Solar Panels System Installation
The installation team were polite and professional and respectful to ask if I had questions about the installation. With the advancement in technology of solar panels and the more used by the public. It would seem that the cost of solar panels would be less. Unfortunately, this apparently is not the case. Your Company installed less than half of the pre-existing 34 solar panels that carry a monthly leasing cost of 83% of the leasing cost I currently pay. Can you tell me why the cost is higher for less than half of the product?

Trouble Shooting System

Customer service call
Linda was professional and explained the FF role post instal/in production. EnFin is the owner and they need to send work order if they want FF to go onsite. Last Friday around noon the Tesla app stopped communicating the date. Called Omnidian today and they setup call with their tech for October 9th. As well told to call Tesla. It is little confusing that to resolve the communication by Tesla 3 need to wait over 30 days.

System Alerts
I was concerned about getting several inverter production issue alerts so I called Freedom Forever. Jacob reached out to me and checked my system and monitored it for several days. He assured me that my system was operating correctly and not to worry. He did say he would keep an eye on it and for me to let them know if I had any future concerns. Excellent Customer Service
We recently had our inverter changed/replaced on our 19 panel system by Freedom Forever. Our follow up with Customer Service associate Ayana was completely satisfying. She helped by researching our after service repair status. She was genuinely cordial, professional and helpful in guiding us with the steps to contact the project manager in order to arrange credit for power lost.
