I heard about Goldin Solar from friends who had a project installed. Goldin and I got off to a slow start, because the project manager assigned to me left, but once they got me a replacement, we were off and running. My project is complete, the job looks great, and I watch the collection-- and the efficiency of it-- on my dashboard. I haven't gotten my first post-panel FPL bill yet, but it's obvious it's going to be very low. My only regret is that batteries you can use every day are not yet available, so when the sun is down, I'm back on the grid. But Goldin knows I want to know about it when batteries that can be used daily are available.

I am a very picky customer, sometimes expect perfection, but there is not such thing. Well, Goldin Solar came close to that. They were very helpful through the whole process and their customer service is excellent, Yesenia was a delight to deal with!

Amazing customer service

I was recommended to Goldin Solar by one of my employees. I have been thinking about getting solar panels but I didn’t know where to start. From the beginning of my journey with them, they gave me a feeling of trust, honesty and always available to answer my questions. Their entire team is amazing, specially Yesenia whom I was always in contact. The entire process was painless and the best part was that I didn’t have to be at my house for them to do their job. My dad was also very happy with their quality of work. I will continue recommending them to anyone that wants to go solar.

Goldin is the Real Deal!

When I was researching solar there seemed to be a lot of 3rd party companies that were selling themselves as solar, but actually hired sub-contractors. Goldin only does solar and has a unique perspective on best practices for solar, the owner is an engineer and takes great care to create the best system for his customers. Liz and Steven took us through the process and came to visit us in person when needed. Great company!

Tried the rest, went with the best

We tried pretty much every Solar company in Central Florida and we weren't really happy with any of them. Justin from Goldin Solar came out told us what we needed, answered our questions and told us how much it would cost. No sales pitch, no used car salesman tactic, just facts and numbers, what we were looking for.

Very professional, best value overall

I took into consideration several other companies before deciding on one of them. When you take into account the quality of their panels and the price for the entire installation (it's a turnkey solution, so no need to worry about permits or any unexpected cost increase), this is definitely the best option out there at this point.

Great solar company

We are very happy with our experience with Goldin Solar. Our install was complicated by including the solar package as part of an addition we built on our house. There were a few glitches at the beginning that slowed things down a bit, but these problems were mitigated in a fairly timely manner and we are now generating our own power using a 'renewable resource', which was our goal. I would like to add that with the addition of a new project manager midway into the project, Stephen Goldman, our project came together nicely at the end. All in all, I believe that Darin's heart is in the right place and I have no problem recommending them to 'do you right'. Go Solar!

Solar Panel Instalation

The team at Goldin Solar was amazing in helping me transform my home so that I could be more green! They did an amazing job installing 104 solar panels on my roof. They also helped me with all administrative paperwork needed for the project! Highly recommended!

Professional Honest Trustworthy Knowledgable

Have you ever looked at endless positive product or service feedback and asked yourself "is this fake, generated by the employees? I am not an employee nor did I know anyone at at Goldin Solar. I did 6 months of painstaking research into local providers. I requested contact information for customers both satisfied and those with complaints. Goldin gave me a comprehensive list (with customers permission) to speak with and visit. For those of you who don't want lengthy reading, I will give you an early summary. My system went live the last week in April. I have the smaller of the 2 tiered systems. April May marked the start of rainy season. Clouds block the sun anywhere from 10% to 90% of the day. Of course clouds are the enemy of solar power. Last years May FPL bill was almost $300. With one full month of overcast days and guessing that my system is working at 60% due to the clouds, my May bill came it at $56. Since my system went online with the start of heavy A.C. use, I won't start building credits until fall. I then expect my FPL bills to drop to -$0-. Their salespersons were not pushy. They didn't have a canned presentation with "special incentives" if you "sign now". I had endless questions that they patiently answered. They have been solidly in business in South Florida for a number of years. South Florida is littered with "Solar companies" here yesterday and gone today. Some of the other companies who also gave me a bid actually are not installers and use Goldin as their sub contractors. Painless from start to finish. Yesenia was my contact at Goldin. She handled everything from permits to scheduling. She was accessible before, during, and after business hours (weekends also). Aaron in sales was was a good guy and site manager Aldo was always available when I had questions. Two comments to wrap up. I walk the walk. Call Goldin if you want to speak with me or see my system and if you are in a hurry and want solar tomorrow don't purchase solar. With engineering design, customer aporoval, scheduling, permit submission, permit approval, site inspections, building code inspections, FPL inspections, FPL net meter order and install scheduling, you are looking at 8 to 12 weeks depending on your municipality. If you do decide on solar, consider Goldin.

Great service, super easy process!

Solemne, our project coordinator, help us all the way from project to final permits making our experience a excellent one. The City of Dania permits office is famous for being difficult to work with and Solemne even went in person to obtain the permits faster. Then Alex did a great work putting everything together in less than a week. Kudos to this great team!

Great Company to use

They are a great company to use when installing solar panels. From the beginning to the end they listened to the customer. I got Exactly the system I wanted without salesman pressure. The whole team worked well together. My solar arrays look very nice on my roof. It’s nice to be producing 85% of my electric use.
