Very knowledgeable, explain how panel works

So far so good!

Sales team was amazing! They got us into a very reasonable package that is going to save us a ton of money. The installers were fantastic. Super down to earth guys and very efficient. They picked up all trash and painted the conduit to match the house. Our system looks great. Only reason for a four star rating is that the concierge is a bit scatter brained. They seem to have an issue keeping project steps together, but only a few times. In any case, I’d highly recommend this company if you are considering going solar.

An Amazing difference

Both my boyfriend and I are thrilled with the efficiency of the system and the savings we have seen. I feel it was hugely beneficial and with the sunshine in our state, it only made sense. We just waited too long! Elevation was efficient and did a nice job of the installation process with their various contractors. Well worth the investment!

Lowering my cost of electricity

The sales process was great, Adam helped us out. I am scientist and engineer and he was able to explain the in-depth info on the system. I thought everything would be more complex but Elevation made it easy. I watched the installers and was re-assured by their work and professionalism. I was just installed and will tune back with more updates in future!

Empty promises

Really questioning if i made the right decision going with Elevation solar at this point. After two years, with repeated failures in my cellular connection to the monitoring station, i was told that they would connect to my WIFI to remedy the situation, then they turn around and say they're not responsible for poor cellular coverage, and if i want to connect to my WIFI its gonna cost me $600+. I was also promised to have the ability to set up custom alerts on the monitoring app to alert me when my system was down (which has happened at least four different times, the last time for over a week before i noticed) but that never happened, they blame SolarEdge and SolarEdge blames Elevation, bottom line I don't have what I was promised. Really disappointed in the service i am getting from Elevation Solar to date.

Post installation, whenever we had an issue, concern, or a simple question Elevation’s representatives continued to display the same eager courtesy and thoroughness they’ve exhibited all along in assisting us. The people at Elevation are quality folk. In our case, they’ve proven themselves friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate for helping regular people gain affordable access to greener energy solutions at home. As solar technology and our own personal energy needs develop over time, my family and I are confident that we can count Elevation Solar to be there and assist us with the same quality, professional service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Worst products ever

A year and half in my inverter has failed and my battery has failed. My entire system went down and I only found out when I got an electric bill. Texted with a Tech on the phone which took me calling them back after 4 weeks I finally got some one here. Now I've had 3 days I had to sit at home and my system still does not work

I’ve got the solar panels they recommended

This company is the worst on communication and is the worst to get things straightened out if you have information about Elevation Solar do not do business with them

System down 3rd time

Every few months something goes wrong with the Envoy monitoring system and we lose production. A bit tiresome to have to watch and check to make sure it is working every week. This is 3rd time in 12 months. $17k and it's not reliable.

Worst costumer service I've seen.

This company will give you a quote for the credit union and when you get the documents from the credit union it's higher. When you ask the customer service about it all they say is I'll look at it tonight, tomorrow which never gets done. Now they are saying it's between me and the credit union. Don't trust them.

Great Experience and quick turn around

They we very open and up front on what to expect at my consolation and did and amazing and fast job installing everything. It's been nine months since I've had to pay an electric bill and I love it.

Horrible service and system is not working

I have had my system for two months. And even though I paid full price, my system has only been functional for 20 days. Forget about the customer service, it is deplorable. the real question is what recourse does one have when you pay for a service ($20K) and the system doesn't work and you can't get them to come out to fix the equipment?

Good long term planning. Be sure to plan the number of panels are adequate to reduce your monthly cost

Great installation experience

Working with Carmen and the team at Elevation Solar was a great experience. Except for a few Covid-19 related delays everything went according to plan. Carmen's knowledge and trustworthiness made Elevation my choice over five other companies. My panels are producing as promised and my new hobby is my daily review of production and consumption.

Over all the best bang for your buck. Able to get extra warranty’s for the unit to ensure that it will last. And Ari was amazing. Talking to him we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Referring 5 friends was easy because of the whole positive experience.

Horrible

This has been the worst experience ever. The comapny alone is horrible. You do not save any money at all. I am paying over 200 a month with the solar and duke energy it is ridiculas. I would never recommend anyon to ever get solar. there is no savings with them at all. They also tore up my gutters and hardly ever reply to fix issues you have.
