Seems to be a very reliable company.

There salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about solar energy in the area. He was able to quickly get an estimate of the total cost including the cost of replacing our old roof. The survey was done quickly and once the permits were obtained the installation was scheduled and completed in one day. The install crew was very quick in installing the complete system and verifying that it works. We are waiting for the final inspections before the system can be turned on. The delay is caused by the end of year holidays not the company.

Mr Feldman was the manager who met me for the First Time. He really explained in detail what the company does and how getting a Solar will be beneficial to me. His detailed explanation made me interested. He kept in touch with updates and educated me on the process including timelines. Now all installation has been completed . He was really friendly and nice to work with.

Ion's complete team has amazing customer service skills and everyone is upbeat, friendly and motivated. Good customer service is hard to come by these day but all of the representative I spoke with were professional and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had.

We have looked a solar several times and the price was right at this time. All the people we have worked with have been great. The salesman, the office staff, the engineer and the installers. The City inspector did not like where a grounding wire was put. The men were here right a way and moved it. It was a thrill to flip the switch and start using solar energy for now and the future.

After grilling the salesperson for 4 hours and checking a ton a reviews, I decided to go with ION Solar. I just started using my panels and no problems so far. Ion took care of navigating the very complicated process from beginning to flipping the "on" switch.

I had some curiosity about solar power as well as some reservations. But one day, Ion Solar had people canvasing the neighborhood and after speaking with them, I scheduled an appointment to see what they had to offer. I met with Dean Rolle Jr. He gave a very detailed and informative presentation. He answered all of the questions I had that day as well as questions I came up with throughout the installation process. He was always accessible by phone or text which was very reassuring.

Going Solar w/ ION

I'd actually been thinking about solar panels since my family and I moved into our new home in 2018. Ironically, ION Solar came by and I was sold. Ion was great! From my initial meeting with my sales rep (shout out Hunter) through to installation their teams were all great at making sure I was well informed and comfortable through each step in the process. They also took care of all the permitting with the city and my HOA. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in going Solar.

Outstanding Service

This team is A-MAZE-Ing! Professional, Prompt, and Communicative. From the start they were always on time, and explained every step of the way. I had done a lot of research prior to my in home presentation, so I was able to fact check them ahead of time to see if they were just trying to get a sell... from first meeting to actual install was less than one month, and I haven't had to do a thing, but be home on install day. We still have to have the power company inspect and all that before my panels are switched on. But smooth sailing thus far. Highly recommend ION
