Stay away from this company at all costs. Their Rep Shawn came to my home and I told him I wanted to insure that I wanted enough solar power to avoid ever getting anymore bills from Edison. He told me that unless I used a lot more power after the installation then I had used in the past that there would be plenty of solar power to handle all my electrcity demands. That was a bunch of crap and he knew it. Had this system since May. Started getting bills from Edison because the crappy system Imperium installed did not produce enough power. When I complained to Shawn I was told a totally different story. He said because of the size of my roof they were not able to install enough panels. Also, because of "weather problems" where insufficient sun or excessive heat would cause problems that I may not have enough power produced. Now remember I live in Southern California where the weather is very consistent. And how convenient that good old Shawn NEVER explained this issues with me at the time of sale. Of course he didn't. All he wanted was to make a sale and being totally transparent was obviously not important to Imperium or one of their sales rep named Shawn. Oh and also these idiots do not monitor their systems. The owner has to do that. I should have gone with Sunrun but I made a horrible mistake.

We haven’t had any recurrent issues since then.

After meeting with a few other solar companies, I decided to go with Imperium. The other companies had strong sales pitches and pushed the battery, other items, and were leases. I wanted to own my panels and not pay for unnecessary add-ons unless I find them necessary down the road.

The system was up and running almost immediately and after with 2020 finished we saw that it outproduced what they said it would and that translated into 0 electric bills.
