Couple of months ago got a call to see if I am interested in going solar. Shawn from NRG came to my house the next day he was very knowledgeable and professional and gave as a great deal. We decided to go solar!!!! Our coordinator Tiffany Swisa was amazing she set up everything timely and made sure that everything was taken care of from start to finish! NRG not only set us up with solar they set up a new Hvac system new insulation in the attic and a brand new panel upgrade all in one package!! NRG was amazing!!!!

Fast and Efficient!!!!

Nick was our salesman and he was very straight forward and simple. He made it clear that we will own the panels and that it will basically be replacing our electric bill after the leasing complete. Worked out the calculations together so we can figure out how many panels we would need. Explained the benefits of going solar and the product sold itself. Installation was quick and I did not need to be home during the process. Went to work, came back home and panels were done and on the roof. Everything was cleaned and spotless, no mess what so ever. Tiffany was very prompt and kept me updated on what needed to be done. The use of electronic signature is very convenient tool that made things a whole lot easier. Jake was my other point of contact and he also kept me informed. He is very polite and courteous. Robert came out on my work schedule. He definitely knowledgeable on what is installed. Taught me how to use the monitoring system and walked through the installers work. Presentation was great and easy to understand. App is easy to use and great to look at when you want to see how the system performs. 100% recommend this awesome company.

Should Have Done Solar Sooner

Daniel was really straight forward and knowledgeable. He is personable and courtesy. When he did not have an answer to our question he would source out the answer and get back to us right away. He challenged us to compare other solar companies to prove NRG Clean Power was the best in the business and also in business for a long time. Erez and his team did great work on the installation. It was professional installation and after that they took the time to clean up everything. Installed 28 panels in one day, which is quicker than expected. Robert came out to look over everything that was installed. Inspected the technicians work and answered all my questions regarding about my solar and electricity use. Love how he interviews us and recommends us on how to improve our solar production. Even brought a drone and showed me some trees that were shading some panels, that I would eventually cut to better the solar production. Would highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing.

Fabulous Experience from Everyone at NRG

Reece was our sales consultant and he was great salesman. He spent alot of time answering our questions and designing our system to meet our needs. He made sure everyone would get back to us promptly and even drove to my work to pick up checks and signature documents. Chris was our main installer and is hard working guy. Cleaned up after themselves and respected the property. Bottom line everything works and is hooked up well. Installers are also great with pets. Panels are sleek and discreet as they can be. Love the way they look. Alexis was very involved in the coordination of the project. She coordinated everything very well and professional. Robert came out to my property and worked well with my schedule. Brought some cool toys and took some cool photos. Showed me the roof from back to front. Showed me how the system works and the monitoring app. App is great with very good information needed to show how the system functions. I would highly recommend NRG Clean Power for any solar needs.

Way To Go NRG!!!

Kelly was very good and excellent because she was attentive and followed up many times. She made the sales process very easy. She definitely sold NRG really well than most companies that you got quotes for. Alexis answered all my concerning questions and spent a lot of time helping us with decisions on where to place the panels. Angela was also very attentive to my payments. She helped me spread the payment plans to my convenience. Installers were very good workmanship. They were careful with the tile roof and picked up after themselves everyday. Robert was excellent and answered my list of questions that I had prepared. He did a good job explaining step by step how everything works. Helped me set the monitoring on my computer and bookmarked the location for easy access. Great Job to everyone from installers to NRG Staff.

GREAT COMPANY

Installers did a perfect job installing the panels on my roof. It looks beautiful. They explained every step of what was going on with the project. Leo is a very good salesman. He helps you with what you need and is very prompt. Helped me get a great deal on the solar. Tiffany is great coordinator because she always calls me back. She helps me with my emails which is great because i am not computer savvy. NRG is very professional and they definitely know what they are doing. Robert was great and he explained everything about the solar. I am very satisfied with the whole outcome.

This company was referred to me by one of my neighbors that had solar for 2 years. I wish I would have looked into solar a long time ago. Now that my bills are a few dollars I realize that I've been throwing away money all these years. I decided to finance the system since I did not have the cash upfront and Lisa from financing was really patient in explaining everything to me. If you have any questions I highly suggest speaking to her! Sherry was my coordinator and was on top of everything. I usually do not write reviews but have to share this with the anyone thats considering solar.

Great team

Ryan is a solar expert. He spent 2 hours with me going over all the necessary steps I need to upgrade me home that I've been delaying for almost 10 years. The good thing is I did not have to find multiple companies to do the work. Just finished and the outcome is beautiful. I would highly recommend Ryan and of course Sherry that helped me for 2 months.

Savings

Savings savings savings if your spending as much money as I do on utilities this company will give you savings. The team here is very knowledgeable and was so patient with my questions. The financing can save you instead of paying a big lumpsumb upfront. Highly recommend them for insulation, roof, and solar.

Solar

Reece was amazing. Spent a couple hours explaining how the system works. Going over my electrical usage for the year to system size my solar. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Received several quotes from different solar companies and NRG was the most responsive and professional. Installation was faster than expected, 30 panels in one day is pretty sharp if you asked me. Panels look great on the roof, flush, nice and neat. Installers respected the house and were dog friendly. Robert came out to do a final inspection to make sure everything is working accordingly. He thoroughly explained the monitoring system and how things operate outside. Drone was very exciting to see and experience. Cant wait to get the photos and show it to my friends. Highly recommend.

A+ Roof Work & Solar

Shai very personable and friendly. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and made the sales process easy. American-made panels were a plus in going with NRG. Tiffany and Sherry were good and efficient. Installers were great and were here on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was delivered on the contract. Solar panels look very neat and were installed nicely. Quality Control Rep with Robert was awesome. Nice and friendly and knew what he was talking about. Would highly recommend.

All About Going Solar!

Kelly was joyful sales person. She was full of knowledge and answered all the questions pertaining to the product. Kelly was professional and made the sales process easy. Alexis kept us informed all the time with whats happening with the project. She would call me more often than I would call her, which was very wonderful. Installers were great, worked hard around the clock. Always kept my wife informed on every installation they did. They were nice and cleaned the property after they were finished installing the panels. Solar panels look great on the roof. Robert who came out to inspect the technicians work and also show us the monitoring system. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough throughout his presentation. Young and energetic, he seems very passionate about what he does. Solar edge application is very easy to use, and I love checking on it.

Friendly and Professional

Daniel was a good salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable and made the sales process easy. Explained every beneficial aspect of going solar. Was not a pushy salesman which is a plus. Tiffany is really a compassionate project coordinator. Tiffany would always call us back and check up on us to let us know how everything was going while the project was being completed. Installers came 9 in the morning and left at 3 in the afternoon. Job was done faster than I expected. Panels look really great on the roof. Really happy that they were not in front of the house and approved it on the back patio. Robert came out on time and explained every part from the invertor to the monitoring application. Great and personable. Love the company with no complaints.

Great Work Great Company

Leo was personable and was informative and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Installation was very fast. Did not need to be home during the installation, came home and it was done. Tiffany always kept me informed on all the tasks that needed to be done. Tiffany was prompt and professional. Robert came out after everything was done to thoroughly explain how everything works. Very Professional Solar Installation

I received five bids. NRG was significantly lower than next highest bid. The solar installation only took three weeks from order to completion. My main contact was polite and was always available to answer questions. Also dealt with estimator, designer, installation crew, all of whom were excellent. Excellent monitoring features that did NOT require an Internet connection (use cell network instead). They even handled the interface with the electric company. This project went far more smoothly than I had anticipated.

Surpassed my Expectation

Our salesman he was well informed and there wasn't any sales pressure. Broken down every information that we needed to go solar and how beneficial it was. Tiffany is 5 out of 5. She always kept us informed about every step of the project. When we had questions she got back to us right away with the answers. The installers did exactly what they were gonna do when they said it. They were very careful and considerate of our pets. They did a fabulous job on the ground mount. Quality Assurance appointment with Robert was great. Came on time and worked perfectly with my schedule. Very thorough explaining how the monitoring system operates.

Great Service!

Comparing with 7 different companies I chose NRG because they got everything done very quickly within 2 days. They upgrade the panel box for free which was a plus for me. Installation was quick and clean there was no mess at all. Sherry always kept me informed on what to do next on the project. City permits was longer than I thought but they finally got my solar approved. Robert was helpful and he set up the monitoring program on our cellular devices. The drone was a nice surprise and by the looks of it, it took amazing shots.

Outstanding Service

Marco was approachable, professional, and clear presentation on how the solar works. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Tiffany was awesome. Highly professional, quick responses with the emails. It seems like she works late because I get my response back around 7pm-8pm. Installation was in and out under 4 hours. They were clean and picked up after themselves. Installation lead guy always kept my informed on what was happening next during the installation. Robert was very thorough and professional as well. He was clear with his presentation on how the solar edge works. Very helpful. Highly would recommend.

Nice savings

Gary came out to my house and was able to get me a bundle deal for solar with my roof since it was falling apart. I decided to go with Nrg for the roof and solar because of the professionalism and pricing. I am glad I did! Tiffany was very helpful and did everything fast. Mike and the crew did a beautiful job installing and left my house tidy which is always appreciated. If you ever have any question about the financing Lisa is very thorough and will help answer all your questions.
