My system

Installed about 2 months ago by Mike H. and crew the system is working great. I'm now ahead on power by 181 kwh. Thanks to all the folks at Green Solar Technologies. I have and will continue to tell everybody what a great company they are!

They know their stuff

I had talked to several solar companies and it did not make sense to me because I needed a new roof which was very expensive and the solar part would be a break even monthly. After talking with Jessica, she told me that they can also do the new roof and with the credits and the rebates and bundling with the roof it was very affordable and pays for itself much quicker than doing it all individually. They were really detailed, very fast and we are up and running in a very short period of time, with hardly any hassle. We are only a few weeks in, but everything seems to be working great and producing well. Plus my roof looks great! They were efficient and knowledgeable.

After all the material got to our house, the installer came and explained what he was going to do and where everything would be on our home. I was very pleased with the work and the installation .

From beginning to end, the staff, at all levels were knowledgeable and professional. We were able to make a very informative decision to choose going solar because of their helpfulness with our questions. Unlike some other companies we talked with, GST was right on point. The installers were a big help by handling all the legwork for my permits and were prompt and professional. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We had a really good experance with Green solar. The whole process was really easy. the instaler who came to our house was great to work with really good to talk with and expplained everything so we understood what we need to do to care for our system

Solar panels

Once all the paperwork was done, the installation was completed quickly. There were many forms to sign in addition to the contract. They were not well explained and made me question the purchase. Also, I realize that there are people that need constant reminders and prodding but I am not one of them. I do not like being hounded. Lastly, I was not kept informed of the status of the project. Once they started, it was done quickly, but an effort should have been made to keep me informed especially when I was being contacted frequently during the selling stage. So to sum up...recommend more communication and explain the documents you need the customer to sign. Would still recommend.

A Top of Line Work

We had Green Solar come to give us a quote and information about solar. The salesman, Rick Zamora did a professional job and answered all our questions. We decided to go with Green Solar, they put up 37 panels on our roof in just 3 days and we are very pleased and grateful we chose Green Solar. Great professional service.

This is my second house with solar. On my current residence I had installed a system by another company in 2009 but it was not producing enough energy. After negotiating with them for over 6 months they were unable to increase the size of the system to cover my energy needs. Within 3 months of my first contact with Green Solar Technologies the additional 4,000 watts of solar energy that I required was installed and producing more energy than I am using. Good going Green Solar Technologies I should have went with you in the first place.

live in Northeast PA and the electricity costs are crazy! After listening to my husband and children complain about how cold the house had been this last winter and how hot it was last summer I decided solar must be the way to go. After hours of searching solar companies online I decided to go with Green Solar. I am glad I did as from the first phone call to the final inspection every one I had contact with was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The install was done quickly (rain allowing) yet professionally, the communication throughout was great as I knew constantly what was going on and they were great about cleaning it all up, can't even tell they were here! Just looked at our electric meter and it was going backwards!!! Can't wait to see the difference having solar makes, thank you Green Solar Technologies!

Very Satisfied

Green Solar Tech is a great company to work with. They were very thorough in the bidding the system and answered all my questions over a period of several days...no pressure. They explained exactly what would happen and when and everything went just as they said. The installation process was very smooth and was completed just as scheduled. I am very impressed with the system so far and I'm looking forward to seeing how much energy (and energy savings) my system can produce during the long summer days in Texas.

Great overall

Was a little rough in the beginning but some of it was to personal reasons. The team at green solar kept me updated through the whole process and even helped me with the tax poetion. I stallion only took a few days and the guys even came on their day off to help with the breakers and review the websites.

My Solar Panel installation

This is a team of very professional people, starting from sales (Sal Zvik) , installers (Carlos & his crew) to customer care (Janet Kirk), they have done a remarkable job getting my solar panels project complete from start to finish. Sal - was very patient with me explaining the entire process, quoting the cost and estimating the time it took to completion. Carlos and his team - did a phenomenal job prepping the framework and laying the panels, they also did a very good job cleaning up job each day and after project completion. They did not leave any mess behind. Janet – provided me with the best customer after care service, she is very good in communication, always follow up and helped me with getting my warranty services done quickly. I am very satisfied with the entire team and this project saved me a ton of money on my energy bill.

Russell Hucks

The financing, customer service, and installation were very good however; the sales pitch was “the system will pay for itself and the government incentive runs-out at the end of this year. You only have a few months remaining.” Since no one wants to be left behind on a great deal, I was pressured and rushed into buying a system. The 30% government incentive does not “run out” until next year and it will take 30 years for the system to pay for itself not the 10 to 12 years, like I was lead to believe. My system is a 3KWH system. It has peaked at 1.648 KWH and drastically goes down from that point, so I simply can’t see it ever reaching 3 KWH for periods of hours during a day. This is one purchase that I seriously regret ever making. I would not recommend solar energy to anyone regardless of the company. I personally believe this entire idea of solar energy is a President Obama and Senator Reid scam to put money in their pockets while wasting your money, as well as the tax payers. As an intelligent, educated, retired Naval Officer of 26 years, I’m embarrassed that I allowed myself to be scammed by a salesman like this. Sincerely, Russell Hucks

Love it... the sales the closure everyone very friendly and highly knowledgable.. I'm saving a lot of money on my bills it's a great investment plus it 's tax deductable . Most of all I'am helping the earth !

Very happy customer

I loved working with Green Solar Technologies. My system is a small one (possibly the smallest they've installed) so it was a special and unusual job that many solar companies wouldn't even consider, or would charge a ridiculous price. They gave me a great quote, and then sent very professional installers to get the job done in a day. They also worked with LADWP to secure my rebate and system connect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Integral & Quality Service

The solar panels and two inverters are installed and operating. It is difficult to comprehend we are now producing our own electricity, saving money and offsetting our carbon footprint. Thank you Paul, for your patience, knowledge and integrity. The installers were friendly and their workmanship was of a high standard.
