Assistance with DG rebate application
There are issues with my DG rebate application, I’ve taken the steps I can to resolve the issue. I called in to Nicole, who assisted me was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. My issue is still unresolved, but Nicole did absolutely everything she could. She is an asset to the company and the ideal representative for any professional organization.

Why is pge not provide docs to allow PTO
Yasser ID 15150 was very helpful and understanding of my needs. He listened carefully and opened a research request to find out why Freedom has not provided pG&E with the documents that there is any solar equipment on my house. He will follow up with me on Friday with any updates he has.

Inverter problem
After receiving alerts from SolarEdge I noticed unexpected lights on my solar panel equipment so I called and was referred to this team. They were able to understand the issue and referred it to a team for remote repair. I should hear something in 72 hours. So far so good.

The young lady was very kind and promised to look into the fact that we have 2 power walls and need ti make sure they received 2. I wasn't happy we have to wait 3 months to have batteries replaced. She was understanding at my frustration although there is nothing she can about it.
