Best Solar Discussion, Design and Installation Ever!

I was that person that said, "I will never agree to solar. I do not like the way those panels look on rooftops, I will not have panels that will distort the aesthetic beauty of my home, and I do not trust solar company representatives." My former experience had been the genesis of my feeling about solar. Especially the sketchiness of the company representatives that go door-to-door, and their "manager's" inability to answer simple questions about their company when I did background research on them. Future Energy Savers, through their awesome specialist Briana Burnette, erased all of these! She walked me through the entire process of why solar, why now, how it would benefit my home and my pocket. She explained how the financing works. She showed me the beautiful panels that would be used. She explained the entire installation process from beginning to end. AND they also installed a brand new EV Charger which allows us to be prepared for our next vehicle purchase of an electric truck. And then the company representatives that came out to do the work...? FANTASTIC! The most professional, caring, and understanding people ever! The follow-up after installation, awesome. The follow-up to ensure the system was working correctly, outstanding. The technician went above and beyond my expectations. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this small business. I am always happy to give local business owners a try - I have recommended their service ever since. The icing on the cake? In looking at my July 2022 PG&E bill in comparison to my July 2021 bill, the difference is a 27% decrease in my monthly bill. Highly, highly recommend Future Energy Savers!

I was sold my solar system by Eitan from the Sacramento office. He explained the system and the benefits to me. I had questions a couple of days after and true to his word he was there to answer them. Everyone at the office are so friendly and helpful. They came when they said they would and were done ahead of schedule. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I am truly happy with my system!!! Thank you Future Energy Savers! I've been enjoying this very hot summer. I leave my thermostat set at 75. Never been able to do that before!! So very glad that i took the plunge and went solar!

Misleading Warranty!

Future Energy Savers presented a very convincing sales pitch about the quality of their solar systems and especially about the 25-year warranty on all the components. It was sold as a worry-free installation that would continue to provide electricity once the initial investment was recouped by lowered energy bills. This was fine until an inverter went out only six years after the system was installed. When I called for warranty service, I was shocked to discover that they wanted to charge me $325 for the service. Nowhere in the original sales pitch, company documentation, or my signed contract does it say anything about a fee for warranty service. In fact, the attached sales-pitch documentation specifies "Solar Parts and Labor Warranty!" They're now trying to tell me that that statement referred to the original installation only! They have refused to acknowledge that this is misleading and unethical, and now refuse to provide warranty service without the payment of this fee every time they have to come out. I have a total of 34 warranted components on my system (17 panels and 17 inverters). The first went out after only six years, so if this continues, I will be looking at having to pay another $11,050 in service fees over the life of the warranty.

The entire process was a great experience!

Dale was our sales representative and he did a great job explaining everything. From the product to the company to the materials and efficiency. The inspection was quick without much interaction needed. The installation was super fast I honestly couldn’t believe it. We are from an HOA community and all the documentation was taken care of on their end. I guarantee a great experience such as ours.

In April 2021 I had my consultation with Briana from the Elk Grove office. What I liked about the consultation was that it was not a sales pitch, it was Briana explaining why Future Energy Savers is a better choice than other competitors. The consultation was more about wanting a potential client to understand the benefit of the Future Energy Savers company as apposed to making a peel for needing new business. I never felt pressured into accepting a contract and instead by the end of the consultation I was excited about making my choice with the company. My system was installed in June and when operational shortly after. As of the first complete billing cycle the savings are already mounting. I have and will continue to recommend Future Energy Savers to others interested in going Solar.

Great Experience

My neighbor got solar and after talking to them we agreed to have them use us as a reference. From the first phone call to set up the appointment to learn more, we have felt this company is very professional and truly cares for their customers. Dale, our sales rep, was very informative and we were very comfortable with him. From that point and every step of the way afterwards, we were kept informed of what was happening next. Kept Their Word and Time Schedule

When I decided to go "local" for solar I chose Future Energy Saversin Elk Grove. The project from start to finish met my expectations and then some. I met with the sales representative and we went over the financing, tax benefits, and energy savings benefits. Everything was explained clearly and with no high pressure sales pitch. We decided on a system size that would meet my needs. I was told that a tech would be out to inspect the roof and draw a schematic in a week and this happened as promised. I was told permits would be applied for and an installation date would be set within the next 10 days and it happened right on time. Installation happened and my permit to operate from SMUD was issued. I wasn't sure the system was online, so I called the office and one of the head tech people came right over and inspected the system, explaining that is was up and running. Great service. They did what they said they were going to do within the time frame they promised. I expect that my SMUD electricity bills will now be pretty much eliminated. The cost of the loan payment should actually be equal to or less than my old electric bill and I get a nice large tax credit on top of these benefits!

Best purchasing experience to date!!!

Future Energy Solar was one of the first company that talked to us when we first moved into our house in Tracy. Our rep Mike told us that we should wait at least 6 months to see how our bill was and to set up another appointment closer to the summer months. I was impressed with the responsiveness and solar knowledge from Mike. Since I was new to solar, I had many question that I wanted to know about. Mike was able to provide most accurate answers among all other companies that I talked to. My system is a 5.76 kWp (18 panels) and whole installation took about 2 days (installation of panels and all electrical work) and they were able to schedule everything to accommodate my personal commitments. All mechanical and electrical work passed local inspections with flying colors. Did I say about lightning fast communication - it didn't matter if I had question late night or early morning (weekdays or weekends) - Mike was ready to provide answers/clarifications almost instantaneously. Great company, outstanding service. Would recommend to anyone

Knowlegable and friendly staff

Solar rep Dale Groat, stop by my home on a cold call. I don’t normally speak with solicitors but, on this day I allowed Dale to make his pitch. My average usage wasn’t very high but, I decided to give a solar a shot anyway. As I understood, the costs/ payment on the new solar system would essentially average out to be the same amount I was paying PGE monthly. While working with the Future Solar staff I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The process start to finish took about 4 weeks, and this included but, was not limited to the paperwork, installation, city inspections and PGE connectivity. Upon receiving my first full months PGE bill it appeared for the same period from last year, to be an estimated reduction of $140.00. However, the Net Energy Meting (NEM) charges appear to have accrued for this month and showed a balance of $80.32. So, I believe the real tell tell story regarding the cost savings will be more apparent once I receive the “true-up” bill in July 2020. I am looking forward to seeing what my overall costs/ savings will be once I receive my true-up bill from PGE in July 2020.

I’m extremely satisfied with Future. The salesman was knowledgeable and sincere. He explained how the solar panels operate and gave me some options and explained everything thoroughly. 15 panels installed in 2013, has been great

FES installed my microinverter system in 2013. They did a very professional job and it has been working perfectly for over 6 years so far. They monitor it through Enphase, and I do too. I can monitor it on the web or through the app. Today the app gained the capability to show production figures per panel. I have even used the Enphase web API to write my own simple web page for my system: http://solar.fishlet.com/

Future Energy Savers delivered to the T what they promised.

It took us a while to decide to go solar before we invited the company back for a second time. We decided to go with a 4.3 kw system but i called the following day to upgrade to a 5.0 kw system. Our system was installed at the end of February 2019. when they came to do the site survey and design, they decided to give me an extra panel because there were some trees on the way. We ended up with a 5.3 kw system. After the system was installed, We ended up trimming the trees which increased my power tremendously. The system produces power even on cloudy days. Neal and Francisco were the techs who came to install the system. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything and answered all the questions we had. They painted the pipes they ran from our roof to match our house. The system started working right away as soon as the install was done. It took the city and PG&E about three weeks to give permission to operate. It didn't really matter so much since we were getting free electricity as soon as the installation was done. The difference between before solar and after solar is like day and night. Before solar, we were averaging $150 per month on PG&E. The last to months after installation, we've been having a negative balance plus the extra energy the system produces is sent to PG&E for our future use. We are very sure that PG&E will pay us back at the end of the year when our bill is due. We never thought this could be possible. It will pay for itself within no time. we couldn't have chosen a better company. Everything went according to plan. The phones were answered by a real person within a third ring or less. I have recommended future energy savers to my family and friends. Also, try not to go too small on your system. Just go at least one more kilowatt of what you think you need. They don't pressure you to buy so you have to decide. Thank you so much to Lisa, Kirk, Neal and Francisco, Margie and everyone else I forgot. The sales person was awesome. you all work for a great company. The only regret we have is, we did not go through with it when they approached us 3 years ago. We could have saved tonnes of money already.

They really handle everything!

Grab a drink, this could be long.... I first learned about Future Energy Savers from my Cousin who had his house setup with solar. He would not stop talking about how happy he was with his panels and the service he received from Future Energy. When we decided to get Solar, our first call was to Future Energy Savers. The salesman we worked with was extremely knowledgeable in the field of solar energy and its benefits and he was quick to make us aware that not all households can benefit from Solar. He requested a 12 month history of our energy usage so he could examine our household energy consumption, and determine whether or not Solar will really benefit us. I was pleased to know that our expectations and satisfaction were his #1 goal, and not just him trying to nail down another sale. After they had a couple days to review our usage, we set up a meeting with our salesman and he spent a couple hours with us in our home going over every single detail. Answering every question we had, and raising concerns we never thought of. At the end of the meeting, we had selected a package that will fit our needs and began filling out loan paperwork, and finalizing the details. This was on a Friday. By Monday our loan had been approved, and we had an Engineer from Future Energy at our home, on our roof doing his inspections and making sure our roof would be able to handle the amount of panels we would need. He too was extremely friendly and went over everything with me in detail. I knew the placement of every panel before they were installed and if I had any problems he was eager to address them. He alerted me that I had one tall tree that was going to cast shade on a section of my roof, and because of that they would need to add an additional panel to my house (at no additional cost) in order to guarantee the 5KW power generation my plan required. The next day (Tuesday) I received a call from Future Energy to schedule an appointment to have the panels installed. They had a crew to my door the very next day on Wednesday. Two men, 17 panels and 6 hours later they were complete. Every panel, every module, the inverter, the wiring. Everything completed and installed before 3pm. The crew were very professional, and only needed to come inside my house to gain access to my internet router. They had to run network cable from my power inverter to the router, running network cable through the attic and into my office. The team took great care into hiding any exposed wires and making sure everything could look as professional as possible. They even helped me by removing an unsightly Dish from my roof that was no longer in use! I was completely blown away!! The entire process was handled by Future Energy Savers. They work with your utility company so you don't have to. They pull all the permits and handle all the inspections so you don't have to. They warranty their work and they monitor the panels. Excellent customer service

We are very happy that we went with future Energy. They are easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. The installers are polite and very efficient. Loved that they worked for the company and wasn't contracted out. We are excited to be able to use our air conditioner this summer and know we won't have a high bill. Customer service is 100% they really value there clients.

Excellent customer service

From the start, my Solar Savers representative made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision, and then worked with me to make sure I got the best deal and system size specific to my preferences and needs. Inspection and installation were totally painless, getting everything done on time to my schedule, without making a mess or creating a hassle. Got the system turned on just a few days after installation, with the final inspection taking only few minutes - which was great, no hassle! I immediately noticed a difference on my electric bill which included only a partial period with the system turned on. Although my household is getting larger, the bill is dropping dramatically already. Can't wait to see how much am going to save over the summer when the AC gets put into use 24/7. One thing I didn't consider in advance, is that my homeowners insurance took a measurable hike. Everything considered, my experience so far is very positive. The guys who put in the system were professional, did a clean job, and my salesperson made sure I was comfortable about moving forward without being pushy. I've had the system for a couple months now, and look forward to saving money most of all. By the way - looks great on the house, too!

Solar Install

Future Energy Savers provided very good service during the installation of the system. The crew was very efficient and considerate. However, because the battery that I ordered for energy storage was back ordered, there was a month delay in getting the entire system running properly. This delayed the PTO from SCE. Now that the system has been operational for a couple of months, the delays seem less important. As the final details were worked out, customer service was responsive.

We weren't really in the market for solar, but once we saw the benefits laid out, it only made sense to go for it. Our representative was knowledgeable and friendly. The installation was fast and easy. Our questions were answered quickly. We're happy with our purchase and with saving money each month.
