Freedom Forever

Excellent Work

Freedom Forever installed our Solar and Battery and did an excellent job. They communicated before arriving, worked all day and cleaned up the job when done. I look forward to the city turning it all on.

Good explanation

Professionals!

Wow! This company is awesome. First thing we noticed was that the workers followed safety protocol. After being in construction for many years previously, we were very impressed with the safety measures that they followed to keep their workers safe. Ran into a placement problem and they worked extremely hard to help us find a solution. Very happy with how they handled every situation. Our neighbor recommended them to us, and we will continue to do the same. Very, very happy with the results.

Customer service representative was very helpful and very friendly and he was able to help me set up my system thank you.

Support

Excellent response time. Problem always gets resolved.

Customer service

I called customer service because I needed help with my installation documents. The lady on the phone was kind and provided exactly what I needed. I hope her supervisor/manager can give her some props!

Roof leak inspection

Kane was great. Inspected from where the leak was coming in our bedroom and found where it was coming from in attic and on roof. It's a seal around the roof vent

Helpful

Efficient and hepful

My call was answered promptly and addressed efficiently.

Paperwork for taxes

Very helpful now just waiting on accounts to send itemized costs

After my solar system was installed, there is an issue with the monitoring system mirroring my consumption data to match with my production data, causing the battery to not supply my home with energy during non-production hours and still pull from the grid. Support team was able to review the issue with my system post-install and escalate to the proper team for further assistance.

Staff

All the staff was very professional and helpful.

Fast, Communicative and Polite

Freedom Forever has been a great experience. Once I signed my contract, I had my install date a week later. Install was completed ahead of time and the install was very polite and informative. Throughout the experience, they have been consistently clear communicating what’s coming and what next steps are.
