobertson@sempersolaris.com !! She was with me all the way. Questions on permits, start dates and the entire project. When you get solar its good to have that someone to help you through the process ! Very trustworthy ! This business is run by a retired United States Marine and his staff and entire organization were what you want in a situation where you are about to make a big purchase. Contact Jessica and she will get you started. If you feel as if they weren't up to your standard, please let me know. Thank you

Great Solar Company Service

I interviewed several companies before I decided to go with Semper Solaris. One of my major reasons for selecting Semper Solaris was the representative, David K., who came out to give his pitch....ten months later, I am completely satisfied with and product and David is STILL accessible when I have questions....that in it's self is fantastic. The installation was fast, problem free, and I felt the installers were very knowledgeable as to the product and Semper Solaris...It is easy for me to give them Five Stars.

Honest, Transparent, and Professional

Customer service was no a pressure sales. Our Sales Rep Ricky Rodriguez was on time, honest, transparent, and professional. The timeline was more than expected due to outside factors. Would recommend Semper Solaris. We really like that the panels are made in the United States. The company's motive is for Veterans by Veterans. Ricky provided us much more information from other companies which influenced our decision to go with him and Semper Solaris. We have our system installed on 10/17/2021 and look forward to the savings.

they were thorough, and professional

The service and follow through exceeded our expectations, And the savings exceeded their estimates. The most unexpected benefit is my wife not having to reset all our clocks when there is an outage...the battery takes over immediatly....my wife says that was worth it by itself.

Honest company!!

My experience with Semper Solaris was excellent! Nothing like the first company who came out (Fuzion). The first company didn't want to provide any documents about the solar before signing the loan papers. I called other companies, they made appointments but didn't show up. Raedene Solano was the person who came to my home. Everything was upfront about the system, financing, etc. She did an awesome job helping me understand and representing Semper Solaris. She gave me all the information from the beginning and I was comfortable with how she set it up. Thank you, Rae! Thank you, Semper Solaris!

Extremely Professional and Very High Quality Installation

Semper Solaris installed our backup battery and did a spectacular job. From the very beginning where Alex Darr provided above and beyond service. Alex proactively fixed small hurdles in front of us so that the process of signing up and choosing options and locking in a path was done super smoothly. He was always readily available via phone, email and text to answer any questions I had and remove bottlenecks in the process. I was genuinely impressed. The Semper Solaris employees continued to impress me during the entire job. They kept me in the loop as the project plans were developed, did several pre-inspections and then the installation was extremely well executed. Everybody I interacted with was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional their role. The system was installed without incident. They installed it such that I was super-happy, adapting the design as I changed my mind. The quality of the electrical work was very high. They kept the jobsite very clean and multiple people reached out to ensure everything met my expectations. Indeed they exceeded my expectations! I would thoroughly recommend them to friends and utilize them again. My first call would be to Alex. Thank you Alex and Semper Solaris team!!

Great company, top-notch customer service, reliable

My wife and I are interested in renewable energy and just trying to be a bit more planet-responsible. We’ve been researching solar energy for a while, and we received bids from different companies, we settled with Semper Solaris not only for the cost but for the amazing customer service we received throughout the process. Our sales representative Alexander Darr was the nerve center of the whole process, he made our transition to solar & batteries pleasant, easy, and I can't praise this guy enough for his professionalism, attentiveness in going above and beyond to help us every step of the way. The installer Eric Lopez and his crew were awesome. Overall I had a wonderful experience, and we consider ourselves blessed dealing with a wonderful team, helped us transition to solar & battery energy that was designed to fit our needs and power usage! We just passed the final inspection on September 13th, although we are in the very early stage of our solar system, I feel very confident that this is one of the best decisions we made!

Fantastic customer service

David K came out to give us an estimate for two PowerWalls. He was masked, on time and professional in every way. He was helpful and available throughout the process. High on my priory list was on-time delivery and clear honest communication; I had concerns since I was aware that Tesla was behind on production/distribution of Powerwalls. To our delight, the batteries were installed, and approved by both the county and SDG&E three weeks ahead of the earliest date on their promised date range. The installation crew, Eliseo and Dave, were professional and knowledgeable and patient in answering my many questions. Semper HVAC guy (name?) was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He determined we did not require a modification on our A/C unit (which saved us $500). Customer support was in constant and clear communication. Admin promptly submitted documentation for SGIP rebate. Fantastic customer service. Rob in battery support gave thorough direction and guidelines and answered all of my questions about the battery specs and using the app. Semper was not the cheapest, but they were fantastic and I'm glad I went with them. Thanks so much David K, installation team and customer support. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEMPER SOLARIS!
