ION Solar

Excellent experience

The entire process was smooth and easy. My consultant, Eric Fox, was thorough in explaining the entire process and kept in communication. Throughout the entire process, I received regular updates as to the project status. The installation team even notified me of a maintenance issue on my roof that needed attention and had me get up on my flat roof so they could point out what they saw. Excellent experience and I've been producing electricity for 3 weeks now without any issues.

Such a wonderful experience

We have nothing but great things to say when Tyler came to our door he was so polite and informative..we then sat down and were given all the information needed to make a decision..was a no brainer…but from that time to installation and turn on was seamless …

Great and fast service

Had a great experience with ION solar. Sales and installation team was very knowledgeable and informative!!.

M ION Solar did the entire job from specifications through installation. The local project manager, Selena, kept me informed of the project status throughout. They proved to be quite a team. Nate explained the financials. The guy with the red beard lead the installation team. They even painted the conduit to match the house. There were people I never communicated with that handled the permitting and inspections. The hardware and software are top rate. Maybe my best experience with a project of this complexity. Well done.

Professional and great communicators!

ION is great! They explained every step of the install and didn’t leave us in the dark during the installation process at all! They did a fantastic job serving as liaison between us and the electric company and our HOA as we completed the project. And our sales rep, Jason was always reachable by call or text to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!

I am unhappy that they changed the location on my panels. One is

I would not select them again.

Great work and friendly people.

They answered all are questions and we trusted what they told us.

Clay George made sure every step of the process went smoothly.

The service was excellent and he made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you.

Service, service and more service!

Just when we thought Customer Service was dead and buried, here comes ION Solar. Clayton Parks who first approached us, then indulged us for a second 2 hours Q&A. Thank you Clayton for your professionalism, honesty and always being accessible. Lorrente Timmerman was patient and understanding with all our questions/inquiries. She handled all our questions and moved the process along with ease. The install crew were just fantastic, fun and answered all my questions. A special thank you to you all...David Ball, Johnny Garcia, Thomas Holmes, Electrician - Aarin Paul, Trainee - Eric Wesselman. And to Rick who met our County Inspector to make sure things were perfect. We highly recommend ION Solar....an All American Company!

It has been an easy experience from the moment we signed our con

The easy process and the ability to get a loan to pay for the panels to be installed. Plus that our electric company will work with us with the monitoring.

ION is a great solar company to work with

They were polite, and professional. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. There were no surprises. And the solar panels are made in the USA which is big deal to me. I highly recommend them.

Great service

Everyone kept my informed and made the process very easy.

Great company and fast completion

I was very skeptical about doing this but sales rep Jimmy Germany set down with my wife and I and explained everything in detail. I'm impressed with the great customer service provided by all I received regularly updates from start to finish by the team...Susan, Maritza and Kolton. Their patience is highly appreciated because I ask alot of questions. I look forward to seeing how my system progresses. Good job ION Solar.

Very Good Company and Install Crew

We have had nothing but great results with this company. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The install crew was superb. I was a Const. Supt. for 21 years and I wish I could have found this caliber of men. It was very hot when they started and only one man would take a break at a time. I have a pool in the yard and told them that they could jump in if they needed to. A couple of them did, but only at lunch time and the end of completion. I told the foreman when they arrived that we had new gutters installed and they took every precaution to protect them, going as far as sending for standoffs for their ladders. Site was cleaned as good or better than when they arrived.

ION Solar Experience

My sales rep, Clayton Parks was very easy to work with and explained everything clearly. Going with ION Solar was a very easy decision for me to make.

Excellent

Pleasant customer service, good reviews

Excellent choice

Over the last year I had been trying to come to a decision to finally choose solar. Some family friends had been posting their bills online and that’s what made me decide to start saving energy and especially money.

Very professional and explained all worries

We chose ION because of our sales agent. He wasn’t just knocking on doors trying to make a sale, he actually took his time and letting us know the pros and cons with getting solar panels. Even when we were waiting on solar panels to get approved through our city our sales agent still came by and checked with us to see if we had any other questions

ION Experience

Great service an people friendly

Great company to work with

I can’t say enough about how awesome ION solar has been. They took care of everything. I was kept in the loop on everything and am so excited to be up and running.

Solar done right. Quality products and service

Everything from the walkthrough to the install was smooth and well communicated. Nothing was done without letting me know first, amazing customer service!!

The process went smoothly with constant updates.

Although this was a door salesman, the process of not trying to oversell and no visible wiring on the roof is what made me decide to with Ion Solar.

Happy customer

Great company to work with. Very communicative throughout the process, even when issues/delays came up with the permitting, etc. (all things outside of their control). I'm very happy with my new solar array.

Great Company to work with

The install team and communication through the process was great. They are the best value in the business.

Overall very happy but unresolved damage issues disappoint

I’ve been using my new solar panels for a few weeks and love them. They have been working without any issues so far. ION definitely has their process down for getting these installed quickly and efficiently. They provide an app for easy tracking of the entire 10 step process and were always quick to respond. The sales team was very friendly and were happy to talk and answer questions with no obligations or pressure. One hiccup in the process was from the preliminary inspector who did not relay information to the team who was doing the install. The electrical box was not on an exterior wall so the work order changed which meant they needed the design to be approved which delayed the install for a week. The install went smoothly and the workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately they brought a giant bucket lift to help get panels onto the roof and damaged the driveway. The lift was overkill and so heavy it cracked the driveway in several places. I was told several times any damage to the property would be repaired but it has been a couple of months now with no one getting back to me. There is still one final inspection to take place so maybe they are waiting for that. All of the inspections take a while but that’s out of their control. The payment plan is reasonable and I’m hoping the panels will be paying for themselves very soon. ION Solar has a lot of experience in other states so I felt comfortable going with them. If they fix the damage caused by the lift I would 100% recommend them.
