Evoke Solar was a pleasure to work with and provided all the needed help along the way. Their work was quick and excellent, and I've now been enjoying my solar installation for 8 months so far without issue.

The folks at Evoke were our final choice after meeting with several dealers/suppliers. We have not regretted it for a moment. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. They made the whole procedure pretty much painless from start to finish. Extremely highly recommended!!

I decided to get solar early in 2023. When I signed the contract, there were supply delays with the panel manufacturer, and they gave me a late 2023 (Oct-Nov) timeframe for installation. But they worked with the manufacturer and were able to get them sooner and installed second week of August. I've had them now for 3 months. In August, since it was a partial month, I had a small electric bill. But Sept and October, my net usage was 0, so my bill was $15 (the monthly customer charge). And I banked almost 400 kwh in those 3 months. Overall, I'm happy with my solar. The panels that I chose aren't the cheapest around but they are one of the best on the market. The Evoke team have specific people dedicated to each step, from ordering to permits to install to post-install. And you can get one of the owners (husband/wife) on the phone easily if you have questions, Very easy to work with.

The crew at evoke solar was really great. They worked with me a lot upfront to help me pick out the best system for my house and helped with the solar financing part of it as well. The installation crew was awesome and had the system completed installed in half a day. I've had the system for a couple months now and the system is performing as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about the evoke solar. They are a one-stop shop for everything you need to install solar power to your home. My sales rep Stefan took the time to explain everything to me about the process and the product that we were installing on our home. The behind the scene staff at evoke took care of every piece of paperwork that I needed. All I had to do was sign the appropriate documents and everything else was taken care of for me. There isn't one thing that wasn't addressed or explained. The installation process that they provided was fantastic and my solar panels were turned on promptly after installation and inspection. Again, I highly recommend them for all your solar needs. I wish Google would let me give them higher rating than five stars because to me they deserve a lot more than that.

After much thought and research, I decided to go with a solar panel system for my home. After reading reviews and asking around I chose to have Evoke Solar do my project. Evoke Team, We were always thinking about Solar and after doing thorough analysis on various different commercial Solar Vendor and their product offering and financing options, it seemed pretty attractive and good ROI to invest in it until we met Evoke Team. After going thru several iterations specifically with Stefan, we finally got became more educated on Solar Products, what is available to the market, what is the key differentiator between Evoke team versus Commercial Vendors + product knowledge that brought to the table. We finally down selected and went ahead with Evoke Team being our primary and preferred vendor for Solar Installation. It was because of several reasons - Local Team, Preferred SunPower Vendor, Team of professionals including Wes - CEO of the company who is actually part of the Installation team whom we trusted on what will be installed on our roof for the next 25-30 years, Professionalism on every step of the process from each and every team member start to finish, Quality of work which is clean and simple, and lastly, documentation and formal plan and approvals in a very organized manner. In short, this is what we expected from a team who is professional and very down to earth and no sales crap to earn a some sales quota number like commercial vendors that are out there. Evoke Solar was great to work with. I am always impressed when the sales guy is smart enough to also help with the installation. Stefan and Wes answered all our questions during the roof work. So far the solar panels work as promised. We enjoy using the SunPower App on our phones to see how much power is being generated during sunny days.

The Evoke team is terrific! From the sales process, to the design and engineering, to the installation, and the review of how everything works - everyone from Evoke was knowledgable, friendly, low-pressure, informative, and professional. We had a battery installed with our solar system, and the team helped explain how this will work with the solar, pros and cons, and installed it beautifully. Everyone we show our black SunPower panels too and the battery in the basement is impressed with the sleek look and craftsmanship. Even the city inspector and other electricians who have come to our house have commented on Evoke's high-quality workmanship. Our system has been producing at a level projected by the Evoke analysis, and we're already saving on electricity bills. We can monitor the production right on the SunPower app along with battery back-up for emergencies. Once solar is installed, it's mostly set it and forget it, but we just had to share how impressed we are with Evoke. Could not recommend higher.

Evoke Solar did an excellent job installing solar panels on my house, and I would highly recommend their services. My house has a slate roof, and multiple solar companies told me they couldn’t install solar panels on this type of roof. Evoke made it work and was very meticulous with the process. The team was detailed and communicative with every task, which has far more steps than you might realize. They collaborated well with a structural engineer, roofer, electrician, inspector, utility company, and energy credits administrator. They also offered ways to move ahead with the process safely throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. They were available to answer any questions I had along the way, and they continued to happily answer my questions even after the solar system was set up. I was very impressed with their customer service, and I’m confident they’ll be available to help should any issues arise.

My house is old, and so major installers don't want to deal with the way the roof is built (I replaced the shingles before getting solar). Evoke handled my unusual structure, showed up when they said they would, and the negative electric usage per month is pretty awesome!

From the three bids I obtained, Evoke provided the best system for the cost. The SunPower system installed by Evoke is warranted for 25 years (panel, inverters, and installation). Interactions with them were phenomenal. Upon installation, there was some issue with communication between my router and the system. They came back a few days later with an extender and fixed the problem. Professional yet personable. There electrician (Chestnut Ridge) was excellent--I asked plenty of questions and he didn't make me feel as if I was an irritation. Everyone left the site clean as they found it

We had our 11.5 KW system installed in October of 2020 and have had an opportunity to observe the output over these last several months. We are more than pleased with the results and look forward to 2021 being a year without an electric bill. More importantly, I want to express my appreciation to the Evoke Solar team and their outstanding customer focus. We had no pressure to commit to the installation and were extremely pleased with their willingness to take the time to walk us through the details (i.e. cost of the system, 26% tax credit, SREC’s, roof analysis, overall long-term saving advantages, approvals with the electric company, inspections, etc.). They know solar – in-and-out! Adding solar initially appeared to be very complex with many moving parts. However, Wes, the owner, along with John made for a beginning-to-end carefree installation. Courtney worked with us to set up the SREC’s. Rachel set up the interconnection agreement as well as all the inspections and the rest of the team were fantastic, working together as professionals. They were always available for questions before and after the installation. It is from this very satisfied experience that I would highly recommend Evoke Solar.

Great Company! I had to do as close to no work as I imagine is feasibly possible. I had probably asked some of the most inane questions, and they got me answers in a timely manner every time! I only wish I had reached out sooner. I now have enough solar to cover 50% of my regular power bill and I couldn't be happier!

I’ve waited for reviewing my residential solar power project until one full year had passed since installation. The system is based upon the solar panels from SunPower Corp. Evoke Solar Inc. provided the overall solar power design, components (primarily from SunPower Corp.) and system implementation. Chestnut Ridge Electric provided the electrical bus work. I waited one year for (1) to verify no fledgling failures were occurring and (2) to check on/verify predicted performance. I must say that everything has come through just fine. Evoke Solar’s sales team listened very attentively to what I wanted from a Solar Power system, patiently working me to resolve/accommodate all my concerns. Evoke Solar’s technical staff provided the most effective design/cost among the three bids from suppliers that I had solicited. Evoke Solar’s administrative staff provided the necessary support and guidance for the permits, etc. and arranged for all approvals and coordination with my electric utility company (They even helped set me up for taxes/rebates, selling excess power, etc.). Chestnut Ridge Electric installed all the electrical transmission bus/wiring in a very conscientious manner to minimize wiring exposure and maximize reliability. Evoke Solar’s crew installed the power components and system implementation in a caring, quality way -- they really cared about ensuring that I had a good system (In one case, they were not happy with how the wireless monitor was working at my particular home/location, so they installed a better/later model than what the contract called for -- at no extra cost). In sum, Evoke Solar and Chestnut Ridge Electric took me through the maze of all this – and calculations for sun angles, etc. proved to be right on the mark -- resulting in a system that performed with power output for the year as designed/proposed. WELL DONE, EVOKE SOLAR, CHESTNUT RIDGE ELECTRIC, and SUNPOWER!

I decided to go with Evoke Solar after my son did all the legwork for his solar install in February of 2019. Evoke did an excellent job on his install and I expected the same for my system, and Evoke did not disappoint:) They covered all the permitting, engineering, paperwork etc, that was needed for the installation. I had my system, a 14 panel 5.04KW system, installed March 18th 2020. The Evoke crew arrived early, along with Chestnut Ridge Electric. They worked in tandem and by noon my system was installed and everything was cleaned up and back to normal. You can't even tell I have solar since the panels are on the back side/roof of the house, but that's too bad since it's a very neat installation. The only things visible are the panels on the roof and the required solar disconnect on the side of the house by the power meter. If you're thinking about solar and want an estimate, give Evoke Solar a call. They go over everything, answer any questions you have, and give you an all in price, all with no pressure. They look at each individual project and if solar won't work for you, they'll tell you that and not sell you a system that's not going to perform. A big thanks to the whole Evoke Solar team, from the office personnel to the installers. Great job!!!

Evoke has delivered what appears to be a very quality product. We did extensive research and everything they represented appeared to be true. All of the people we talked with were very friendly and professional. The only reason I did not give five stars is that communication was a little scattered. We talked with multiple people during the experience and I was not sure who the point of contact was for different questions. I would have like one point of contact for everything. Also, the timing of the project took a little longer than estimated. However, I feel we got a quality product from a quality company.

These people are a breath of fresh air. They corrected all the errors of our previously installed system ( from a different company) Open honest in all their work! The owners and the entire staff are great!! If you are looking to go solar they are the ones you want!

To save money

I had a proposal with another solar installer. The representative was too pushy for my liking. I then contacted Wes at Evoke Solar. He was very courteous and easy going. He did not come across as the overly persuasive salesman; but rather as someone who wanted to truly answer my questions and give me an education on solar panels and installation. After my initial consultation with Wes I did have some questions which he very adequately answered for me. He is easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. His staff is also very helpful and down to earth. I believe they truly care about their customers. After deciding to move forward with Evoke, the process was handled by Evoke with accuracy and in a timely manner always keeping me abreast of the next steps, etc. By late January things were moving forward quickly. On the scheduled date in early February the installation was completed. I believe 3 days later I was approved by an inspector and began keeping in tandem with PPL. I would heartily recommend Wes Checkeye and the entire staff at Evoke.

I am very happy with Evoke. I looked into numerous solar companies and evoke was the best by far. The customer service was easy and they were always there to help with all the questions I had before, during, and after the installation. Everyone in the office was friendly and willing to help throughout the entire process. Evoke did the majority of the work associated with getting solar panels, which included getting permits, dealing with the electric company and helping us find a loan company. Having Evoke deal with these parts of the process was definitely helpful and made the process so much easier. On installation day everyone was professional and did a wonderful job.

Very good experience with evoke. Have been considering solat for some time. No pressure from the start. No hard sell. If you’ve had house work done, you know how pushy some sales people can be. Total opposite from evoke. Made their presentation and answered all my questions. Responsive to my follow up calls. Had system installed and flipped switch a few months ago. Haven’t had an electric bill since. All workers were professional. They continue to be responsive with any questions even though all work is completed

Wes, Roshelle, Stefan, Dan and everyone else at Evoke Solar have been a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone. No pressure, no bull! I knew quite a bit about solar design and installation going into this, and I heard some questionable sales pitches (pushes!) and saw some bogus system designs from other vendors. Evoke was right on the money with their system design, offering a choice of two solutions for our house. In order to stay within our budget we went with the smaller capacity system. The SunPower mini-inverter panels are top of the line and Evoke ‘s workmanship is impeccable (despite the fact that they wear some funny hats when installing)!. We signed the contract in June and generated our first day of electricity in September! I will use Evoke again to enlarge our system and integrate an Energy Storage solution in the future when the price of batteries comes down a bit. Couldn’t be happier.

I looked at several solar companies in my area in Pennsylvania and I am so glad I went with them. They have 15 yrs of experience and they were professional from start to finish. I was worried they would be more expensive than other solar companies but they were actually less expensive. I think that because their panels are more efficient, you end up using less panels than the other companies that gave us quotes and that is why they were priced better....or at least that is the cognitive leap I made. But I am very glad I went with them.

On the recommendation of a co-worker w/ a SunPower system I contacted them who put me in touch w/ Evoke. I was hesitant since my home inspector told me I had maybe 5-7 yrs before my roof needed replacing. But my co-worker told me to contact them anyway and have them check the roof. I submitted by info to SunPower who put in touch w/ Evoke. Stefan contacted me on the phone within 48 hours and was very helpful and informative. When I explained I was only available on weekends he told me it wasn't a problem. When I explained my roof situation he told me it wasn't a problem. A through inspection of the roof and visual inspection of the electrical system would be conducted before any design phase would begin. I made an appt for the following Sunday after church. He came out w/ information booklets and panel samples. After explaining how solar works and looking over my utility bills he left without the sales push. He insisted that I do addt'l research on solar before making a decision. I like it that there isn't a push to make a sale on the spot. Means they know they have a good system. After doing some addt'l research and getting some questions answered we decided to pull the trigger. Once the contracts were signed and system was designed all the different aspects came into play. Permits, financing, work orders, etc. It was all very smooth and I was very impresed w/ how organized their entire operation is. I signed the contract on June 14, 2018, financing secured within days, work permits submitted and approved within 14 days, system installed August 2018 and final approval rcvd on August 31, 2018. Even Evoke staff was amazed at the speed I rcvd my final approval. My co-worker in NY said it took him about 8 months. I can't say enough about Evoke Solar. They are very well organized. Since August 31, 2018 when my system was activated we have paid on average $16.62 during the non-heating months and $150 during the heating months. BTW I rcvd a check for $122.00 from PPL in May for the excess credit I had in my account due to the electric that was pushed back to PPL. I love my system and Evoke Solar! Glad my co-worker told me to contact SunPower who put me in touch with Evoke.

There with you every step of the process, honest & quality work. I choose them because they offered a competitive price and did not try to sell me a over priced system or cheap equipment to get my business. Evoke Solar accommodated my busy schedule with the installation and inspection dates. They did not rush the project, made sure all my questions were answered and needs meet. The owner Wes does the installs with his team and makes sure that his attention to detail is present at every project. I would strongly recommend Evoke Solar to anyone looking to get a Solar system installed.

They did a great job installing my system, and answered all my questions. They were professional and helpful at all times. HIGHLY recommend.

They did not size my inverter correctly (13.395 kW on 10kW inverter), so I experience significant clipping and am under my production/SREC allowance. I've attempted numerous times to have them come out and add an additional/smaller inverter that I can pull some panels from the existing setup and add a few more panels and they're always "going to get back to me".

Stephan came for the sales call he is also an installer so he answered all my questions. And I just felt comfortable with them.
