From the moment my solar and Tesla system was being installed, Derek Kirby with EHS (Efficient Home Services) made the entire experience easier. He took the time to walk me through downloading the Tesla app, set everything up, and made sure I understood what I was looking at. He’s respectful, patient, and carries himself with a level of professionalism that honestly stands out. Even though the interconnection with Duke Energy took a while and only went live today, Kirby still stopped by to make sure everything was working the way it should. He walked me through the app again, answered every question, and double-checked the system before he left. There are still a few cosmetic solar issues that need to be addressed, but this review is specifically about Kirby and the effort he puts into his work. His attention to detail and the way he stays on top of things makes a big difference. If you’re looking into solar, I would highly recommend Kirby at Efficient Home Services for your solar needs.

Solar Hook up

Mr. Derrick Kirby completed my Solar hookup and system is now ready to run. He also had to get 2 panels communicating with controller. Derek is very professional and patient with customer (me)! I highly recommend if you are having issues request Derrick from (EHS) he will make sure everything is to your satisfaction. In my estimation (EHS) has a top notch professional with them!

EHS solar installation

The whole experience with our solar panel installation by EHS was great we especially want to command Kirby for the great job. He did in getting us hooked up with our Tesla app and making everything go smoothly. Also Hayden at the office is to be commended for his responsiveness every time we had an issue thanks again for all your help

My Solar System

My system passed successfully the City Inspection. Kirby, EHS representative came out in the morning and prepared my solar System for the inspector who shown up later. He was waiting until City Inspector arrived and finished inspection. I discussed with Kirby all the details related to my system, also he specified what is the next step in order to get the PTO ( permit to operate). Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.

Everything has been working great with the system. We have been online now for about 1 week. We did have some communication issues in the beginning but over all everything is now working and we are happy.

Will was great. Helped me turn on my tesla system and get it activated. Very kind guy drove 3 hrs just to make me happy hes a good guy.

Overall, great experience did take a little long due to my system being a tier 2 system, but install was pretty seamless. Everyone has been very easy to deal with overall highly recommended.
