Overall, we had a positive experience, and I especially want to recognize Stan for his excellent work. He was highly responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented, and did a great job coordinating a complex timeline and keeping things moving forward. His communication and ownership made a real difference. One area for potential improvement is having more clearly defined processes for new construction projects, as these tend to have different coordination needs compared to existing homes. Smooth Solar Installation with Reliable Production Results
We had solar installed by Freedom Forever, and the overall experience has been very positive. The installation process was smooth and well organized, and production started on time as promised. Based on the production guarantee, I can already see the system’s output is almost reaching the expected target. I'm so excited to get solar PV on my home. Freedom Forever made the installation complete before the tax incentive sunsets at the end of 2025 taking care of permits and overcoming supply chain issues! I can't wait for the electric utility provider's final permission to operate!

Help rebooting system
We had a five day power outage due to severe winter weather. We were unable to reboot our system, so we called and spoke with Luis. He walked us through the manual reboot and unfortunately it needs a technician to come and check it out. Luis communicated clearly with his instructions and set up the help ticket so that we can get it repaired as soon as possible.

Jacob was extremely helpful in getting our system running smoothly. He was curtious and friendly throughout our contact. Gave us pointers for checking the system and helped get the app up and running on our phones. We had smiles on our faces at the end of the calls. From frustrated to understood
I’m experiencing a delay that has not been well communicated. I’d called once before with a brush off answer. Today, Merrelyn took my concern and ran with it. While the person she needed an answer from was not able to answer her, and thus I still have no answer, I nonetheless felt taken care of and hope this delay will be soon resolved.
