Gilmore Solar, Heat & Air

I originally looked into Gilmore because of there reputation and there length in business, over 40 years right here in Placerville. When I called in they were prompt and the process was very smooth. The sales rep was on time and explained everything to me in a very clear manor. After we signed the communication and the process exceeded my expectations! The installers showed up on time, we’re very courteous and they finished in 1 day!! They kept me informed every step of the way and the whole process from signing to when the system got turned on was less than a month.

First I need to thank those people at SolarPanelTalk. They were very helpful and eye-opening. That being said, After much deliberation and numerous bids, I chose Gilmore to install my solar system. The Rich(s) were my first Gilmore contact. For the most part they were no different than any of the seven other reps from the other companies I received bids from. They seemed knowledgeable and were patient with my questions. Alyssa was my second contact. My impression is that she is the glue that holds this all together. Again, she too was very helpful and patient with my questions/concerns. She has been very informative during this process. Third contact was the installers, Greg and Jon. Very professional and informative as to the days they would be doing the work. My last contact face to face with a Gilmore rep was with Jon on the day the county inspector showed up to sign off on the job. Not to beat a dead horse, but he also was friendly and professional. From signing contract to install to connection was no more than a couple of weeks. It was all painless (except for writing a big check at the end). If something should change, I will be sure to update my review.
