Going Solar was absolutely the best thing we could have done. Choosing Green Solar Technologies was the 2nd best thing we could have done. They were great to work with! The process was so easy, and it was a no pressure sale!! They came, talked about their product, and got us the most bang for our buck. Friendly, communicative, punctual, and professional group of people to work with. Then the installation crew...what a great bunch of guys. They always informed us of where we were in the process, when they were going to come, and they always cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I HIGHLY recommend Green Solar to anyone considering Solar panels!! Go Green Solar!! I'm a cheerleader for you for life!!!

Rain rain go away

First full month saved approximately 75%. Bill went from over $100.00 to$36.00. Within 18 panel system produced over 700 kWh. This month 8/2018 it has clowd cover almost even day☹️. Green Solar energy was very professional in obtaining finances and all permits required. Crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s.

17.1 KWh System in Ohio

So I just passed 1 GWh in 5 months of having my GreenSolar System...Last few electric bills were -2.46 credit, and $7.99, and $65. The $65 was due to increased A/C usage. Overall, the system is working flawlessly. I have practically forgotten that it there as it just cranks out the KWh's to the grid in a net metering agreement with Dayton Power and Light.

for as far of installation im very happy, but for everything else im not so, because my electric bill havent gone down that much,,for me not being home but about a week out of a month. and it was a ground instillation. and when the salemen said that you will get 1/3 of the price back in taxes thet are wrong you dont, they spread it out in about 6 years

We have been living with our 24 solar panels installed very professionally and efficiently by Gary and his son and grandson in March 2018, 5 months ago. We were not able to have the panels installed on our house roof due to the partial shade from our surrounding redwoods. The panels were placed 250 feet beyond our house in our meadow to the east of the house and Green Solar suggested an additional 4 panels to account for their calculated loss of electricity due to distance transmission. We have gleefully watched our PG & E meter go continually backward ever since, gaining almost 1400 KwH in these 5 months above and beyond our monthly usage. We recognize this is the sunniest time of year but are confident that by year's end we will still come out ahead of our PG&E bill. Thank you Green Solar for an excellent analysis, installation and execution of our solar panel system.

Best money I ever spent!

To date, we have not had an electric bill to pay, other than the connection fee from PNM. Less than $7 per month, even using air conditioning!

We have had our system on for about 2.5 months and real happy with results. For the months of June and July our electric bill has averaged $20.00 for each month and the air conditioner was on most of the time. As far as the purchase and the installation went real well, just had to wait for the red tape paper work to go through and get things approved.

Best decision we've made in a long time!

I'm sitting here in the hot West Texas heat, central air has been on full blast most of the day, fans are going, TV is on, computers are powered on... all powered by solar panels! Wow! We were one of the first people in our small town to go solar, and even the city inspectors were acting like kids in a candy shop! They were full of questions, and I answered them the best I could! We just got everything up and running yesterday, and today is our first full day of 100% solar operation. I couldn't be happier! What I'm really excited about, is seeing the savings on my next electric bill!!

The Green Solar Company was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The installers they sent out were completely professional and certified. The work was done quickly and the cleanup was excellent. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Poor post-installation service

The 42 panel system was supposed to take care of all or almost all of our electric needs. After installation we still have the $500 electric bill that we did before installation. Sales and installation contractors are great. After installation, service is not good. I have contacted this company multiple times via phone and email over the past month and a half to determine why the promised production is not as promised, so it can be corrected. I have received no call or email back. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of the poor after installation service, even though the products and contractors used were great.

While doing my homework and interviewing companies for solar power on our home, I met with Daniel Ginzburg of Green Solar Technologies. Daniel helped me with all the questions I could come up with and was very knowledgeable about consumer needs and solar technology. Green solar Technologies have amazing products and customer service, excellent installers and project managers, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. 20.5KW PV System

I shopped around for 4 months before finding Green Solar Technologies (GST). GST was the only OEM that offered the financing I wanted, a non-escalating fixed price 20 year lease. GST was great to work with through out the entire project and even saved the entire project when my local power company used a loophole in state code to bill me for upgrading their street Transformer. GST offered (un-solicited) to subsidized the upgrade to the tune of $2000. GST has been tremendously responsive to my needs and always very professional and courteous.

Good system but company could improve

My email and telephone conversations with Letticia Escobar were helpful. My conversation with the first salesman (Carl) was abysmal. He was rude and avoided offering me information on a solar system. After essentially calling me an idiot for having a current electric contract, he ended the conversation. I was later contacted by someone from GST customer service who was very attentive to my feedback about my initial salesman. I was then contacted by Gerry, a second salesman who provided me considerable information and eventually convinced me that solar would be an appropriate choice for my electricity situation. The contract process was very quick and done electronically. I then was called by a project manager who apparently set up a site visit and ordered the materials. The installation crew was competent and installed the panels and inverter in a very workmanlike manner. However, after explaining how they would send me a link so I could monitor system performance on my computer and phone, they failed to actually send me that link. I then was notified that I had a new project manager. He gave me his cell number andI I attempted to call him twice; neither time did he answer his phone. I left a voicemail and eventually he called me back and gave me some moderately helpful information. My second call resulted in a voicemail to him that he never returned. By then I had about 6 significant questions dealing with warranty, income tax paperwork, on-line monitoring, that sort of thing. My system had been working well for about 3 weeks when Customer Service called me again. This was opportune as I had unanswered questions and little confidence that the project manager would talk to me or have accurate answers. I conveyed my questions and the Customer Service lady understood all my questions, gave me good answers, sent me a link for the on-line monitoring, and generally did much to offset my disappointment with the sales and project management folks. Review: the sales force seems too anxious to "close a sale" and without helping a prospective customer with valid information; the project managers were sparse on information and terribly weak on follow-up; the installation crew was excellent; the equipment seems to be top-notch, and the customer service ladies have been outstanding.

Great company

Green solar made my dream of going solar possible. They took care of everything all I had to do is sign my name oh and give them money. I feel the cost was about average for my 32 panel grid tie system. My first power bill from my electric company was $25.00. Down $275. So I am saving money the first month.
