Leo was personable and was informative and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Installation was very fast. Did not need to be home during the installation, came home and it was done. Tiffany always kept me informed on all the tasks that needed to be done. Tiffany was prompt and professional. Robert came out after everything was done to thoroughly explain how everything works. He was very knowledgeable. No complaints.

Very Professional Solar Installation

I received five bids. NRG was significantly lower than next highest bid. The solar installation only took three weeks from order to completion. My main contact was polite and was always available to answer questions. Also dealt with estimator, designer, installation crew, all of whom were excellent. Excellent monitoring features that did NOT require an Internet connection (use cell network instead). They even handled the interface with the electric company. This project went far more smoothly than I had anticipated.

Surpassed my Expectation

Our salesman he was well informed and there wasn't any sales pressure. Broken down every information that we needed to go solar and how beneficial it was. Tiffany is 5 out of 5. She always kept us informed about every step of the project. When we had questions she got back to us right away with the answers. The installers did exactly what they were gonna do when they said it. They were very careful and considerate of our pets. They did a fabulous job on the ground mount. Quality Assurance appointment with Robert was great. Came on time and worked perfectly with my schedule. Very thorough explaining how the monitoring system operates.

Great Service!

Comparing with 7 different companies I chose NRG because they got everything done very quickly within 2 days. They upgrade the panel box for free which was a plus for me. Installation was quick and clean there was no mess at all. Sherry always kept me informed on what to do next on the project. City permits was longer than I thought but they finally got my solar approved. Robert was helpful and he set up the monitoring program on our cellular devices. The drone was a nice surprise and by the looks of it, it took amazing shots.

Outstanding Service

Marco was approachable, professional, and clear presentation on how the solar works. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Tiffany was awesome. Highly professional, quick responses with the emails. It seems like she works late because I get my response back around 7pm-8pm. Installation was in and out under 4 hours. They were clean and picked up after themselves. Installation lead guy always kept my informed on what was happening next during the installation. Robert was very thorough and professional as well. He was clear with his presentation on how the solar edge works. Very helpful. Highly would recommend.

Nice savings

Great

Gary came out to my house and was able to get me a bundle deal for solar with my roof since it was falling apart. I decided to go with Nrg for the roof and solar because of the professionalism and pricing. I am glad I did! Tiffany was very helpful and did everything fast. Mike and the crew did a beautiful job installing and left my house tidy which is always appreciated. If you ever have any question about the financing Lisa is very thorough and will help answer all your questions.

Easy and Painless

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and her answers were right on point. She made the sales process very easy and did not sound pushy. She seems like she cares about NRG and thats because she had good spectrum of information. Installation was very good and polite. They went above and beyond to cut our branches for us to be able to access our backyard with their materials. They got the job done quickly and were stealth. Tiffany coordinated everything accordingly. Robert from quality assurance came out to show us how things were installed, he was excellent with his presentation. Taught me and my wife how everything operates. Young and energetic, love his attitude throughout the whole appointment.

Proficient and Outstanding

Marco was competent and kind salesman. He was instructive and explain things very well. Installation was very good, Mick and his team was efficient and knowledgeable at explained the set up. Eric was also an outstanding person, he knew the business and willing to explain how everything works. What was really a great experience was that since we were home, we were able to follow the process and see everything that was installed. It was a great learning curve. Tiffany was a very helpful coordinated. She had everything scheduled to your best convenience. Final inspection with Robert was just as good as when Mick and Eric explained to us. Very helpful when helping us get everything hooked up on the computer so we can monitor our solar. Overall great company and we feel confident if things went wrong they will stand behind it.

Highly Recommend

NRG kept me informed throughout every stage in the process of going solar. We have not yet got any problems since we got the solar panels. Daniel was very good explaining me the benefits of going solar, and promised me everything that was on the contract. Sherry was helpful and Tiffany helped me get an Eco pool pump on Daniel's recommendation. Installation was quicker than I expected, thought it was going to take a month but it took them 2 weeks. Robert came out after the project was completed and answered all my questions and showed me the solar edge, he was very good and thorough.

Kelly was very knowledgeable, and was not a pushy sales person. She was open to different options and alternative with suggestions about what panels work best for my house. Installation was excellent, and quick, in and out in a couple hours. Tiffany was informative and supportive. She made the solar process an ease and delivered by the promise date. Robert gave an excellent presentation on how the solar works. Showed me how to turn off and on the solar panels and also use the solar edge. Overall great value and service from NRG Clean Power.

Good Experience

The solar project was a good process from beginning to the end. Quality assurance appointment with Robert was informative and educational. Broke down step be step how the solar was installed and showing us how well the system is working via Solar edge monitoring. We are anxious to see our bill and expect the savings we were promised.

Clean and Efficient

Leo went above and beyond and helped us out with the payment. When trying to finance for the solar system there was an issue with how much the project cost and the details about it. Leo came right away talked to the finance company and got it sort out to our satisfaction. Sherry and Tiffany were pleasant to work with and if there was a problem they would let us know what would have to be done to get the job completed. Installation was very quick and right on the mark. Installation team was very nice and informative letting us know what they were doing when we asked. Martin was absolutely a great worker, even worked on the weekends to make sure things were fixed and ready to go. Robert came out to checked the system, showed me and my wife how the system works with solar edge. Extremely helpful person, downloaded the apps on our phone since we are not the best with technology. Would highly recommend.

Installation

The installation of my system was handled cleanly and professionally. The electricians were quick, efficient, respectful of our property and our privacy, and effective. Couldn't have asked form more.

Excellent!!!

Kelly was outstanding and very helpful. She took care of me every step of the way, almost felt like family. What made Kelly stand out was how easy she made the sales process. Straight forward and no pressure at all. Installation took two days and there was no occurring problems in the process. Everyone from NRG has been great and very cooperative with me since day one. Robert came out and checked everything, and taught me how to work the system, he is very good at what he does.

Solar

Nrg Clean Power installed 21 solar panels on my roof and did a very clean job. Gary was very thorough in explaining all the benefits of going solar and was very patient with me and my wife. Alexis, the coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was able to work around my schedule which is not always easy. The crew and service was ten stars and the price with the financing was also ten stars.

EASY!

Robert B. was informative and gave me a real good competitive price. Panels look great on the roof and installation was done very quickly. Only took them 2 days. Sherri coordinated the project to my best convenient time and kept me informed with any updates on the project. Every time there was a change she would tell me, and wont change it without my approval. Had an appointment with Rob and he trained me on how things work. Answered all my questions and is quite helpful.

Superb

I have had a great experience with the whole process from first contact with Reese, the sales coordinator, to Robert, the QA representative. Install was quick and the array of panels looks great! I highly recommend NRG Clean Power to anyone interested in going solar.

Easy

I went with solar because I wanted to be control of my electrical bill, since the prices for the electricity is rising. Kelly doesn't over-sell and she describes the product very well and does an amazing job. Tiffany made sure everything in the project was completed to my satisfaction. Installation went above and beyond my expectations. Quality assurance appointment with Robert was not only helpful but he made sure I got logged in to my solar edge account and understood the platform. Everyone was just fantastic.

Solar!

The solar processes is complicated but important but NRG got us through with flying colors. From Leo to all the installers and to Tiffany and the men who checked us out the experience was very professional and fulfilling. QA with Robert was very helpful.

Great Experience

After searching through different solar panel companies we were going to go with Solaris, but we had such a bad experience with them we looked into NRG which was our second choice. That is when we talk to Leo and he gave us a very good competitive rate. The finance made sense and we jumped on the deal. Installation was very quick, only took 1 day. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. Tiffany was very helpful, she got everyone to my house in a timely manner. She knows how to set everything up to my convenience. Kudos to her. Robert came out to show me and inspect our system. Great guy, and very informative.
