Above Neutral from start to finish

Our interactions with this company have been neutral to above neutral the entire time. There are a lot of different people/entities involved in the relationship (contractors). Information was slow flowing and the process felt long. Granted, Covid, permitting, utility sign-off, etc complicated the timeline, but we started this process in October and it is currently mid-Feb.

Pretty good.

It would be helpful to have one point of contact as communications with individuals don’t seem to make it to other members of the team. Very confusing with 1Solar as to who to contact for what and it would again be nice if communication with one party made it to the other.

High Quality, poor communication

Fluent is one of many solar contractors in Colorado, and they offered an excellent package at a reasonable price. We chose them for the quality materials offered, their financial backing, and their customer service reviews. We have been disappointed in the lack of communication after the documents were signed. Without any consultation with us homeowners, we have had contractors coming over for months to get our system turned up, but with zero warning or notice. We are coming up on seven months the panels have been on our roof and still can't use the system. In general, we're very pleased with our decision, but we really want to see better communication in the future.

Finally got it done!

Anad was good at sales and was accurate as a salesmen could be. Fluent was great at the "sell" but slow on the business side. If they needed more staff due to work load, quit pinching pennies and staff up enough to support your customer, at least as hard as you staff sales! Staff was easy to deal with for each necessary function with personnel/contractors on site, but this was a Long Lasting process. Overall, I'm glad we did it, our price was better then other companies, but the process was slower than other companies.
