I am very satisfied with Elevation’s performance as a vendor. The system was delivered on time and it has been working without any issues for close to three years. The production level has been as expected and the company has been following the system performance along the way. I would recommend Elevation to anyone looking at solar panel system vendors without hesitation.

Elevation Solar Review

We chose Elevation Solar because of their sales person, Joshua S... He was straight forward, well versed in his craft and inspired confidence in both him and the company. Installers arrived when they said they would and installed high quality photovoltaic panels faster than expected along with all the electronics hooked up and ready to go. At that point, Mary L. Contacted us and walked us through everything to get the equipment registered properly as well as direct us to choose from the only electric companies with buyback programs. We chose Green Mountain for that. We were completely set up and generating electricity in under 30 days. I monitor all of the panels with a phone app and a web page on a regular basis. Each panel was well placed and generate the same amount of energy each month, sufficient to more than cover our usage for all months except the very coldest and the very hottest and even then the difference has been less than $50.

WOW- What a Great System.................

After about a year of having Elevation Solar design and install my solar system all I can say is - WOW! It is performing as designed, not a lick of issues with it and my electric bill is “ZERO DOLLARS”. I’m a happy camper. There are a lot of solar companies out there. And I hear all the time about how someone else’s solar system isn’t working like they expected. All I can say is that if you are looking to install a solar system look no further. Great communication

Elevation had great communication and took care of everything. They really worked to make the process easy. From HOA reviews, permitting, and power company coordination, they were always on top of it and provided updates along the way. I would definitely use Elevation again.

Ryan was so knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He promptly followed up with all the approvals from city. From the day of signing the contract to going live it took two months, which is pretty quick turn around given the fact that the installation was done during pandemic. Definitely recommend Elevation!

The rep was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process and different options for payment. The installers worked extremely hard and long hours to complete the task. There were a few hiccups with notifying me on when they were coming and how many days for install, but the technicians worked hard to make the installation aesthetically pleasing. It looks good for all the work that was done. Definitely would recommend Elevation Solar.

My husband and I were fairly nervous about committing so much money to a solar company, especially with all the negative reviews swirling around about various solar companies in town. From our first contact with Sam at Elevation Solar, we were impressed with his knowledge and patience (read: not pushy!). Installation was completed on time and we have been fully solar powered for over a year. If anyone is considering home solar, I would HIGHLY encourage them to give Sam a call and request a bid from Elevation. You have nothing to lose, and with such a large investment, everything to gain.

terrible communication/customer service - looking for escalation

I have been back and forth with people from Elevation since July 2022 (when we decided to go with them after months of research). First off - the communication is by far the absolute worst of all the solar companies I've talked to. From the initial sales consultant person to the "concierge customer service" to the southern california sales director, no one bothered to contact me with updates on my project. I had to always be the one to reach out to get an update and even then the responses were short and vague. Direct quote from an email "i am your Customer Concierge and will be working closely with you throughout your solar project. I will contact you at key points during the project to provide updates. You will also be receiving automated text message updates during the process. You are our top priority, and it is my goal to ensure that you understand the process" absolutely false claims since i was never contacted. I always had to reach out and ask them, and during permit approval they made a mistake on the application which further delayed and didnt tell me. Its been 3 months and im still not scheduled for installation. Im really just frustrated with this entire experience and I would like to speak with someone who can escalate my project and provide me with better communication and service on when i can get solar installed.

CURB service call - Fixed by Ricardo

I logged ibto my monitoring app yesterday and it said it was offline. I looked on the app and it said to turn the breaker OFF, then ON to fix. I tried that and didnt seem to work right away, so i called Elevation. Ricardo came out the next day, arrived at 8am sharp and we noticed that by then it was actually working, just took some time update. Ricardo suggested that it may have disconnected because of my wufi signal so he switched the wifu network to my 2.4 GHZ that may have a more stable connection and it appears too. Energy audit

Diana, Jager and Nate did a great job today. The work they did was very professional and they explained each step in the process. The repairs they did to the duct work and added insulation will pay off in much lower power use in the future. We highly recommend them.

Abysmal Customer Experience

Signed the contract with them in late March. The panels were installed a couple months later, however after installation, the installer did a final check only to find out some of the microinverters were not working. Company policy is not to leave the system with an issue however he was called off the job by his supervisor. I have called numerous times, and each time I'm told you're at the top of the list. They will not give a date when a tech will be out for resolution. When I escalated the issue, they said a manager will call back with 24 hours. No one has ever called back. This has happened 3 times thus far, with the same canned answer - you're at the top of the list for call back. It's now, late Sept (2022) and still no resolution. I would not recommend this company for your solar needs. They are unresponsive, and you will not get a straight answer from them when an issue arises. This is just a brief synopsis of the current issue.

Elevation Solar Review

We have been very pleased with system and the service as well. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional, and very cooperative. We had an issue a few months ago with our SolarEdge inverter, and Elevation made sure to get my system fixed after noticing the inverter went out. Great customer service. We have no complaints, and I would recommend Elevation to anyone looking for solar in Phoenix.

Worst Customer experience ever in my life !!!

When i say worst customer experience in my life, i meant it. I started out the project with this company on Dec 2021 and today is Sep 2022. Still its not fully done. After hunderds of followups issues ranging from not able to file permits, not able to know if City is waiting for them to pay fee for a month or service guy coming and returning back from the street itself without ringing the bell and then saying he rang the bell owner was not home. FInally in Sep , they have panels up and its producing solar but problems are not yet over, now the monitoring app is not setup and nobody in elevation has any clues.

Our salesman was very professional and walked us through the expectations and what to expect when we go solar. He did a very good job keeping us informed during the process. In two years I’ve only had to pay one utility bill (aside from connection fees). Happy camper!
