The crew showed up the morning of 10/14/25 Around 8 :30. Crew of 4. Introduced themselves and went over the process . Was watching what they did since I had a very bad experience with another company in the past. Very neat and answered any questions I had. They finished up around 2 pm and left the area clean of any materials they may have discarded. So far everything has gone very smoothly and ahead of schedule. Just have to wait for the final inspection, the electric company to replace the proper metering and turn on system to use. Was told all that is left could take 30 - 60 days for completion.

Quick and Professional Installation
From the first meeting with sales rep Jordon Anderson to the completion of the installation three weeks later, we experienced an organized, professional installation. Even dealing with a five day delay from torrential rain, we were kept informed of each step of the way. I am impressed and pleased with the speed and cleanliness of team. We are elated!

Incredible Installation | Great Transparency & Communication
Ever since the sales team led by Danny Correa here in Orange County, CA got in touch with me, he walked me through the whole process, and was transparent on what and when they were doing on the project. I got immediate access to the portal and he went through the panel design, layout and battery choice. Once this was decided, the survey happened within the week. Danny is a great sales manager and I appreciated his willingness to help. I was ready for installation which was done with great precision. The install team of 5 from Fresno, drove in early on 10/07 and knocked it off in a day. The team was sharp and knew what they were doing. Moses, Jose, Enrique, Marco and Isaac were phenomenal. I hope Freedom Forever recognizes their effort and rewards them for their professionalism.

Smooth as butter
David the sales representative was very helpful in guiding me through the process from the beginning of purchase to install. He is very knowledgeable of the product he sells and very informative. Josh and his install team was great. They knocked out the job in time and did a clean install. As a person who worked in maintenance, I can say these guys are professionals and they definitely know what they are doing.

System Inop
CS Rep Jake M. did an outstanding job with his guidance to reset my solar system. It worked!! System was down w/out my knowledge until utility bill was high for month of September. Called Meraki & left a voicemail on Wednesday w/no response. Called Freedom Forever and my system was back online through Jake's knowledge & patience with me. Thanks again Jake for all your help today.

Smooth and pain free
They showed up on time, made sure I knew what was going to happen, answered all of my questions and then did the work. I'm not sure how it could have gone any simpler. Was also nice they they looked and spoke like American's rather than foreign laborer's who I couldn't understand because they only spoke spanish.

No such thing as thorough planning and good communication.
The entire process from initial communication with installation completed two days ago has been very smooth. My only complaint is where the battery and related equipment was installed. Your inspector said the aforementioned equipment could be installed in the garage but the plans showed it on the side of the house. When I called to question the equipment location, I was told that is where the permitting requires so I did not move items in my garage to accommodate the solar equipment. When the installation crew arrived he asked where I wanted the equipment installed. I explained what had transpired and was disappointed because it would have taken me a day or to make an area ready for the equipment. I will get over it but I will be reminded daily of this error because of where the equipment is located.

Easier than pie.
Our solar system was just installed today by Freedom Forever. They arrived early and dealt with the elements. They got the system installed without issue and were off the site as if they were never there. Onto the next phase!!

I talked with Reese. He was extremely responsive to my concerns. He listened to my problems and was able to find the correct dept to send me to. He took the time to hear my problems and try to find a mutual solution and ended up finding that I have the type of system I wanted, it just isn’t working and sent me to the right place to get it to work

Dear Adriana took the time and the incentive to proactively find the answer to my problem. She went over and above to solve the issues which were passed off by other reps unable to listen, or find the resolution, thereby passing me on to other companies customer service., causing me much spinning of wheels and many wasted hours of my time. Adriana figured out the problem by listening, using her high level of logic, to not only find the error caused by the first contact, but fixed the issue! She is amazing!
