Ion solar has been great. Open lines of communication from the start. Sean was very informative when he came over to discuss going solar. Really impressive sales rep and an impressive company. Great group of people to work with.

Although my system hasn't been turn on yet (waiting for inspection), the experience has been awsome. My sales rep Brandon Jackson was great. He explained everything in detail and as far as I can tell he left nothing out. The door to door sales associates were pleasant and curious and I particularly enjoyed the conversations. The electrician, who's name I can't remember, along with Ryan and his team who installed the panels, are Dare Devils and were very professional. I know they do this for a living but up and down a latter on a 3 story home, wow. I commend these Gentlemen for I could not do it. Well done! Now on to the savings....

The ION team has been fantastic. Our installation was completed 2 days ago. The install team was very informative and willing to answer all questions. It was so great to see the digital electric meter showing us feeding the grid during their brief test. Hopefully the rest of the process will be completed very soon (city inspection and utility inspection). Originally we were not going to get solar. When Kevin our ION rep stopped by and told us about their program with no money out of pocket we became interested, but let him know that we were leaning to No. However, after reviewing ION and the products they used, in addition to the rising electric rates and now forced to participate in the time of use, it started to make sense to get solar. I did lots of research on the panels and inverters they were going to install. They also provided me with the spec sheets on the equipment being installed that I requested. So far our experience with ION has been great. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking at getting solar to check out ION and see if what they offer fits what you want in a solar installation.

The entire process from initial presentation through installation of the panels has been very smooth. Sean was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I am glad I went with ION Solar.

I had already made up my mind with going solar before speaking with him but he made it more convincing without a doubt. The installation process was timely and ahead of the projected timeline. Outstanding service overall!

Everything about the process has been phenomenal. Our sales rep, Jarrell Chandler, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure at all during the process, Jarrell throughly addressed all of our questions and concerns. The install team was equally phenomenal. Keith the team lead was incredibly professional and made sure I was tracking everything that was going on. His teams electrician, Najiv, was amazing and kept me informed of everything going on and explained the entire system to me. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire Ion tram. They made it incredibly easy to work with them and I would recommend them to anyone

My wife and I met with Jon, from ION Solar to get more information on Solar. We thought it was too expensive and unobtainable and all the other myths you hear regarding solar but with the recent rise of our energy bills we decided to have Jon inform us about the benefits and facts of doing Solar. To our surprise, we will pay less than what we currently pay for energy bill alone. The experience from the sit down with Jon to the installation of the panels was superb - They took care of everything!! We truly recommend ION Solar and Jon to anyone thinking, wanting, or looking into saving on their energy bill and going GREEN along with receiving great service. ION Exceeded our Expectations

We knew when we moved to Las Vegas that it'd be an ideal location to have solar installed on our home. That said, we didn't know much about it and were a bit intimidated at the thought of having to shop around.
