NRG Clean Power

Great experience with NRG Clean Power

I had a great experience working with NRG Clean Power to install my solar system. Tiffany was my project manager and she kept every step of the installation moving along smoothly. I highly recommend this company -- every single person I interacted with, from the initial meeting, the contractors, the installers, was professional and knowledgeable.

Very Happy with NRG

I was skeptical of going solar and had lots of questions and concerns. Leo was the first person I spoke to about solar power and he was so knowledgeable and great to speak with that I decided NRG was the right choice. Our project was recently completed and I am so glad I went with this company. Each NRG employee I have interacted with has been amazing! From our sales rep, to project coordinator, to installation team. Very professional and willing to listen and address my concerns every step of the way. The estimated time frame to complete the installation was 3 months and they were able to complete it way ahead of schedule in just ONE month! The entire process was so easy, and I am a very happy customer!

Great Company, Great Product, Great Installation!

I just had NRG Clean Power install a 27 panel solar system on my shake roof in San Jose. They did a great job and the system works perfectly. There is even a smart phone app that let's you monitor and track your power generation. I'm looking forward to reducing my PG&E electrical bill from ~$500/month to $0/month. The system will pay for itself in about 7 years! If you are interested in a residential solar system, I highly recommend NRG Cean Power ,,, but ask to have Tiffany as your project manager -- she is the greatest -- she oversaw the project from start to finish and made sure everything was done just right. Thank you Tiffany!!

Thank Goodness for NRG

Tiffany has kept us informed every step of the way. We LOVE our new roof! It sure came in handy the past couple of months. Doesn't the song say, "It never rains in California"? Well it sure has and we were so grateful they got the roof up before the rain started. We are excited about our new solar panels. We cannot say enough how glad we are that we chose NRG. Highly recommend the folks at NRG, especially Leo and Tiffany. They are easy to work with and very informative. They're always available to answer any questions we have.

I fill my house need to energy saving power. Because I understand I am losing every month paying electricity bills. I searching more than company but not for me suitable, as well as happening the block over the fireside. My one friend suggested NRG Clean Power to install our solar system to me, and I cannot be more welcome that he does! They came out and They take care of the whole thing install swiftly and they used the American made panels. They were very friendly and well-informed. And I also recommend NRG Clean Power service as a great and best service for their good performance .So, they deserve five star. Thanks, NRG Clean Power solar system.

Perfect from start to finish!

Absolutely first rate company!! A+. Stop looking and go with these guys. From start to finish NRG have been excellent, we are extremely happy customers. All the other reviews are accurate - best home improvement experience we've had. Oren and Tiffany have been brilliant; warm, professional, experienced and supportive throughout. Any problems we encountered were ironed out without stress and nothing phased NRG at any time, they held our hands through it all. NRG are really nice people to do business with - an example to the solar industry overall.

Incredible service from start to finish and beyond.

When you hear the horror stories people you know have went through when dealing with their solor project you naturally become hesitant. All my worries were put to rest the second my sales representative arrived at my door. He was extremely professional from start to finish. He answered all my questions and even told me things I would never think about bringing up that was very important. I was up and running within 4 months and it couldn't be a smoother transition. The customer service is superb and i was updated weekly by my rep and their office headquarters. NRG Clean Power should be your choice for solar and it shouldn't even be close. Thank you NRG for all your hard work and keep up the good work!

Seeing The Light

My mom and I had many people come and talk to us about going solar. We were very skeptical of course because of all the horror stories you hear from people, but something was a little different when Leon came from Nrg. He really took the time and had the knowledge to answer all of our questions. We were still a little hesitant because it all sounds too good to be true but he did not pressure us, at the end we decided to do it and I AM SO HAPPY WE DID. NRG took excellent care of us, the installation crew was amazing did beautiful work on the roof and made sure we were happy the entire time! My mother and I really want to thank you for helping us see the light!! 100% recommend.

Pleasant experience

My husband and I chose nrg over 2 other companies. We liked their finance options better and the fact that they used the American made panels. We were going to lease the system but after seeing that we can own the panels for almost the same price this made a lot more sense to us. Tiffany did a wonderful job explaining the process and took us through each step. Would recommend to anyone looking to own their system....they do not lease.

Very satisfied!

I contracted with NRG Clean Power to install our solar system. They got it done within 3 weeks and did a clean job. After seeing how long it took my neighbor 6 months I really found some appreciation for how swift and professional NRG was. They have my vote of confidence.
