ION Solar

Would recommend again and again

Our experience with ION Solar was great form the beginning to the end. Great communication, efficient and effective system, and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service

The people are great. They answered questions quickly and efficiently. The process seemed a little long, but it all worked out. I highly recommend ION Solar.

Easy to get operational

After dealing with the financing, I didn't have to lift a finger. Very well run company. 18 panels and loving it

Awesome

I had a girl, I want to say her name was Gaby came to my door one day talking about solar. At first, I wasn't interested, and to be honest there was never really a good time to talk. She came back a couple of weeks later and we were able to make an appointment, to sit down and speak to someone. Mel came by the house and sat down and explained EVERYTHING to us. The ins and outs of what was going to happen. My husband and I were sold. We signed up that night. The process has been super easy. Someone would always reach out to us to let us know what was going on and where we were in the process. We were able to use the app to also let us know what was going on. Everyone we had spoken to regarding us going green and getting the panels have been absolutely wonderful, kind, and helpful. I will most definitely recommend ION to anyone who is looking for solar panels. Thank you so much!

Ion solar is the best!

We liked what they had to offer in going green. Everything sounded really great, until I got my first electric bill. Don’t worry it was more then great, my bill was next to nothing. They delivered just like they said. Great company!

Excellence in performance and communication

Work was done professionally with high quality and ahead of schedule. Communication by ION Solar throughout the process was perhaps the best I've ever seen.

My experience was wonderful. All questions addressed.

They were very professional. Communication was excellent. There were no concerns left unaddressed. From beginning to end, each step was laid out, explained, and then carried out. They were kind, courteous, and very considerate of any needs I was uncertain about.

Dishonest and misleading

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with in ANY industry. They have yet to get my system functioning with the power company and I have had the panels on for over a year. They tell me everything is working great and that there is nothing that they can do for me, however I called the power company and they advised me that they have been emailing ION for over a year with no response so they removed the "permission to operate". Basically my system is producing power that is not being used.

ION Solar Install team did an efficient installing solar panels

ION Solar Energy Adviser Dwayne Roberts did an excellent in providing the information for installing solar panels which made since for my wife in I. He asked the question what was our goal. Our goal was to save money and reduce our carbon footprint. He was able to answer all of my questions. I wasn't too satisfied in the initial phase of planning from the engineering to the installation of the panels with the Utah HOA. I felt like they should have been aware that the panels could only be installed on the rear of the house only. This in turned held up the process and had to be resubmitted to the city for approval which took another 2 weeks. The inspection of my home went very well. The inspector was very professional. The installation team did an efficient job in installing my solar panels with the team lead Joseph. He was making sure everything was done accurate and answered all questions. There was a few loose wasted parts in my lawn I retrieved. The communication between Dominion Energy was a little slow between ION Solar in being able to activate my system. I am producing energy which I am excited in finally getting to this point. I look forward to receiving a lower bill in the coming months from Dominion Energy.

I am a new customer with solar and ION who wanted to save money on my power bill and look forward to the future. Throughout my experience with ION, from start to finish, I found each team member dealt with caring and helpful. Any questions I had and still have from time to time are quickly answered. If you are even considering solar, do yourself a favor and speak to an ION representative.

They have been sooooo easy to deal with. They communicate great throughout the entire process. They took care of everything, from all the inspections to the installations, to the final inspections. The install team was very professional, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get solar!

So happy with our choice in solar

When we bought our house we knew we wanted solar but didn't know where to turn. Because we also didn't know what permits from the city we needed and from the electric company. Ion helped us with the entire process. They gave us the ability to apply for the loan, work with the electric company, get the permits from the city, install the panels, and submit everything for final approval. It has been very easy to work with them and I am happy with our choice in a solar provider.
