Solar install

Great experience so far. Great communication.

Install was perfect. It took about 4 months for the PTO due to the utility company approval process. It seems like their communication process could be improved which I believe is no fault of Fluent.

Great experience. Person knocked on my door and wasn’t super pushy. Highly recommend going solar and with Fluent.

Job well done

I was always hesitant about getting solar for my house, always thinking it would be too expensive, or would take too long to get my money back on energy savings. Cody, from Fluent, was the salesman that visited me. He was great at explaining the panels, how the system works, upfront pricing and was able to answer all of my questions. The Fluent employees that installed the panels were prompt and courteous. Cody kept me updated throughout the process and was prompt at expediting delays with permits etc. If you are looking to get solar, I highly recommend this company, and especially Cody the salesman.

Very supportive, and always ready to help when I had a question or concern. Did a great job from the beginning in keeping me informed. Thank you. Easy payments and it is super easy to keep track of the energy I'm producing.

Very taken care of and love our solar!

We got solar this past winter. At first we were skeptical but the process was very easy! Owen took care of everything and made life easy on us. It was turned on in the spring and has been collecting power ever since! Very Pleased.

Great communication

Once deciding to go solar Fluent has communicated with us every step of the way on what was happening. River Skinner also visited face to face to discuss certain steps and what to expect next. Panels were installed yesterday and we are waiting for final inspection. If you’re in the market fir going Solar, look no further than Fluent.

I would highly recommend using him and fluent. They were very responsive throughout the whole process from the day I signed until install and turned on. I had read reviews that said they’re timelines weren’t accurate, so I was nervous to go with them. But I took a leap of faith because of our trust in Rylan and I’m very happy we did

I chose Fluent Solar because I had been recommended them by a family friend in my neighborhood, and their reputation was that of quality customer service. My money was tight due to COVID-19, having been laid off directly because of the epidemic - I needed an extra leg up in these hard times. My local power company was having difficulty as well maintaining service, but my bill had actually had risen. It had become obvious solar was the way to go and I wanted to turn my attention to finding the right people/company to turn to, Fluent Solar sales representatives were - as recommended - effective and efficient in offering the details as to 'why' solar was the way to go - River James Skinner walked me through everything, and clearly pointed out the benefits and details in a way that helped me to feel confident in my future investment. I got some quotes from other companies and the salesmen were very pushy, and what I found out later, overpriced. Fluent Solar worked with me throughout the process never pressuring me for anything. Install went great and they delivered as promised.

I have always been real hesitant to buy anything from anyone that goes from door to door, but Adam Lloyd made it really easy for me to decide on purchasing solar panels. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Under promise over deliver

I had considered going solar for quite some time before John Bevins walked into my office. He was very professional and kind, provided me with a detailed and comprehensive proposal, and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. i was able to get into the right system for my needs without adding much if any to my monthly energy costs. Add that to the fact that there is still a federal tax credit for installing renewable solar energy, and the decision was an easy one to make. I was initially told to plan on a 6 week turn time for installation, but the Fluent Solar team were able to complete my system in less than 4 weeks start to finish. What a great experience.
