Fly by night scammers that target the elderly.
Been getting two electric bills for fourteen months now and figured out why .After they finally passed code a year later I lose power twice and I do have battery backup so I should never lose power.I contacted them and never got a response .now I'M back

This solar company is legit and great
Just want to leave this review as I had a good experience getting everything situated with the solar guy that came to my house , his name was Juan Munoz , his knowledge,attitude, and patients was well over a 10/10 , was able to answer any of my queastions and help me get the best deal possible with this company ! If you men and women want a good reliable trustworthy company to get your solars installed then I highly suggest to contact these guys as there here to help us that can’t afford solar panels but still want that cheaper energy bill to see each month these are the guys and women to go through ! The location were I got mine installed is in Ridgecrest California we’re it’s really dry hott in summers and cold in winters I get sun on my home all day through the year so it’s well worth it on my end . Just wanted to give this company a good honest review, don’t regret it by not getting it as it could help you and your family save tons of money to be spending with loved one and makign mermories instead of paying it twards the electric bil. That’s all for now I’ll do another review Ina couple months to give an update on how my systems running . Don’t think twice just ask the queastions you want answered and they’ll answer it even find better deals for you that other places don’t really ever do , also I’m not getting paid for this comment this is all coming from my personally I just want to be a good smartian and help others as I was helped . The two installers that installed my solar panel system were hard workers and very good at their jobs. I could not have asked for anything better.

Horrid communication
Install was supposed to be done in August, and half done at best at the end of November. Horrible communication from the sales rep. He shared his wife had pregnancy issues which I can empathize with, but it takes seconds to text or pass the account to someone who is capable of follow up. I still have no idea the next step .

HORRIBLE
Mislead this single Mom. Sold me a system that doesn’t fit my home and I pay more with Solar then I did without. When asked to make it right by adding the additional tiles they said I needed to offset the cost. They told me I had to pay. Their sales person sold me a complete lie expecting I would know about Solar. Trusted what he said and what he quoted me. He no longer works for the company.. go figure. Stay far away they will dupe you.

The entire process was easy. I did not have to do much but sign things and be home 1 day. The only problem I was was that the installers left trash in my yard and made big ruts in my yard.
