Installation was smooth and fast. The crew was polite and worked without leaving a mess. I am a little disappointed in the length of time from the sale to installation. Six months is a little long and I feel I missed out on a lot of summer sun. I had some info that said it was a 15 yr. loan but when I actually finally found a copy of the document it is a 25 yr. loan. I will be 103 in 25 years so good luck!!

Crew was in and done in under six hours

Very good crew

Install crew was very good and hard working. Only improvement I see is they could clean up a little better. I had to pick up small articles of Debree from the install. They seem to just throw scraps from the roof and was unable to find them as they walked around cleaning the area. It wasn't bad but could be better. All in all they were a great crew.

Guys very professional, informative, on schedule, and took care that everything was just so.

Sales and initial contacts were great. Polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel like part of the team. Installer Corvus was very good also. Installers were polite, courteous, professional installation.

The installers were so nice. They totally knew what they were doing and could explain it to me. The electrical part was a little more confusing than anyone was expecting but they figured it out. It was a long day for them and they had to finish up the next day.

Communication

Little to no communication or updates on progress. Ask for a review after my install yet I’m still wondering what the next step is? The crew did a good job on the install with the exception of some garbage left in the front and back yard and the scratches on my gutter from sliding the solar panels up them and som of the panels have scratches. All in all I would give the install crew a 95%

Smooth installation

Tech crew were professional, punctual, skilled and simply a great bunch of tradespeople. I give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5!!! Yes, they were THAT GOOD!

Stay Away - they are liars

Everyone wins but the solar customer. I've had solar for 6 months now and am still paying a high APS bill. So basically paying double what my APS bill was. Sam the salesman will sit in your kitchen and tell you that you may get a small bill for the first 2 months but don't worry we'll take care of that. Once the bills started coming all of a sudden he can't answer his phone or texts. APS gets to use your generated solar for a steal and credit it back to you at a much lower rate, so you still owe APS, LCGY gets to make their profits and you end up paying double what you did. Shame as I had friends interested who were waiting to see my experience, I told them to run for the hills.

Rebranded fly by night UNTD Solar team

UNTD has gone bankrupt. Their last email said they were now LGCY, yet in contacting LGCY they change their answers, stating that they don't know who UNTD is, that the deal with UNTD fell through, and many more excuses. The funny thing though, if you ask, many of the scammers from UNTD are now at LGCY. Namely Jed Wintle (notable for doing this exact same thing with many other solar companies, look him up online!) Sucks that UNTD scammed so many people. They made their cash grab and bailed! Chances are that LGCY is going to do the exact same thing!

Great install

LGCY power provided an amazing experience. The installation came out wonderful and the communication through out the whole process was incredible. I’d highly recommend

Professional service

Love working with these guys and would for sure recommend to anyone looking for soalr or for a job! The install time is a bit long(2.5 months) but the reps we worked with were great and they are hiring my son to work with them plus came to church with us! Our guy went above and beyond and even got us a ring door bell camera! I would use them again and will leave reviews on other sites as well!

SCAM BEWARE

You are told yu will not have an energy bill however you actually have a solar and energy bill. They install panels then take months to activate. Once activated you will have a bill for panels depending on size of home $100-$300 monthly plus your energy bill $100-$400 monthly. Now you have doubled your monthly bill!! Stay away. Solar seems to be a scam and is not worth working with scam artists. Samuel 11682 is who I dealt with and he never returned my calls after getting my money. STAY AWAY FROM LGCY!!!

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. They do not stand up to the mission. They say right on their website they provide you a system that will save you money. They did not and when I request them to make it right they said I have to pay for more panels. The system they quoted and told me would save me is not large enough for my home and I now pay more money with Solar then I ever did without. Do not use this company. They will scam you and not return your calls or respond to your concerns. HORRIBLE

delays

Signed an agreement 5/20/22. Didn't start installation till a couple of months later. 7/29/22 Failed inspection. Corrective action taken a week later. As of this writing no reinspection scheduled.

The employee name TJ is not honest person promises many things and nothing is true for future customer be sure thank before whit a supervisor and get everything on papel thank you

Stay way from Brett F!

Stay away from this company. Do not allow Brett F! into your house, it will be the worst mistake of your life. The presentation was brought up to me as a "no hassle, no pressure" scenario. they did a soft pull to see if I even qualified which I was ok with. I did set up a home inspection to see if the roof was in good shape however due to financial circumstances I could not proceed with the install. 2 weeks later I got an invoice for $4200 stating cancelation fee. I reached out to Brett who happens to be the district manager and even he stated that was a mistake and he would take care of it. Im still getting emails about the past due amount and Brett is nowhere to be found. will not answer emails or text messages. I called their customer support and I'm now going back and forth with them. No equipment was ever dropped off, no contractor was ever on my roof, no services were ever provided. Go with another provider.

AMAZING

LGCY Power installed my system crazy fast. The rep was very professional and knew the answer to almost every question I had. I already told my neighbors about it. I would totally do it again

Stay away from this company. They lie to get the sale and then don't respond when you make a complaint or try to make it right.
