We are pleased to share our experience with Future Energy Savers. From the initial presentation to the completion of installation, Future Energy's representatives and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We did not feel any undue pressure from them to commit to going solar. Rather, they were thorough in their explanations of the tax advantages, installation process, and, of course, the benefits of producing energy and significantly lowering our monthly SCE bill. They continue to monitor our system and have already made a service call to correct a malfunction. We are delighted with the results and would be happy to recommend Future Energy Savers to anyone considering going solar.

Love our Solar

For years we considered having a solar system installed on our home. We talked with sales representatives from several companies and ultimately decided to go with Future Energy Savers. We are glad we did! Our sales representative, Kevin Gaskins, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a low-pressure presentation, thoroughly explaining how solar works and the superior quality of the American-made panels his company installs, each panel with its own inverter. The system is working great, looks great, and is actually generating more power than the system was designed to produce. We really like using the app for monitoring the production and functioning of our energy system, and we really appreciate the company’s assistance in obtaining financing for the project. My name is Claudia, and i first heard about Future Energy Savers from my niece and nephew n law, they absolutely loved everything about this company. Then one of my sister's and her husband had Future Energy Savers install their solar and again they were very happy with the service in every way. So when I bought my house I already knew I was going to use Future Energy Savers and I did. The service has been outstanding they got right to work and got it done and was so informative about each step. Extremely nice people always willing to answer questions. I have been VERY happy with my solar and all the folks that have been involved in my install and paperwork!!!!. Thank you Future Energy Savers for making an effortless transition! Sales person was informative and pleasant. The installation was fast and professional. Future Energy installed the program on my computer and showed me how to use it . Now I can view all the data on my system. I had one leak in my roof and Future Energy sent a representative out immediately. He went in the attic and located the leak. To my surprise it was not from their work but from mine. He offered to fix it but it was my responsibility so I fixed it. Now when I open my electric bill it is only $13.00 because of odd govonerment charges.I am very happy.

Solar System Purchase

I was very impressed by the sales process. The high standards, quality of materials, amazing warranty, and no-pressure sales process made it an easy decision to purchase our system through Future Energy Savers. This is my second solar panel system purchase. I purchased a solar system on a prior home through a different installer. Future Energy Savers was a hundred times better in every way compared to the previous company. My wife and I moved into our newly built home 11/07/17 and we wanted to see if we could purchase solar power before the year ended so we could take advantage of the Fed tax rebate. A visit came one evening as I was narrowing down the many companies/individuals that I had come across, a door to door contact working for Future Energy Savers.Co. came by who was very outgoing and pleasant. It was most fortuitous for me. Didn't 't have to begin the tedious process of interviewing a minimum of five companies. My contact with employees of F.E.S. from the door to door contact, the in home consultants, the installers, the handling of permits, their proper scheduling, timing appointment visits, excellent explanation and expectations of each step by step process were not only unique but most welcomed. All of the above reassured us that we had picked the front runner of so,ar powerinstallation companies. I forked over $1,000 down and 30% at preside and the rest upon completion. I was sold in that the company was family owned, nearly 40 years in business, and on their commitment to be 100% involved in the total process of Solar Power Installation, warranting and monitoring their unique product. No sub contracting, no passing the buck. The contact with each and every employee and the service they gave was 5 star....gave a 4 for their after sales support because of the need to do my own monitoring of their warranty expectations and their monitoring services which are to come post installation. Till at least a few years have gone by, can't in good conscience, release the the fifth and final star. But I feel some confidence that it will be attained because of the commitments F.E.S. has shown so far.

Future Energy Savers Review

In November 2017 I decided to have solar installed at my home.. I received quotes from two companies and they were comparable... I selected Future Energy Savers as I felt their representative gave a more detailed explanation of the product and the installation process and I also liked that they offered a referral rebate program... I have filed the 30% tax credit on my 2017 taxes... The installation was done in a timely manner and I am a very satisfied customer..

Can't Go Wrong by Going with Future

Talk to Future rep at one of the home shows and scheduled an appointment, also scheduled several others. They came by on-time and ready to share information, not pushy. After comparing them against several others, their numbers made the most sense. Scheduled the installation and BAM!!, done in one day. I just had the house painted and the install team painted the conduit to match without blinking an eye. Received our first bills and the numbers were right on what they said. I would recommend this team every time to do your solar installation. Easy to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and no hassles. Thanks Future.

Smart Move!

Future Energy Savers was so easy to work with. From the first moment the salesman entered my residence to the last foot leaving the property after installation. Through every step of the process it was a great experience. I was hesitant at first to commit to solar but after, I have been smiling ever since. I have been encouraging friends and family to add solar to their properties. I opted to go the Ambassador Program and saved some money as well. I took advantage of the tax deduction and it was worth it. Since installation, there has been no issues and my bills have been no more than $14. I love all the features I get with this system. I can see what my panels are producing and it's down to the hour of the day through the monitoring website. I highly recommend Future Energy Savers products because they are American made and come with a great warranty. The installation was outstanding! They even asked if I had left over paint so they could paint the parts they installed to match the exterior of the house. That's just service! Thanks Future Energy Savers!

Pleasure to work with

It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Future Energy Savers. Sales person was friendly, polite, and professional. The process was much faster than we thought it would be. The office staff kept us updated via emails and phone calls through the entire install process. During this process their will be a few different people who come to your house. This will be the person who checks your roof to lay out your panels, the panel/electrical installers, and the person who does the final paperwork. All these people showed up on time and were never late. They explained their reason for being there and were very professional. I had a question on one of my first utility bills so I called the office. A very nice lady referred me to a person who was out of the office. (She told me he was) I left a voice mail and he promptly called me back with in a couple hours and answered my questions. Couldn't ask for more. I can already see savings on my electrical bill and I am looking forward to the warmer season to increase my solar production.

Professional Team

Future Energy Savers installed my new solar system recently, and it’s truly been a pleasure to work with the whole staff. From the sales department that came out and explained everything from: How the system works, how to choose all my options in the equipment and the financing, what I should expect in it’s performance, to how I can keep track of the status & production of the system, even from my phone. The kind office staff: That came out to carefully measure & design a system custom fit for my house. The folks helped make the permitting process go so smoothly with my utility company, and those getting me in touch with the finance officer and answering any other questions I had. The great installers: That came out to do a fantastic job getting it up and producing power. Doing it safely and efficiently, while being clean, neat and respecting my home and property. Excellent!

We are so happy with our decision to use FUTURE ENERGY SAVERS! From our Sales Rep Kyle, to Robert who oversaw the permits (city, and ESPECIALLY our HOA) and installation, to Jesus, who has been here during and after installation (and explained everything we need to do with the system going forward), to Naomi and Lisa in the offices, we were so pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and integrity of everyone we have dealt with! We were installed on 10/31/2017, so due to clouds and rain, we haven't generated as much as we will on sunny days. So I understand that we need to wait for a full year of energy generation to truly appreciate our savings. But our first SCE bill was only $4.53! And that was for December (with ALL our Christmas Lights running!) Thank you, Future Energy Savers!

Job well done from start to finish

From the beginning to the finished product, we were very satisfied with the education and process of Future Energy Savers solar product/installation. I am sure by doing it in the winter, the process went much faster, but FES did all the work... literally. The building plans sailed trough the permit process and in few days my whole system was installed. PGE took a few weeks to get the final exception and to flip the switch. We really enjoy logging on to see how much we generate and use. We are looking forward to saving over the coming years!

Future Energy Savers Review

I was very impressed with the professionalism all through the process, from the initial sales discussion through the install of the system and the follow-up. All of the processes, permits, assessments were performed on time and with dedicated service who didn't seem to mind all the questions I posed. I am in the electronics manufacturing business and I looked at the panels up close before install and was impressed with the workmanship of the electronic assembly. They were very solid. The system was installed exactly to the schedule I was told. It looks very clean on the house exterior. I am looking forward to decades of electrical savings.

Recent Experience

We were contemplating solar for a couple of years but hadn’t taken steps towards choosing a specific company. In mid-November a salesperson from Future Solar stopped by our home to see if we’d be interested in speaking with someone. We scheduled the appointment and within a few days met with Dale. First & foremost, we wanted to reduce our footprint and of course save money. Dale was very thorough, addressing all of our questions and concerns. Once we signed the contract things moved quickly. The installer came out to survey and take pictures to determine equipment placement and the installation began a few days later. Future Energy Savers customer service sent us all the paperwork via email which was super convenient. Once the City & PG&E did final inspections, we were up and running. We began receiving usage statements within a couple of weeks. Overall, we are extremely happy with Future Energy Savers and would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend

We are extremely impressed with Future Energy Savers. After years of avoiding the issue of going solar, we saw that our neighbors were getting a system installed. We received the company information from the representatives canvassing the neighborhood and after speaking with them, decided to see what was involved. I assumed the consultation would be overwhelmingly complicated and we would be pressured into signing with them. I was wrong. We weren't pressured at all and during the meeting, we realized that the options offered fit our home. The installation was a one day process. The team members were courteous and considerate, and by the time they were done, I couldn't even tell they were here. The final meeting included a thorough explanation of the system and what the homeowner should do. We are now saving money and wish we had gone solar sooner. I highly recommend Future Energy Savers. So Happy with Future

We are so happ that we chose Future Energy Savers. We talked to a lot of solar companies, and always felt confident with what we were trying to be sold. The Future experience was so much different. After 1 hour, we knew exactly what we needed, what we were going to get, and what it was going to cost. The installation was completed within 5 days, and the paperwork was a breeze. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Solar Upgrade

… Deciding to go with Future Energy for our solar installation is one of the best decisions that we have made since moving to Elk Grove. Their new panels coupled with micro-converters on the panels seem to be the most efficient system available today. In addition to the solar installation, we needed to upgrade to a 200A main panel and also run a new 220V line to the detached garage for the vehicle charging system. Future Energy took care of all aspects of the upgrade and installation. Their staff handled the complete process in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. - We had a 17 panel system installed, and the system’s performance exceeds our expectations. The installation took place in November, at the start of the rainy season. I was surprised to see electricity production even on cloudy days; and on days with a few hours of sunshine the production covers the day-time consumption, leaving only the night hours of usage to be paid for. I expect that at the end of the rainy season, solar production will pick up rapidly and we will have a net surplus to feed back into the power grid.

Kyle patiently explained the (scarily expensive) pro cess to us. He has provided support by being available through the installation and recently, even a year later returned our call to answer questions we had on the monitoring process. We have no regrets-especially since we have saved hundreds of dollars this past year. The engineers that installed our panels were courteous and conscientious of the noise levels and the clean up. All their personnel we've dealt with seem to have the same excellence of customer service .

Recently,1 year later after installation he returned my call when I needed to clarification on monitoring. The installers were polite, conscientious of everything from noise levels to the cleanup. We cannot think of one thing we were concerned with. Best of all we have saved hundreds of dollars on our electric bill this past year.

Good Solar Company

Future Energy Savers is a company we would recommend to friends and family to meet their solar needs. Service was quick and efficient throughout the process. The sales representative and installation manager were professional and thoroughly explained the process. They coordinated the HOA paperwork and the hookup with PG&E. If there is a question, someone is readily available by phone or email to provide answers. We have online access to see how our panels are producing and we’ve been enjoying the energy savings! Future Energy Savers is a recommendable company based on their efficiency and reliability.

Converted to Solar

After receiving estimates from four solar companies we chose Future Energy Savers because of their clear and easy to understand presentation on the benefits of solar. Two other deciding factors were that they had been in business since 1978 and they installed U.S. made panels.

Excellent Service

Met with Roy the sales rep. He explained everything clearly. Two weeks later, we had someone come out and remove our pool solar panels, and the next day, we had the panels installed. We got the 275w Solarworld panels. The installation look excelent. The installed cleaned up everything, as if they were never there. We are enjoying our new solar system.

So far so good

So far everything is well and good experience. And thanks a lot, it got installed before the triple digits hit us, I know it made the difference during these past few weeks where the the A/C had to run 24/7. The people are so far are very receptive. The costumer service always been nice and courteous. The Engineer is so far straight forward and able to answer my inquiries. I'm still waiting for at 2 billing cycles so I could really see how much the impact is from having it vs not, then I'll update my review. The only thing I don't like so far is that to get the company's extra discounts, you have to listed as referral source with your phone number being potentially be called by prospective customers to ask your insights. Well for me I don't like talking to strangers especially if I don't see them that is why I give them 4 stars.
