Wonderful experience with Freedom Forever. Communication leading up to installation & throughout was excellent. Each of the installers were thorough and explained what they were doing in terms I understood. The installation was very professional.

The workers showed up on time. They were polite and worked in a professional manner. Completed the job quickly.

I called the customer support number to report a panel not working. I had to wait a while but I did connect with a person who confirmed the problem and said she would turn it over to a monitoring team to diagnose the problem. I expect to hear from them in a day or two

Questions and Answers

I called in with several questions, questions that needed answers. I called multiple times in the past for the same issue. This time, I got Morgan on the line. She was polite, friendly, understanding, and I felt like I had a partner in figuring out what was going on. She was thorough, and broke down the issues and questions one by one for me, providing me with an answer that wasn't immediate, as these things take time, but gave me a reason to be patient a little longer. She escalated my concerns, which I'm sure others have done in the past, but again, Morgan broke it down and gave me more detail than anyone had before as to why some things take as long as they do. Being a fan of details, I appreciate it the information as it gave me a clearer understanding of why certain things take as long as they do. Morgan was the first customer service person from freedomforever who took the time to listen, and explain the process of having our panels removed and reinstalled. She was pleasant and helpful. The customer service person we spoke to last hung up on us when we asked to speak with a supervisor.

Overall very good experience.

However, one thing, still waiting for final inspections, but I did have a coleman spa in the back and ever since they installed the solar, the breaker keeps blowing. I moved it to another outlet, but that outlet is inside the house so I have to use an extension cord. Would like to get that part fixed. Other than that they did a great job.

Very good communication and listener, most of all each questionnaire to him was answered or researched. He was very helpful in notifying me of a system fault that is currently going on for 4 months... he created a ticket without hesitation and submitted it to the Monitoring Team... Called to have my micro inverter repaired and Mike was very helpful in getting the appointment for repair done.

I spoke with Kiara who walked me through my problem fix. She was extremely patient with me, you know us old guys!! She helped correct everything I was doing wrong. I can now monitor my system with the app. Her knowledge and patience was over the top. Thank you Kiara
