Professional. High Quality.
I looked at 4 solar firms & EmPower clearly stood out as the best. The panels that they use are the BEST in the industry and have the highest rating. Based on my roof surface area, they were able to install a system that is about 109% of my normal usage while none of the other 3 firms came close to that. Two were in the 70% range. The panels make a monumental difference, and EmPower has the best panels. The service was good. Georgia, my project manager, kept in constant communication. There were delays, most of which were out of EmPowers control (city permit, etc.), but the communication was constant and timely. The installation was fairly smooth. The installers were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They worked constantly and hard on a hot day.

Very satisfied with SunPower product & EmPower design - engineer
Excellent team of very qualified professionals, on the design/engineering side as well as the implementation and service side. They handled my installation as well as ongoing service requests very competently, promptly and professionally. Very satisfied with EmPower and sure I made the right choice compared to several installation teams in this market.
