Golden Solar was very professional in their explanation and breakdown of the work they would do and the work they did turned out beautiful. I am very pleased with my panels and with the customer support. The only reason I gave them a 4 rather than 5 is that they did not right away take the lien off my house once the work was done as agreed. I had to call them and they responded right away to correct the situation, but it affected my timeline in my refinance of my home. I would strongly recommend them.

We completed our solar project with Goldin Solar not too long ago, excellent work by Steve and his whole team! About the Solar Solution: Our goal was to be able to power the house during a hurricane if FPL power goes down. After looking into generators, it was a clear decision for us to go with solar – an environmentally sustainable and economically sensible solution. After much research, Goldin Solar stood out as the best provider. They worked with us and designed our 18.2kw system with 56 panels, 2 SolarEdge inverters, and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. Something Special about Goldin Solar: A lot of times the sales pitch is the high point of a consumer experience. However, with Goldin Solar, it was highly impressive that our experience got even better after the sales pitch. Led by Steve, our PM, their team was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. They made the process largely “hassle” free for us. Even with installation, where I was initially concerned about having a “construction site” look for too long in our yard, their on-site team did a fantastic job moving efficiently and keeping everything organized and neat. We are very pleased with the company’s work quality and service – from design, to installation, to post-installation care. Our experience tells us they care about what they do, do it well, and care about their customers. Great company and great group of people to work with!

Excellent Experience w/ Goldin Solar!

I had an excellent experience with Goldin Solar, especially working with Michael and Solene! Being a science teacher, solar has always interested me and I wanted to do my part to help reduce carbon emissions. After installing a new roof and knowing there was going to be a 30% federal tax credit, I knew it was the right time. I did my research and selected two different companies (and even had two different sales reps from each visit me). I selected Goldin Solar because their business is only solar, they were based out of Miami (but have offices throughout Florida), and their STELLAR reviews/reputation. The inspection, permitting, and install were very well coordinated. We are very happy with our solar panels and have already seen the savings potential after a month of it up and running. Goldin Solar is a great company , the best I have seen actually, if you are thinking about going SOLAR!!!!!!! Very good technically and commercially, including services, a pleasure to deal with them even when you challenge them.

Very Professional Organization

Goldin Solar installed our solar system about 45 days ago. They showed up as promised & cleaned up every day when they left. It is wonderful to go outside past the meter and watch it spin backwards, knowing that in our own little way that we are helping to fight global warming. Steve who was our rep at Goldin, kept us up to date all the time as to the status of the permitting, installation and inspections. My only suggestion is to anyone who has a an FP & L “time of use meter”, Have the time of use turned off before the installation begins. I would highly recommend Goldin Solar if you ever thought about putting solar on your home or business.

Had a great consultation with Goldin Solar. They were friendly and made us feel comfortable from the start.

Quick fast and professional

First time buying solar. Taylor was very helpful and came over to show us the cost and break down several times. We never felt pressured. We went from $250 power bills to $40 power bills, and I'm sure in the summer we can even lower. Just a warning Duke energy took 40 days to hook up our reverse meter, but that is not a fault of Goldin

Great company

The staff involved with this company is amazing. Always prompt, easy to get a hold of, and so friendly! The service manager, Michelle, is amazing at her job and always makes it easy to ask any questions or address any issues. The installation staff was really nice and polite, it was actually a pleasure having them around my home for a few days! I am really happy I found such an efficient and friendly company to do my solar panels!

Goldin Solar was the cheapest around and i interviewed 6 companies

Disabled vet scammed out of 45k

I was sold a $45,500 system that would replace my electric bill with a solar bill. A year later last month bill was 220 dollars and now I have a solar bill as well. The company has made excuses and denied to correct the problem. Now this disabled vet must pay two bills. A power bill and a solar bill. Don�t de a fool like me and trust them. Try a different company

Good company with people who care

Solid Company! There were a few hiccups in the process but Jason my project manager was there every step of the way to ensure I felt comfortable with the decision we made, and to iron out the couple of wrinkles.

Goldin Solar

I am glad that I chose Goldin Solar to have solar system installed through them. It was very easy to work with them through various stages of long procedure to have solar panels installed. As I was informed that it will generate about 30 KWh per day, system generated more than that in unfavorable weather condition. It generated close to 1000 KWH in first month of installation (even weather was rainy for about 3 weeks and Hurricane was looming on our area)

Excellent service

Goldin first arrived with a very professional and comprehensive presentation, summary and quote. Once i signed the contract, i was pleasantly surprised by the follow up - usually post signature, service standard and quality falls - and the project manager (Steven Goldman) overseeing the permit, installation and operational process was excellent. The nature of securing multiple permits prolongs the overall installation process over a few months, but Steven was brilliant throughout, through great customer service: always available, extremely proactive and constantly reactive to my persistent questions and requests. Getting solar power is a huge investment and receiving wonderfully attentive service made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. It would have been very stressful for me had i not had Steven providing consistently stellar service. I definitely did not regret going with Goldin and would recommend them to anyone, most particularly for their customer service!
