These people owe pretty much everyone money including me. But I’ll do you one better. They don’t even have an office where they say they do. I passed through Los Angeles to find out. I WOULD NOT do business with them. They are obviously planning on scamming everyone out of their money. Oh and trust me they are still operating thier business, because I acted as a prospect, they called me immediately.

Did the company disappear/ Avoid at all cost

Half hour panels stopped working about a year ago. I started going through solar edge, who finally stated I needed to contact Green Solar and have them send a tech out for repairs. Did the company go under after scamming a bunch of people? I tried getting on there website to reach out and there website appears to be down. I have read all these reviews and it sounds like I would not be able to reach them anyway. I did find a contact number and it shows deactivated. I even found the number of the project manager from green solar who I was in constant contact during install and his number is deactivated as well. Is there a lawsuit going on with the company? Add me to the lawsuit if there is. Lesson learned, I will never go with a company that is not local to my area ever again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased solar panels from them a few years ago. I've left several messages at several phone #'s with no call back. Awful support!

Worst Customer Service EVER!! Stay away!

My system was installed in late 2018. At that time it was wonderful and we were very happy with the product. Now it is 2024 and our system stopped working approximately 4 months ago. My local electric company came out made sure it was not a problem on their end and told me it was my inverter. I have been trying to reach GST for the last 4 months, I have left many many many messages on the customer service line with out a single call back. I reached out to the company that did the install (GST subcontracts this to local companies) and was told they are no longer subbing for them because they don't follow thru or pay their bills. I was told without going thru GST my warranty is basically VOID and I have to pay all costs. I contacted Solar Edge since it is their brand of inverter and was told I have to go thru GST in order to not void the warranty.

Green Solar Customer NO service

I have these Green Solar panels on my roof and some of the inverters are not working. I have been calling customer support for the past 2 weeks and they keep sending me to voice mail. Customer service does not exist for this company.

Non existent customer service

They don't answer calls; you can't get anyone on the phone. Avoid this company; they're scammers.

They never return my calls.

Time for Class Action Lawsuit

Since 2016 after install, the customer service has been terrible. I have been without monitoring since July 21st 2021....hundreds (yes 100s) of calls and broken promises, still no resolution. In addition 3 panels have failed, and each one replacement has been a nightmare! After reading reviews, and after speaking several times with the apparent CEO/President/Founder and his broken promises, it is time for legal action. Please contact me at bctahoe75@gmail.com so that the many unhappy customers can finally do something about this horrible companay. Thanks Robert I will not share your information with anyone, just need for these people to honor the warranty and service we were promised. My $28,000 investment should ensure service and warranty promises!

Horrible Company to Work with

First they lied to me about the monthly payments when I was first talking to them. They told me the monthly payment would be $250/month. Then my bill jumped to $358/month. Three months after install, the inverter started giving me troubles. They said they would change it out because it should last longer than that. Never was changed!!! Then 3 years after the system was installed, the converter completely stopped working, so no solar energy what so ever. Had a different solar company come and help me diagnose the problem. Sent info to Green Solar, they told me I would have to pay more money to get a new inverter installed. Ever time I call Green Solar, they brush me aside and give me an excuse not to help me. Now I have a solar system in my front yard that I cannot pay for and use.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

This has been the worse experience I have had with a company, nobody calls you back when there is an issue, it takes weeks for an answer, it took two months to get my inverter replaced and a month in the replacement and the inverter is not talking, been sending emails and no response, they subcontract company’s and its not worth it, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I wish I could put a ZERO!!! SCAAAAAAMMMMM!!!!

Terrible Customer Service

Bought and installed the system in 2019 and the only worked for 11 months before the solar edge app stopped working and the system is not collecting energy anymore. It's been 35 months that there has been no contact from Green Solar technologies. I have 28 panels. They are not holding up to their promise of 25 year labor and part warranty.

By far the worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. Not only do my panels only work a month at a time it takes green solar months before they will even call me back to schedule a service call to look at the problem. i have gone as long as six months without my panels producing. SO BAD!

They SCAMMED ME! After installed never showed up! The system no longer works and no body answer on the phone provided! Just complain Attorney General!

No monitoring for 18 months!!!

When they installed my panel everything seemed to work fine, but shortly after my 3G was outdated and I have been waiting for 10 months for a replacement. They never answer their phones nor do they every call to update where the new modem is. They have the absolute worst customer service.

They don't even deserve 1 star - NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

You can basically read everyone else's comments and mine will be the same. My roof has been leaking since January and finally last week they sent a roofer to look at it and now crickets again. Got my electric bill and it was almost $700. Apparently my inverter stopped working in February and they never told me (the contract says they monitor the system for this exact reason). Inverter has a 25 year warranty. I;m told they have to send the new part to me and then I have to call them to have someone install it. I can't get a call back, and I can't get any information. Supposedly they are going ot reimburse me for the electric bill. Yeah... right! The frustration is through the roof with these people who don't answer calls, don't return messages, NADA. From everything I am reading on the various review sites, including F Grade on BBB, I expect these guys to be out of business before long. And this isn't the worst of it. Because the first install initially went well, I had them install on a second home, which also needed an upgrade to the electric panel and a new roof. The roof has leaked 3 times, the electrician... I won't even get into that in detail, but they blew up my AC compressor (I have not been compensated), and numerous other issues that I had to pay another electrician to fix. Just massive incompetence all the way around. I have finally contacted an attorney, but I don't know that they will even care. They are likely out searching for their next victims.

Horrible Experience, Lies and Lack of Response

Let me start this off by stating that I started the process of going solar in September of 2021. The sales call was done quickly, financing was approved, and things looked promising. I had all my paperwork in and completed in October '21. I reached out in December of '21 to see what the scheduling was looking like to start my solar project, with no response until I reached out again in January '22, looking to cancel my project due to no communication from this company. They advised that I would have to pay a substantial fee in order to cancel and offered me a financial rebate to stay on board and they would get me taken care of as quickly as possible. After that phone call, we had things moving and finally got our panels installed in April of '22. Cue even more nightmares with this company. It took over 6 months to get the inspection finalized and approval to turn my panels on and start generating power, over which time I had to start paying for my panels, on top of my full power bill from the electrical provider. This company told me they would reimburse me for those payments, as my panels had not been turned on, due to them not having the properly stamped and approved drawings for my project, which they didn't let me know about until after they had installed the panels and the inspector wasn't even coming out to look at the project, who I had to reach out to and find out why they hadn't come yet. It is now April of '23 and I have no end in sight as to when I will see any form of reimbursement from this company, nor do I have any hope that they will take care of any issues that may occur down the road. Steer clear of these people!

Awful company to work with

Sadly they placed my solar system and if I can go back in time I’d burn my phone while calling them !!! Possibly the worst experience I had with a company that hires third party contractors to do their work , has no idea about local laws , and overall just very uninformed. The icing on the cake is the terrible customer service and lack of communication and oversight. I recommend you try a company that has better management and quality control

Lets all sue them

I have had problems with green solar technology fot over 16 months now. 14 panels have been down and they do nothing but lie and promise to repair. I want to sue them. Don't waste your money with these people.

I had my solar aray put on my house, but the inverter was not working. So, instead of ordering a new one, they made me wait for 4 months for the supplier to issue a replacement. Total scam!!! Lier, Lier pants on fire... Don't use them they will scam you out of money...

We are an electrical contractor that assisted with the installation of solar panels through Green Solar Technologies in Northeast Wisconsin. Once our job was done and all forms and information was submitted were able to submit our bill. To date we still have not received payment - has been months. We have tried to contact them by phone and email to no avail. They do not return calls or answer our emails. If you are an installer beware of doing business with this company!

Worst company ever

They don’t ever call you back or answer the phones. Don’t sign anything until the install is completed. I have been waiting and paying for over a year waiting to get my system finished. I am filing a complaint with the bank and putting stop payment on the account. I will be going to court over this. I spent $58300 on a system that doesn’t even work. Do not waste your money with them.

Dont do it

Once this company gets your money Service Sucks. I now pay more then I did before I had them install Solar (Solar payment and Electric Bill) I have talked with them about the problem and basically they say not their problem. Even the Company they sub contracted to do the install wont work with them anymore. Install does not look finished. Would love to star a Class action law suit. Do your research before you buy from Green Solar Technologies

Do not use

I got a system from them and it took a year for it to get installed. They started pulling payments before the system was completed. Rob told me that I should be happy to be making the payments on my non finished system. I had to make calls to find out why the county failed the system install when Nick said they were waiting for my power company to install the new meter. I have been lied to or ignored for months. Do not use these people

Post-sales is TERRIBLE. $6,884 Rebate Not Filed

NOT RECOMMENDED. Exercise EXTREME caution! We were sold on a 7.26kw system with a very responsive sales person. After signing the contract though, extreme frustrations began. There were issues with installation delays, wrong production reporting, lower production than quoted and awful communication post-sales. Now we've discovered that a rebate they said they would file with our energy company was never filed. The rebate value was quoted at $6,884. I do not recommend Green Solar due the issues referenced above, but most prominently for failing to take responsibility for our $6,884 loss that was 100% their fault. I will update this if Green Solar ever admits their fault and makes it right. I have given them all the proof and every chance to correct the issue with no resolve. I will continue spreading the word on how Green Solar did not fulfill their contract and working for fair compensation.

Long story short - the company lacks professionalism. Our neighbor used Green Solar for their solar installation. The company - instead of paying and arranging their own trash bins to throw away all their commercial debris and trash; the company decided to use our trash bins. Keep in mind - our neighbor is using them. They filled up our trash cans with trash, including filling our "Green" garbage bin (green for biodegradable waste or compostable materials) with concrete debris, metal junk, and others. See photos. Contacted the company but they just ignore. Unprofessional company, I would suggest you stay away.
