Ty Seguin - Best Sales Rep Ever!

I typically don't listen to door-to-door salesmen but Ty showed up for Ion Solar and IMPRESSED me immediately! Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and very charismatic. He walked me through the entire process and even worked with the electric company to move things along. I am so happy with my panels and the AMAZING customer service I still receive after-install.

Great company and great instal experience

Truly a great experience. I really appreciate how out of their way the Ion professionals were willing to go to get my system done right for me. Michael Shafer (sales) and Heather Greene (permitting), and the electrician Matt (don’t know last name), and the panel install crew, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with how things went. I’m very picky and had way more questions than the normal customer and they answered every one of them or got me an answer back on things they didn’t know right off. I’m super excited about my panels being turned on now, and they are already producing better than expected. I’m so happy and would work with The Ion Solar team in a heartbeat.

WHY HAVEN'T YOU GONE SOLAR!?

My wife and I just moved into a new home in Castle Rock and amongst the many things we are upgrading we have always had an interest in getting solar panels installed. The nice thing with being in a new home is the sales come to you! A gentleman stopped the house one day and mentioned they were installing solar panels in the neighborhood with NO UPFRONT COSTS and they can lock in a rate instead of paying a fluctuating electric bill. I wasn't home so my wife told him to come back on Friday and talk to me. This gentleman, Keaton Campbell followed through with his word and came back on Friday. A man of his word gains a lot of credibility and respect in my book, and to see that he came back at the time we asked him to came back was much appreciated. We chatted for about 30 minutes and I said let's do it! The following week Jason Dashiell came to the house and spoke with my wife for about two and half hours answering every question we had and setting our minds at ease with all the different concerns we had. I will say he was fantastic at taking what can be a complicated and burdening process and making it simple and burden free, all with the help of his beautiful Great Dane!;) We have two little one's and he was cognizant of their nap times and allowing us to take care of them without feeling stressed that we were not giving them our un-divided attention. At the end of the conversation we agreed we wanted to move forward with ION and every experience we have members of their team affirms that decision. If you are on the fence or are wanting to go solar give ION Solar a call. You are there top priority, not just another sale, not just another number but honestly apart of the ION Family!

Excellent experience

The entire process was smooth and easy. My consultant, Eric Fox, was thorough in explaining the entire process and kept in communication. Throughout the entire process, I received regular updates as to the project status. The installation team even notified me of a maintenance issue on my roof that needed attention and had me get up on my flat roof so they could point out what they saw. Excellent experience and I've been producing electricity for 3 weeks now without any issues.

We have nothing but great things to say when Tyler came to our door he was so polite and informative..we then sat down and were given all the information needed to make a decision..was a no brainer…but from that time to installation and turn on was seamless …

M ION Solar did the entire job from specifications through installation. The local project manager, Selena, kept me informed of the project status throughout. They proved to be quite a team. Nate explained the financials. The guy with the red beard lead the installation team. They even painted the conduit to match the house. There were people I never communicated with that handled the permitting and inspections. The hardware and software are top rate. Maybe my best experience with a project of this complexity. Well done.

Professional and great communicators!

ION is great! They explained every step of the install and didn’t leave us in the dark during the installation process at all! They did a fantastic job serving as liaison between us and the electric company and our HOA as we completed the project. And our sales rep, Jason was always reachable by call or text to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!

Service, service and more service!

Just when we thought Customer Service was dead and buried, here comes ION Solar. Clayton Parks who first approached us, then indulged us for a second 2 hours Q&A. Thank you Clayton for your professionalism, honesty and always being accessible. Lorrente Timmerman was patient and understanding with all our questions/inquiries. She handled all our questions and moved the process along with ease. The install crew were just fantastic, fun and answered all my questions. A special thank you to you all...David Ball, Johnny Garcia, Thomas Holmes, Electrician - Aarin Paul, Trainee - Eric Wesselman. Very Good Company and Install Crew

We have had nothing but great results with this company. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The install crew was superb. I was a Const. Supt. for 21 years and I wish I could have found this caliber of men. It was very hot when they started and only one man would take a break at a time. I have a pool in the yard and told them that they could jump in if they needed to. A couple of them did, but only at lunch time and the end of completion. I told the foreman when they arrived that we had new gutters installed and they took every precaution to protect them, going as far as sending for standoffs for their ladders. Site was cleaned as good or better than when they arrived.

Excellent choice

Over the last year I had been trying to come to a decision to finally choose solar. Some family friends had been posting their bills online and that’s what made me decide to start saving energy and especially money.
