Exiting owner ignored by them

My system is partly down and this company won’t respond to get it fixed.

Terrible compaby

Do not use this company. They have fallen through on their commits time and time again. Their customer service team is garbage and just flat out ignores requests for updates. I signed with these guys over a year ago and have had a pallet of panels sitting in my driveway for almost 7 months, and still no clear path to complete the project. Stay away from these guys.

All I can say is that the installation team couldn’t speak English I couldn’t speak Spanish. They did a horrible job in my basement, destroying my walls and making a mess in my gym room. Not sure if I’ll be able to clean and repair the floor back to its original condition, outside they drilled into my home into the basement and destroyed pieces of my concrete foundation They were doing installation all day into the night. People were walking on my roof at 8:30 at night. Not sure if everything was installed properly. They were running wire in the dark. It was just a horrible experience.

They was at my place for around 7 or 8 hrs. Very polite. I watched them double check everything they did. Taking pictures or videos of each move. Cleaned up when they were done. Made sure things was working right before they left. I'm pleased with how they worked on my house.

Excellent job

Competent and respectful. Their English language skills were not strong. But there were few issues so it was not a problem. However, we were led to believe that they would also remove and transport the equipment that was left behind by the previous installers. They did not do this. They simply left the surplus equipment in a pile in my yard.

The crew showed up and were ready to work right on time. They were on it and did a great job! Despite the heat, they remained professional and in positive spirits all day.

The installation went smooth.They were here first thing in the morning. Very efficient. Friendly and kind. When they left , you wouldn't have known they were here. They're clean up was excellent! We greatly appreciate the work of these gentlemen who installed the solar panels.

So far there are no issues. Mike Bard Legacy's representative showed up at my house and convinced me to get solar system, after compering my usage and potential savings. We agreed on proposal. So, basically he and his team went to work, had all completed, submit paperwork, plans, permits. Crew installed panels and Tesla back up in one day. Mike Bard came by to check, kept in touch email/text. Had finishing touches, City inspection, Power Company came out at same time. All signed off. Now we 'll see if it works as is sold.

Skeptic turned into believer

I run 2 nonprofits and one of them got scammed by a solar company, so let me just say I’m always skeptical. So one day this guy shows up at my door Mike Brand and I didn’t believe what he was saying lol. We sat down and after all the explaining of everything, we decided to try and from start to finish I’m happy with the results and the solar, but honestly overall Mike Brand sold me on it and delivered! Thanks Mike!

So far I am happy with Legacy Solar and their representative Mike Bard, who explained my potential savings and good for environment. He and his team did great job of scheduling crew to install panels on roof and Tesla back up in one day. Also his team scheduled/coordinated all the permits and inspections at one time and all went well. He stayed on top with texting and follow up.

Needs to work on scheduling. Took 5 days of canceled appointments, and me getting angry to get the job done.

Your delivery driver dumped the product in the front yard and on our septic tank. He just barely missed driving over it. Did not talk to us. Borrowed our tools without permission, and had to be reminded to return them. Standing on a chair in the basement to do work... not very impressed with your crew.

The installers were great with communication and cleaned up very well when they completed. They were polite to my family and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

My install crew was great they did an excellent job through out the whole process . Excellent customer service , they explained everything to me through the complete process .

The guys were very professional, communicative, adaptable to my questions and our local circumstances, and checked in with every issue that I might have an opinion on. The system was installed quickly and looks very professionally done. It is not up and running yet, but I'm very confident that it will perform well.

Sal, the team lead, was truly outstanding. From start to finish, he walked me through the entire installation process with clarity and confidence before the work began, during the installation, and after everything was completed. His knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail set the tone for the entire experience. The entire team, Tim, Kelly, and Josias, was equally impressive. Install crew were really nice and quick. They did leave some parts, didn’t clean everything up, and left some of the original wiring unconnected. First photo is a solar panel on a pallet. Second photo is a coax cable box unconnected to the house. Every other part of the install and pre install process was great.

The job isn't done yet. Holes need repaired and the main breaker is in the off position. The system is not communicating with the gateway. Had chat with Enphase "case #18778603" all i wanted to know is if it was safe for me to push the main breaker to the "ON" position and I can't seem to get an answer.

This review is only for the installers. The 3 man crew did a very professional job and I couldn’t be happier. They all knew what they were doing and installed in a timely manner We are very happy with their work and please make sure you tell them how happy we are. As for communication from LGCY Power itself we have not heard a word from them during this whole process. Once we signed papers we have been waiting and wondering. So please understand that this review is for the 3rd party installers only
