Everything was awesome, from a Sales to commissioning system

Two years plus and loving it.

Going on over two years with our system and it has been great and far exceeded expectations!! Haven’t had to pay for electricity for two years plus. Only pay the monthly minimum connection charge and even that gets covered a few months every year with credits for energy produced. EmPower did it all. They were professional timely and great to work with. Can’t say enough good things about Solar and Empower

Great experience

I met with 4 installers before selecting Empower for my system, and it was a great experience from begin to end. Beth was so patient and knowledgeable, she went through multiple design iterations to ensure we got the correct system for our home and our needs. Empower took care of all the paperwork and permits, and installation was smooth and completed in one day. I would highly suggest anyone considering to talk to empower before deciding to go solar or not.

X22 360 Watt Panel

EmPower by SunPower highly recommended, I did a lot of research before decided to go with EmPower by SunPower, their proposal was not the cheaper but I would say they are the best. Great communication, an assigned project manager handling your project from start to finished and let you know every step of the way in progress. The crews that installing the system did an excellent jobs, good workmanship and they not using cheap material. My system commissioned couple days ago, I have sixteen X22 360 watt panel, it produced average 27 kWh/day even its not 100% sunny day, it cover all my daily electric usage with spare to sent back to the grid. Still waiting for final inspection to close out the building Dept permit, according to my project manager it takes approximately a month, will update that when certificate of completion received. It’s too early to say 100% satisfy will update from time to time for a long terms review for the progress of the system reliability and stability of power production.

Great Experience

My every interaction with an Empower employee was positive, professional and friendly. Scott was great. He gave suggestions that was in my best interest. They took all my many questions and was patient with my decision making process. Everything was clear and scheduled very timely. It was a great experience.

Great product and great service

Empower provides SunPower solar panel which is one the the few great major solar panel manufacturers. Empower did an excellent job on the installation. We also choose the option to add a Tesla Powerwall in our system. Dave and Mike from the installation team took extra efforts to fine tuned the settings. We recommend friends to use them as the solar system dealer/installer.

Absolutely awesome

I have been completely satisfied and amazed since getting my panels installed. Everyone who I dealt with at Emower Solar was competent, polite, and helpful. Since the system has been turned on, we have been making a lot of power. It is so cool to see our net meter go backwards during the day.

Best service!

Erik from Empower Solor is a great sales person. He explained to me the solor proframes and he checked me electric bill and suggested us to purchase it instead leasing. He is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling and he is very patient to answer all my questions. He knows what he is selling and does the all the follow up after the before and after contract was signed. I’ll refer him to my friends and clients.

Easy and smooth

The company was a pleasure to work with from sales to installation. The panels are working better than expected thus far and the installation looks great on our house. Couldn't be happier

Well oiled machine!

So we have not had our install yet, however we are extremely excited. So far the process has been great. Kyle Solomon has been knowledgeable, and understanding of a lot of my concerns and questions. It’s a huge investment, but so far I feel it’s well worth. I am still in the early stages but if every continues as planned, it will be like a well oiled machine!

Amazing job start to finish

From the time my salesperson, Erik came over until the last day of the installation (which was only a day and a half), Enpower was amazing. The communication, the knowledge and the service level was simply fantastic. Erik even came over after the installation was complete to check the work and ensure a job well done. I’m very happy I decided to go with Empower over the initial company I almost chose.

Best Choise

From talking to the sales rep to getting the installation this was the easiest company to deal with Sunpower did such a great job on my system. They installed this in like one day and a half(once all permits were approved) and the guys were so nice and helpful it was a pleasure to have them here. The sales person,Scott was awesome and sold me what I needed at a great price and was so knowledgable it was great! If your thinking to go solar, these are the guys to use!!!! I spoke with others and no other company came close to them.Overall , after three months the job was done my electric bills came zero and I have also credit in a bank for the raining/snowing days.My final advice is to use Sunpower with no regrets!

After almost 2 years of research and multiple solar power companies interviews, none of them compared to SunPower. They were very professional and thorough and I didn't feel pressured anytime during the process. The fact that thebhave the highest panels on the market with built in inverters along with a 25Year Warranty made my decision even easier. The installation went flawless even though some uneventful weather delayed it. Thank You SunPower for making me a very happy customer!

Look no further than this company. I had two systems installed in two different homes in 5 years. From the moment I met the sales team I knew I was in the right hands. Everyone I dealt with from this company was a true professional.

Best Installer Ever!

We dd a lot of research before installing our solar panels. EmPower came highly recommended and we were not disappointed! The installation was done in the amount of time they said it would be done, and the installers were not only professional but super nice! Their work was immaculate and there wasn't a speck of anything out of place when they were finished. They took care of every little detail from the beginning to the end of the process including all the permits and other town paperwork. We in turn would highly recommend them to anyone!

Total Satisfaction

After many years of mulling over the solar option, 2016 was the year I dropped the hammer and went with Sunpower by Empower for my installation and solar lease. From my initial phone conversations and sales appointment, to the e-mailed paperwork and swift answers to my many questions, the sign-up process was straight forward and accurate. Once all the red tape and permits were taken care of by EmPower, the actual install went off without a hitch, completed in 1 and a half days, neatly and in a highly professional manor. I was up and running in no time and my solar power generation and electrical savings was immediate. U would recommend Empower to any and all who are looking to add value to their home, take advantage of green energy from the sun and have low fixed electrical bills for just about ever. I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision.

Professional service

I am very pleased by my solar. The staff was efficient and kept me informed all the way through the process. The app is informative - I can see how much solar I generate and how much my home uses and at what time. Installation was professional and workman were friendly and helpful. Scott our salesmen knew his stuff and was very honest about the whole process. He answered all my questions and I had many.

The Whole Sunpower/Empower Experience was Excellent

I went solar with Sunpower/Empower in May 2016. Each part of the team was superb to deal with. There was one glitch, but it was well-handled by my dedicated project manager, Alexandra: when the workers showed up for my installation, they discovered that the wrong panels had been delivered to my house. They contacted whoever needed to fix that, immediately, and asked me if it was okay for them to get all the structural work done, so it would be very quick when the right panels arrived. That was fine with me, so they did their work until they could go no further. The right panels arrived a few days later, along with the crew, who finished the job and cleaned up everywhere very nicely. All has been smooth ever since. I love being solar, and seeing how much carbon I am NOT putting in the atmosphere. The added bonus, of course, is I am paying PSE&G $.36 or $.39 (I just don't recall at the moment) per day for the metering and collection of the excess energy my system generates.

I've used Empower twice now, once as a solar lease and once as a purchase. I couldn't be happier with the sales team, customer service, installation team, and follow up. I recommend them routinely to family and friends.

The best thing ever!!!!

I had been looking in to solar for a long time, and I finally decided to do it over last summer. I searched reviews of different companies and finally found Empower Solar on Angie's List. Their review was great, but I was still nervous (as I always am). Now that the process is fully done, I couldn't be any happier. The people at Empower from Mat who got our estimate, to Alexandra who helped coordinate and get permits, etc, and Dave & team who got the panels up on the roof were all phenomenal!! I really can't say enough!! I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere!! They were always on time. There was no mess in the house. They were on budget and so far their estimates of energy production have been great. They did not over sell me either, and there were no pressure tactics in their sales pitch. I really felt comfortable the whole way. As for the system, it's been up for a week, and I've already made more Electricity than I've used. Pretty much, I'm not expecting my electric meter to budge much from when the system was installed. I think that is just so cool!! Empower Solar all the way!!

My second system

I recently had EmPower install a 12.6 KWP system at my residence. I am now enjoying $12 a month electric bills. I have a 5 bedroom house with central A/C and an in ground pool. The company is Top Notch. They do all the work. Permits, Financing, Inspections, Sales and Instalation. This is my second time I have used this fantastic company and could not be happier.
