Since Jan. 9, our solar panels have not been communicating with our My Solar Edge app. On Jan. 16, Carleton (co-owner) contacted Solar Edge and after following all trouble shooting instructions remotely, a fix was not successful. They then referred him to Freedom Forever where more trouble shooting was attempted but unsuccessful and was told that a service tech would need to come on site. On Jan 21, I received an email that the team would be reaching out to coordinate a date and time for that visit. On Jan. 23, since we had not received that call, he began attempting every day this week to reach scheduling, but was not successful until today, Jan. 29. The scheduler said because of travel schedules, the earliest scheduling date would be March 31!! She was polite and did all she was able to do. However, since we were unhappy with that date and also an issue of Carleton losing access with The Solar Edge app on his phone, she transferred us to Monitoring where we were connected with MIKE. Mike was very professional and understood our concerns. He patiently reviewed the previous service and confirmed that we need an onsite visit and hoped that an earlier date could be scheduled. He also problem solved and provided the solution to restore Carleton’s access to the Solar Edge app on his phone. Mike gave excellent customer service to dissatisfied customers.

I called today to get an update on rescheduling our inspection, since the technician did not show up for the inspection that was scheduled yesterday. Edwing was able to schedule a new inspection for tomorrow while I was on the phone. This was shockingly good news and service that goes above and beyond expectations. Good job Edwing. We need more people like you!

I would like to share my positive experience with Freedom Forever for the solar installation at my home. The overall execution was excellent and professionally managed from start to finish. The installation contractors were highly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. They completed the work neatly and ensured the site was clean at the end of each day. The piping and overall installation were done with great care and precision, minimizing visibility and maintaining a clean aesthetic. As a first‑time solar customer, I had several questions, all of which were answered clearly and patiently by the team. The Thunder Road crew was punctual, efficient, and worked quietly while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Their coordination and execution were impressive. I would also like to specifically acknowledge Avi Sheta, the sales representative. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. I requested multiple design changes during the process, and Avi consistently supported those requests and ensured everything was completed smoothly. Overall, my experience with Freedom Forever—from sales through installation—was very satisfactory. Ephraim was very courteous and helpful in assisting me generate a service request for my Inverter Error. He provided very good customer service. *This review is related to the person who helped me over the phone concerning an alert I received regarding one of my system inverters. This does not reflect my experience as a whole with my Solar Panels.

Friendly and efficient installation crew. Knowledgeable and had everything up and operational including the Tesla power wall.

David and crew showed up on time. They explained each step of the solar installation process that was planned and then the installation began. As I observed the process I noticed they were extremely careful about making sure the ladders and other equipment did not scratch, damage, or leave any marks on the exterior of my house. The solar panel installation and electrical work went smoothly and it was obvious they knew what they were doing and functioned as a 'well oiled machine'. I was also impressed of how careful they were of using safety ropes while working on the roof and all workers both on a roof and the ground war safety helmets. A Tesla battery and electrical box were mounted on the outside wall of my garage. These to connect into my main fuse box inside the garage. To do that they needed to run silver color metal tubing under the roof eaves to connect everything. I commented that I would paint the tubing after they left. David said we will paint the tubing. I offered to give him a can of paint that matced the exterior paint; he thanked me and said we went to Home Depot fid a color match of paint so the tubing will blend exactly. Now that's impressive! A requirement by the city is that any bushes plants or trees must not be within a certain number of feet of the Tesla battery mounted on the outside of the garage wall. When they told me about the ordinance I said I'll go get my hedge clippers and tools to take out the plants and hedges. David said we've got that handled and he began the process of removing everything and putting all the plants and clippings in their truck for disposal. He then cleaned up all of the debris from the cutting s and left the area perfectly clean. When everything was installed the crew went around and picked up any small debris remaining from the installation process.From start to finish everything was completed in approximately 7 hours. Bottom line: I am very pleased I chose freedom forever for my solar installatio. And I am very fortunate to have ended up with David and his crew. If anybody reading this decides to contract to have solar installed, I highly recommend you ask for this exceptionally professional crew. I now anxiously await the city inspector to approve the installation and start using the sun to power my house.
