ION Solar

Friendly and informative team

The process of applying for and getting solar panels was easy with ION. Every member of their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to any questions I had. I felt confident throughout the entire process and would recommend ION to anyone that is considering solar for their home.

Very impressive!

I chose ION based upon my neighbor's recommendation. She had ION install solar on her house approximately 2 years ago. Had nothing but good to say about them. Every person I've dealt with has been thorough, and explained everything so I could understand it. Very friendly and professional. Awesome company to work with. Can't wait until I can see the difference in my Xcel bill!

ION is great

Being from CA and going through solar in CA, I wanted nothing to do with solar in CO. However, after spending time with Jason Dashiell, an ION rep, I began to believe again in solar. Jason spent about an hour with my wife and I tackling every issue we had experienced in CA and explaining to us with evidence why we were not going to experience what we did in CA and how the solar program is really better in CO. ION takes you through the entire process one step at a time which made me feel like the ION team were all in it to make sure the experience and service were the best for me and my family. The install only took a day and the installers were very professional, even picked up trash around my home, leaving the home better than how they found it. The panels look great and I can’t wait for the next step to activate the panels. If you are looking for a professional and quality solar company, than ION is for you. If you are looking for a professional and customer service oriented solar sales rep than you need to work with Jason Dashiell.

Best value

When my husband and I decided to get solar panels there was A LOT of information to digest. We initial chose to go with a different solar company before switching to ION Solar. Ty Seguin was great at communicating throughout the entire process, very personable and explained everything clearly. It is a huge purchase and we are so glad we made the switch, better price and better quality.

Exemplary Service!

ION Solar is a great company. Every step of the process was explained in great detail. Any questions I had were answered. Our salesman was superb and always answered his phone when we called and took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable making our decision to go solar. We are extremely satisfied.

Very Satisfied with Our Experience with ION

Very happy we chose ION for our solar system. From our first sales pitch to getting our system on line, ION was helpful and professional every step of the way. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Will be recommending ION to everyone I know.

Very knowledgeable and professional.

The sales person was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about everything from the price to how the equipment works. Everyone we have come in contact with seemed genuinely interested in us being happy with everything.

Ion Solar is informative, affordable and easy to work with.

I highly recommend Ion Solar to everyone. They are a very easy company to work with, very informative and affordable.

ION Solar made the process easy and straightforward

The whole team at ION Solar from our salesperson to the office staff, and then of course the installers/electrician were fantastic. Explained each step of the process, were helpful with answering questions, and very professional. I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend

Premiere Solar System

This installation was our second purchased from ION Solar. With both systems, ION exceeded our expectations! They provide the best panels, inverters and, associated equipment available. On both occasions, the installation was quick, professional, and very “clean”. They do not leave your home with unsightly conduit on the roof. Everything was routed through the attic, exiting as needed just above the outside boxes and meters. All required inspections were completed successfully on first visit, no do-overs! We are happy to recommend ION ad your solar system provider!

Great company

We just had solar installed with Ion and it has been a fantastic experience. They have kept us in the loop on every step via emails and phone calls. If we had any questions, somebody was always available to answer them. We couldn’t be happier.

Our solar panels installation was very quick and worry free.

Great service, excellent communication

Made me feel comfortable with making such a long term investment. Explained things in simple terms and were always willing to talk and answer my questions.

Excellent Experience

Everyone I came into contact with in person and/or on phone was very pleasant and helpful. My energy advisor, Brandon Jackson is absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and is still very prompt getting back to me even after my system is installed and operational. My experience with Ion has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional Solar Service!

From the moment the first ION Solar representative to the day when the installation was complete and the system turned on, I was impressed with the company. Professional, knowledgeable personnel. Kept me regularly informed about every step and followed through to make sure to answer any questions that arose. And now I have solar! I would recommend ION Solar to anyone and everyone. They are top notch! You'll be happy you contacted them!

Highest quality of customer service and care.

As a small business owner I truly understand the importance of customer satisfaction and experience. ION consistently provided my family and I with updates, notifications and made the process relatively simple. All fields of the business and process were at the highest quality. Could not ask for a better experience.

Very Affordable! Great customer service every step of process!

From the first person who knocked on my door to the last call and text I recd this is by far the most organized company I've ever dealt with! They walked me thru every step PRIOR to me signing any contracts and once I signed they have been in touch every step in process. Now I'm all hooked up to dominion grid and doing good for planet and my electric bill plus added value to my home! So many in our Ocean Lakes neighborhood here in VA Beach are adding solar to their roof via ION Solar! Btw, if you decide to call them please say I sent you and I'll get a referral credit! I'm not getting paid to write this review I just want to spread the word this is def a company I'd do business with again!!

Awesome company

Everyone that I was in touch with at the company was informative, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The system is working even better than I had anticipated.
