Amazing company, wonderful experience !!

Kelly and the entire team at NRG were simply amazing. I signed the contract very late (first week of November) but urged them to try and meet the Dec 1st 2017 deadline (SDGE rate change). I was not very hopeful as other companies were quoting timelines of 2 months or so, but NRG installed and secured the permits in a matter of less than a week and I got my PTO several days before the deadline. I was completely at awe at how they pulled it off. Also their customer service was excellent. Tiffany was the one who worked with me from the office regarding permits, paperwork etc. and she was very professional and responsive. Their team also walked me through the operation of the system including the monitoring app and what various things mean on the Inverter's UI. I couldn't have been more happier. I referred them to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Solar The Way To Go

Robert was our salesman and he explained everything very well, with diagrams and always following up with me. Installation was quick and smooth. They worked on my schedule which was very helpful. Tiffany was great at organizing the operation, and always emailing me day and night. After the project was completed NRG sent out Robert to quality control. He made everything very easy to understand. I like the way the panels are installed on my roof, they look very sleek and not too bulky. Looks great on the house.

Happy I am going Solar

Installation was quick and fast, I like how everything was coordinated with the company. I chose NRG because the communication we had was very honest and they told us everything we need to know about going solar. It was a no pressure experience. I am happy with the solar project overall.

Glad I Did It

From start to finish, everything went according to plan. So happy I have solar and so happy that I chose NRG Clean Power. Installation team was on time and fantastic. Monitoring system is easy to use and monitor. Quality assurance was fantastic, learned about my solar and how to manage it. Robert did a great job explaining the system and the monitoring.

Pleased with my solar

I had a really pleasant experience with Sherry, Ryan, and Lisa at NRG clean power. Ryan initially came out to my house to give me an estimate for a new roof and solar. After learning more about solar it was obvious we needed a good company that we can trust. NRG really stood out and I am glad I chose them because Ryan was able to get me financing and my bills close to $0. The best part is that I did not have to put anything down. Sherry was very organized and held my hand through the process. My system has been up and running for about 3 months now. I've already told a couple friends and they are also very pleased with this company so thank you.

Kelly sold us the system and was very knowledgeable about how well solar works. I chose NRG because they have been in business for a long time and they seem to be financially stable. I like the fact NRG was able to do other work, installed a solar tube and moved my air conditioning unit to a different location. The solar edge monitoring system was very easy to use and seemed better than my SunPower monitoring. Robert came out to show me how everything works and broke down the information that is needed. I really appreciate Robert coming out from a 2 hour drive just to make sure everything was done and hooked up. Only thing they could have done better was the coordination during install.

Good

Tiffany went ahead and took care of all the paperwork for the project. She made the whole solar experience very easy. Usually other solar companies would made you get things signed on your own but NRG made it happen. Installation went very well. After support with Robert was helpful. He made sure i understood everything about my solar and the monitoring program. The only issue I had was the installers left a belt on the roof during the installation nothing big, but overall everything was done and completed to my satisfaction.

Well Coordinated

NRG was very well coordinated. Everything went exactly as planned. So far it was pleasant experience and hopefully rewarding long term. The monitoring system was very easy to use. Robert came out and was knowledgeable. Fully explained everything in detail.

Excellent Services

Excellent services! I initially called after my neighbor had installed solar panels and was getting all the benefits and I wanted in. I spoke with Sean and he sent out Ryan to size my system. It took about 3 months from start to finish and the job was done VERY clean. They also provided me with financing which was so easy.

Great Comapny

I looked into a few solar companies and NRG was able to give me the best financing. I was able to pay a quarter of my financing a month compared to my electricity bills so our decision to get solar was very easy. The process was lengthy but Sherry made sure too keep me updated which was very refreshing.

Solar

Just had out solar system installed and also did an attic fan. So far my bills have been close to $0. Solar looks great and they did a very clean job.

Couldn't be happier

Idan and the team at NRG were great in getting not only solar installed, but also a new A/C and a new roof. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and handled everything - including difficult City of San Jose inspectors. I've done my part for the environment by going solar. Good company for Solar

I hired them to install solar panels on our home and they did a great job. I am now having them install a charging station for my chevy volt. They do clean work. I was very pleased.

Superb

Simply the best! The entire process was extremely easy and their customer service was superb. They called every day to follow up and everything happened exactly as promised. The system looks great and installers were very professional. I received my permission to operate with my utility company after two weeks. I thought it would take months before I can start saving. I'm not complaining :)

2 year old system working great

We had our solar system installed about two years ago. Couldn't be happier with the results. NRG clean power listened to us and delivered exactly enough power to cut our bill down to what was expected around $30. I've never been happy to turn on my air-conditioning! Ever! After the install, the city inspector told us that he never seen such an excellently implemented install and signed off quickly allowing us to "start her up". Other great thing about the company is that they pay referrals for new clients that you send their way. I've already sent a couple to them.

My experience with nrg was smooth sailing from start to finish. Tiffany is a great project coordinator. She was really thorough on the process and made sure to keep me and my husband in the loop. The city took a bit long to get the permit but that was not their fault. I'm so happy I chose this company!
