Freedom Power

Professional from start to finish

After meeting with Federico, we emailed the references he sent. All of them had glowing reviews, so we had no reservations in selecting Freedom Solar Power for our solar installation. From the sales proposal explaining what would be installed to the installation and activation, everything was managed professionally. All the communication was timely and set our expectations correctly for the upcoming steps. Freedom Solar Power handled everything from start to finish. We just needed to sign the appropriate documents. Our panels are now generating power and we can't stop ourselves from watching the graphs every day.

Outstanding Service, Great Product!

It's readily apparent Freedom Solar's mission is taking care of customers. From a knoweledgeable salesman, Robert Bradshaw, to the careful workmanship of installers, to an alacritous service department, every experience I've had with this company exceeded expectation. Oh, and by the way, their panels are state-of-the-art. Look no further than Freedom Solar Power!

Freedom Solar Power Installation

Great organization. Low pressure sales approach. Delivered what was promised, when it was promised. Installation crew was great; professional, efficient and friendly. Great follow-up to the sale, ensuring we understand the system. System delivering the estimated power from day 1. I am comfortable recommending this system and team to friends and co-workers.

Excellent Solar Installation Company

I recently had Freedom Solar install a 4.6 Kw solar photovoltaic system on the roof of my house and I was pleasantly surprised by smoothly every thing went. I first spoke with Zach Stirling on May 20 and the system was commissioned and producing power on August 24. Zach initially put together a phone/ web based consultation. Zach was able to answer all my questions about cost, reliability, return on investment and the installation process in a very professional manner. In speaking with other solar installer salespeople I found them not at all straight forward about financial issues or knowledgeable about their product. Zach even arranged for me to speak with a Sunpower representative about some technical issues concerning efficiency of the panel in various weather conditions. After going back and forth a little on the proposal and financing options, the project was handed off the Mike Peck, project manager and Ben Flynn, project coordinator on June 17. The panels were installed July 25 and meters hooked up and commissioned by the local power company on August 24. Since then over 60% of the electric we have used has been produced by solar energy. Freedom Solar did their job very well. Something that is, unfortunately, increasingly rare these days.

Two thumbs up!

I called Freedom Solar Power when I began my quest to go solar. After meeting with them, I felt very confident that they had the best product and knew what they were talking about. My sales associate, Nathan, was very easy to talk to and took the extra time to answer my hundreds of questions. This was a big purchase for me and I appreciated the support that I received from not only the sales team, but the also the operations team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking solar.

Great service, painless process.

We have been thinking about solar for a while now and I researched various companies before talking to a couple. Freedom Solar was the clear choice. Federico Pigorini and his team took me through the process step by step, they checked constantly to see if I had any questions and the installation was done swiftly with no problems. Great overall.

Fanastic service from start to finish (and beyond!)

Freedom was professional, a quality price-point, and great communicators. Everything went as advertised with proactive updates and communication among the way. Couldn't be happier!

Very professional company!

It was a pleasure working with JD from Freedom Solar. He took his time to explain the benefits of going solar and how the entire process would be. The experience with the installers and the project managers was equally impressive. We are very satisfied with the SunPower panels and with Freedom Solar.

10.2 kw install

I am extremely satisfied with the quality workmanship and professionalism that I experienced from start to finish in working with Freedom solar in designing and implementing our solar system. We have had the system producing power for 3 1/2 months now and have yet to pay an electric bill. I wish I would have looked into getting solar sooner.

Freedom Solar Power - The BEST

Craig H and the team at Freedom were great! We considered several different solar panel installers, but Freedom was the only one to offer several size and technology options. After several back and forth iterations, Freedom's architects delivered a solar array design that absolutely met our needs for performance and cost. They mentored us through the finance options, rebate and inspection process, and managed a smooth and efficient installation. And we couldn't be happier with both the appearance and the production! The savings on our electric bills have been just as projected. We're completely satisfied with the entire experience. If you want solar done right, these are the guys!

Happy with my Solar System

I was very happy with Freedom Solar Power and am glad that I chose them for the installation of our solar power system. The whole process was very organized and professional.

Positive review of Freedom Solar Panels

I am very pleased with the product and process of solar panel installation of Freedom Solar. I went with Freedom Solar because of positive feedback I had received from a couple of sources. Furthermore, the solar panels they use are aesthetically more appealing than others in the market. The sales rep, Federico, provided a thorough overview and was able to answer all questions I had and was available to provide timely responses throughout the process. The installation team worked with me to honor the design agreed upon even though it added additional resources. The process was lengthy mainly because of the large number of people taking advantage of rebates; however, the project management team kept me posted as to where we were according to the schedule.

Great Solar Product

JD Sorrentino was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the 12.2 kw solar system installed on our home. The installation crew was prompt, professional, and very courteous throughout the duration of the process. Also, he thoroughly explained the cost, functionality, and expected savings of the equipment well before hand. All of which proved to be accurate. Our experience with Freedom Solar has been exceptional. This products performance has exceeded my expectations, and I regard this investment as one of the best I have made in years.

Happy with Texas Sunshine

Freedom Solar Power installed a solar panel system on the roof of our home in the country. We were very pleased with all aspects of the installation process, including all the people working for FSP of Austin, starting with consultant, J. D. Sorrentino. We had a list of questions every time we spoke with him, and he always answered each question where we could understand what was going on. All members of the installation team were very courteous, intelligent, and respectful of our property. They didn't squander their time but if we had questions, they took the time to answer our questions. We are very pleased with Freedom solar Power and would recommend them to anyone wanting solar energy.

Loved the quick response and feedback provided to my emails/queries.

Best Product, Best Installer

Freedom did a great job designing and installing my SunPower solar system. The sales agent JD was top-notch and the crew they sent to my house to confirm the design and install the system were very professional. They handled all the paperwork with my utility and got me up and running as quickly as the city-owned utility would allow. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar. I've had a credit on my utility bill for the last 4 months and that feels great!

Mckinney Heights Solar

We had an excellent experience with Freedom Solar. Frederico was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team communicated with us very well. All questions were answered with in the same business day. I can't say enough good things about Freedom Solar!

Freedom Solar

We were very pleased with our solar unit and an electric vehicle charging station from Freedom Solar. We live in Spring Branch and are happy to be part of the solar initiative in the community. Craig was great to work with and provided lots of information along the way. We feel confident in the system that is efficient, monitored, and guaranteed for years to come. Thanks Freedom Solar!

Attentive Service

I was very pleased with Freedom Solar's installation and service. They always let me know where we were on the project. In addition, the sales people were very helpful in explaining the rebates and how to get the maximum value for my project. The panels work beautifully, and we're saving so much money on electricity now. Our last bill was $4.00! And that's only because we also use natural gas. We are really glad we chose Freedom Solar for our solar panel project.

solar installation

Sales rep was Nathan Day. On time, knowledgeable, and provided all information requested. Installation of 30 panels was done in 1 day. Crew professional in all aspects, work area cleaned up upon completion, all aspects of system/monitoring was at level I could understand. The monitor connection stopped working. Freedom folks immediately helped trouble shoot and then called manufacturer for a replacement. If I had money would hire them to install more.

12 KW SUNPOWER PV SYSTEM INSTALLED BY FREEDOM SOLAR POWER

Freedon Solar Power Installed our 12 KW PV SunPower system. The staff was responsive to our needs. They gave us quality advice. Freedom installed the system on time and worked with us as new siding was being installed at the same time the PV panels were being installed. SunPower PV panels are the best. Every member of their staff with whom we came in contact was courteous and professional. After installation they have been prompt in dealing with our needs. We are looking to work with them to do another installation. Remote monitoring is awesome.

SunPower Installation

I researched and received 5 bids for my solar project. These were my criteria: 1. 100% offset of my electrical needs 2. Turn-key installation 3. Long-term hassle-free 4. Price Freedom Solar met all of these criteria. The system is designed to offset all of my annual electric consumption. The engineering and installation team did all of the work without any involvement on my part. The system has a lifetime warranty on the installation, 25 years on the panels, and 20 years on the inverters. Finally, Freedom had the lowest price/kW. I am actively recommending Freedom Solar to anyone who is interested in going solar.

Awesome Experince

The total experience with Freedom Solar Power was the best. The Sales staff provided multiple systems information and explained everything plainly and completely including The Austin Energy Rebates, Federal Tax Credits, and financing at an easily understandable level. The Field and Office Staff all were constantly putting our needs and desires first to achieve our goals. The overall outcome was total customer satisfaction. The best experience and I Highly Recommend Freedom Solar Power for your Solar PV System!

More than just a name!

Freedom Solar isn't just a name, it's about facilitating freedom from the conventional energy sources of our day! We ended up going with the most efficient solar panel in the world and there are only a few companies who are eligible to market and sell the SunPower product. Freedom Solar was excellent to work with and had our panels installed in a single day. They showed up promptly at 8am and were done by 3pm. Very courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the fact that the people on my roof were actually Freedom Solar employees and not a subcontractor with nothing to lose. Highly recommend talking to this company.
