ION Solar

Great Customer Service

We selected ION Solar because of their great customer service and excellent products.

Fast installation!

When they first arrived I asked the team leader of the installation crew how many days it would take to complete the project. He said "Days? Just about five hours!" And he was right! They arrived before 9:00 AM and left just after 1:00 PM. Now I'm waiting for the local electrical company to come inspect the installation, and if it meets their requirements, they'll flip the switch and turn it on. I can't wait!

Professional from soup to nuts

Everyone we dealt with were the epitome of professionalism. Questions (no matter how of the wall or simplistic) were answered in great detail. Schedule expectations were communicated thoroughly (and correctly). The installers were top notch. If you are happy with your Ion quote, have no hesitation about the service you'll receive after you sign on the line.

ION Solar the best

Highly competitive and reliable company. It has innovative solar panels that help improve the performance and durability of the installed system. And as for the aesthetics of the installation, they are the best. 100% recommended.

Ion has been great! Josh has been so helpful!

I am glad my system is installed. Josh has been very helpful and we love the way our installation looks! I am excited to start saving every month now

Rough start, great finish.

Even though there were some misunderstandings between the salesperson and myself, everything turned out great. Make sure everything you discuss is on the contract. In my case, it was the critter guard. ION Solar worked hard to make it right. Perfect timing for me to get them working, my last month's bill was cut in half even with family visiting and the blazing Texas heat.

Great people and amazing service

Ion solar is absolutely premium. I could not be happier with their level of service and professionalism. They took care of everything and kept me in the loop the whole time. My project manager Adam really went above and beyond to help me out. Even when I screwed up with my HOA he jumped in and got things all straightened out. The installation was a breeze. The techs that did the installation arrived on time and were very courteous and accommodating. They left in the house and yard in perfect condition.

Love my solar panels

Everything went perfectly fine loved it

Wonderful!

Wonderful staff. My install was so smooth. Very friendly staff. Great job!

Great Company

Everyone from Adam Simmons, our Project Manager, to the technicians have been great. Their diligence, and honesty in the products available was extremely appreciated. We're pleased to have made this investment!

I am very pleased with Ion Solar.

Everything from the saleman, project manager and install crew was very polite, professional and made our experience very nice.

Good sales technique

Les Smith was a good salesman. Explained the benefits of solar and the process for installation. I reserve final judgment on the company as a whole until installation occurs. Hopefully it will be as smooth as signing the contract was.

Honest, Amazing, and Thorough Company (Smooth sailing process)

I would rate my experience with ION as excellent. From the beginning to the end process went very smoothly. Lorrente and all of the staff at ION was professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend any of them to future customers. They deserve all of the credit, very easy to communicate with and fast response. I appreciated the way the project was handled. I had full confidence in them and the work was spectacular. I would highly recommend ION solar to anyone seeking an American owned and operated company. Majority of the products used are made in the USA proudly. Thank you ION for everything and I will continue to get the word out!

Very Satisfied

We chose Ion Solar because we could finance the solar equipment with no money down and our electric savings matched the loan payments. The process was easy and the system was built with high quality equipment with a sleek design that did not stand out.

Quick and painless process

I got an email from an old friend saying to look into Ion solar. I agreed to have a sales consultation but I thought I wouldn't get solar because I have a fairly low electric bill. The sales person was straight forwarded in showing me how I could actually save money if I financed a system. He also was not pushy about the sale. The sales guys left to let me think about it. So I got two other quotes from other companies to verify if solar was actually feasible. Those companies did provide good sales ppl but they were a little more pushy about signing. I ultimately went with Ion. I choose a system size that was in the mid of all bids and the sales consultant drew up a contract and I signed. I am trying to sell my co-workers on Ion

Top-notch Solar company!

From start to finish, Ion Solar was fabulous to work with. All of the employees were professional, helpful and friendly. Our case manager kept us updated on the progress of our project and was always available to answer questions. The employees were always on time for appointments and did excellent work installing our system. We love our solar system and would highly recommend Ion Solar.

Outstanding company

Great product from a great company

The ION Solar initial interview was great!

Ivan was very knowledgeable about the product and didn’t pressure us in the least. He explained the benefits of solar and had hard evidence to back his claims. We are still in the waiting process so that is all I can review at this time. Bell family

Great customer service!

The ION Energy Consultant was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed description of the solar system installation. He did not try to convince me to buy, but gave me the information needed to make up my mind.

Easy process. Great warranty.

Ion has a great warranty. The process was easy, start to finish.
