ION Solar

Great! So impressed by the communication and consistent updates

The care ION takes in making the panels look good on the roof. The presentation was professional and genuinely considerate of customer needs.

Beyond Outstanding Service

They were one of the first companies to respond to my questions. Their sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. What really has me talking about them, has been their customer service. They identified a problem with my roof during the inspection, helped me identify help and then executed. Their process of communication has been great. This process started in May and I am already at the last stage, just waiting on the city, in July. I continue to tell my friends and family about their service.

Good choice for lower electric bills

Jim Rizer gave an excellent presentation of the product and answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to the future and feel prepared to receive it!

Wonderful from start to finish

This company uses its own installers so they are with you from start to finish. Top notch in our books for keeping us informed in every item being done. They are also very fast in getting back to you when you have a question.

Made going solar so easy!

Ion Solar was fast and thorough. They walked us through every step of the process and explained our options. They handled every aspect of the financing, planning and installation, including all of the necessary approvals and permits that we needed.

Ion Solar was very professional and timely in completing my sola

Ion was very professional and timely in completing my solar panels install.

A pleasure to work with

Sales Rep, Christian, worked with us a lot to get the price we were looking for. The whole process was seamless and ION made it very easy for us. They did all the paperwork with the county and our energy provider. I was surprised by how quick the installation went as well. Would definitely recommend going with ION.

James Germany and his crew/team worked extremely well together

I was impressed with Ion Solar from my first contact with your neighborhood solicitor who was patient knowledgeable and had to come back to my house twice to encourage me to follow through. He was not pushy but offered alternative suggestions and even called Dominion to assist me to get my bill and set my appt with James who too much time to visually explain my numerous concerns, clarify my knowledge regarding solar production, usage, labor, warranties, etc. Of course, I made his job more difficulty since I research your competitors and visited numerous residence and spoke with owners (from Ion & competition). Ion got my business and installation was smoother than expected and operational. I’m enjoying the sun and watching my meter go backward. Looking forward to low and no Dominion bills. Very grateful and happy customer!

All service was excellent.

Good references from PGE

Everyone has been friendly and communication has been excellent.

It was my first and only choice. A neighbor had researched six solar companies and said to me later this was the best choice. However; I had already started the process.

Ion is a Fantastic Company

I’ve made two random purchases from salespeople who’ve knocked on my door. One of them was the purchase of a set of solar panels from Ion. Throughout the entire process, Ion has been great. I feel like I got an excellent deal and that I made the right decision to buy my panels because Ion empowered me to make the decision to buy in the right way. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Ion was great at reaching out to me and including me on the progress every step of the way, too. I feel grateful to Ion for being my partner in helping me do my part to reduce my environmental impact.

Great customer service on the process.

The team worked closely with us on every step of process. Always keeping us informed with the progress including approval process. It really makes a smooth transition. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable, transparent and respectful.

Every employee had full knowledge of the process and plan for installation at my home. They were all forthcoming with answers to any questions I had along the way.

Great service, good rate and great material

First is green energy, great customer service, good technicians good rate

The ION Solar team was fantastic!

Having worked for a company that makes solar and wind power equipment, I knew the many benefits to society and the environment that solar played. But it wasn't until I met up with ION Solar that I saw how beneficial solar power could be to me and my home. It was eye opening. I can't speak highly enough of the ION Solar team, they were friendly and professional all the way; they explained specifically how a solar system based on net metering could make my home a safe, energy-producing facility and increase the value of my home. ION was with me every step of the way and provided the resources to get approvals from our homeowners association, the City and State, and Duke Energy (our utility) as well as the installation of the system itself. I can now say I've gone solar, and I look forward to seeing the cost savings and benefits that come from the ION Solar system.

Great Customer Service

Best customer service who contacted me each step of the way. I love their tracking app that allows you to see your progress and even with that, they made sure that they contacted me as each stage was completed. When I had questions about the type of solar panels being used, they were extremely helpful and sent additional information.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely great experience and was kept up to date the entire way. Highly recommend and glad to be contributing to a cleaner environment with solar energy.

Very good company

Dwayne Robert’s presentation was well presented. Explain the product with much knowledge.

Outstanding service and value

This company was very friendly from the initial sales rep to the installation crew. They know what they are doing and get the job done and make sure the customer is taken care through multiple perks and keep you updated throughout the process. And if there are any questions or concerns they respond promptly.

Good job

ION did exactly what they said they would do. They installed in one day and cleaned up after themselves. The technician kept me informed and talked me through the process
