Yes we’d hire them again

Pleased solar customer. Yes I would hire them again. All Energy is the installer we chose after working with a vetting organization EnergySage, which was very helpful getting educated and stating the process. All Energy was professional, user friendly and did what they said they would do. They were responsive to our concerns and thoughts, including changing the panel lay out to be more esthetically pleasing from my perspective. The various contacts from sales to installation management to actual installers were all good experiences. At the time we started the process everyone was quite busy. Our initial talks started and committed project was signed August 2022 and the solar system was interconnected April 2023. Needless to say you must anticipate delays and have patience and reasonable expectations. Some of the delays were attributable to scheduling with All Energy but lots were related to our local electrical and building inspections and Eversource Between the different installers we reviewed prices were the same for comparable panels and project size. Soft were for monitoring the system seems good but we have just started this aspect. Overall we are very pleased and enjoy be better environment citizens and look forward to seeing the energy savings.

Excellent service

Everything from start to beginning with all energy solar was amazing. Any questions that I had were answered right away. I would highly recommend all energy solar for your solar panels!

All Energy was the right choice for our new solar install!

We met with several solar companies to make sure we were getting best value. This company has been exceptional to work with. Their rates were competitive in the market and the system itself (panels by REC) had the best warranty of all other companies. Our sales rep Justin was also very knowledgeable and made sure we were very aware of all potential benefits and credits that would be available. Our project manager Carlo always kept us up to date with what was going on. If we ever had questions he was a phone call or email away and was very prompt with his response. Both of these reps were invaluable to the process, as it was quite a lengthy one! There is a lot to learn about solar, and they were great resources. Since our system has been turned on it has been fascinating to watch the solar monitoring site and to see the immediate effects it has had on our electric bill. Our experience with All Energy Solar was fantastic-from initial consult to powered on. We got 5 quotes total. Very professional, organized and to the point. No heavy sale gimmicks —just the facts. From beginning to power up took 3 months. The program management was the best I have ever experienced. The price was the most competitive. Warranty the longest-parts and labor. The design and product outstanding.

Friendly , informative, and efficient

All Energy Solar was friendly, informative and efficient. We had a change late in the process where we added a number of panels, they still used our original panel price for increasing the overall cost for the project, even though by then the original supplier LG had decided to stop making panels and their costs went up. They arranged an interest free 10 year loan. We appreciated the detailed drawings and calculations they made to ensure our panels would work as advertised. We have an unusual setup where the power is supplied through our city rather than directly with a power company, and they arranged all the permits. Once installation started, they did a superior job and cleaned everything up on our property. I don't think our experience could have been any better!

Great Job!

I did a lot research on other solar contractor before going with All Energy. I am glad I did. My experience from the beginning to the end was wonderful. They were informative and helpful. Carlo, my project manager was extremely helpful in keeping me informed as to next steps, etc. The installation team was considerate and did a great job of installation and cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about solar energy.

Smooth process, even with external slowdowns. Carlo is the best.

All Energy Solar was transparent through the whole process from sales to design, installation to all the approvals and state/local bureaucracy. They did a great job navigating my town's special requirements, Eversource's slowdowns, etc. My rep Carlo was helpful, responsive, and friendly and I'm going to miss getting update calls from him because he's so positive and always brought a smile to my day. The solar panels work great and also look really sleek.

We are very happy with our All Energy Solar

All Energy Solar worked tirelessly to get all of the necessary approvals for install, particularly with our power company. Our power company approvals, two different times, was the largest amount of time on the entire project. All Energy Solar was great at keeping us informed of the process and the current status with frequent, but not too many, informational calls and emails. There was a miscommunication that impacted the week of install, but All Energy Solar too immediate steps to fix and install was only impacted by a few days. As I mentioned, a few days was nothing compared to the weeks it took the power company to approve the installation and interconnect agreement and the final approval (and meter replacement). They handled all the town permits and scheduling inspections. Due to the delays in approvals, there were extra steps involved with the solar loan we got and All Energy Solar handled all that for us too, outside of some signatures we had to do. Everyone at the company we worked with from the owner, project manager, installers, electricians were very friendly and helpful. They clearly know what they're doing and are efficient about it. Anyone wouldn't go wrong using All Energy Solar or their installation. So far, we are very pleased with our solar and backup battery system that All Energy Solar installed.

Extremally Professional

Molly who does the initial review was very knowledgeable and help with all my questions. Carlos the project manager kept me up to date as things progressed and I was never let guessing what was going on. The company as a whole was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for solar.

Great Job - easy to use - exceeded my expetations!

They were great! I did a quote and then a site survey to verify the quote. Made some changes - Carlo Maloni was the project manager for Marty. Carlo returned the call and had things done ahead of schedule. I helped by getting answers in a day or less. I worked with the town for permits. Town inspection was quick and easy since the work was professional. All Energy did work already in my town, so there was complete understanding. Another point: I was looking at another company that did not have a service department. You called the salesman for service. I called All Energy service before I made the decision, and they were very helpful even though I was not a client. I have called once since installed, and they walked me thru the app to verify it was only an issue with snow. I highly recommend them. I am high maintenance, but they exceeded my expectations!

Exceptional in every regard

My wife and I were impressed with All Energy from the beginning of our solar project. Before selecting All Energy I did check out other companies and was unimpressed with slick personnel who tried to sell me their system. Not so with Jake Hawkins of All Energy! Jake was completely transparent, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and he and the All Energy team designed a system that has exceeded our expectations. Once the system was designed we worked with Camille through the installation process. Camille is another professional who delivered in every respect! The installers were Keith (super nice guy), Bjorn, and Dylan. These employees represent All Energy very well and when they were done my confidence in making the decision to go solar was affirmed. I write this review in February 2023; my installation was completed in October 2022. Nearly 4 months after the work was completed I still remember the names of the All Energy people; that demonstrates how I impressed I am with the All Energy employees!

Professional Installers

This company was VERY professional, quick to respond to ANY questions and excellent at communicating the process from start to finish. They were also able to adapt to my wife and I changing plans close to install date. We added backup batteries on top of solar panels. I would Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with All Energy Solar!

I can't say enough about how our experience with All Energy Solar exceeded our expectations. They were a pleasure to work with, from the initial information stage, design, build and turn on after completion. Every worker who came to our home was polite, introduced themselves, and explained exactly what they were doing. The work was done without interruption to our daily routine, and every bit of material was cleaned up and removed before they left the property. Most appreciated, were the prompt returning of calls, emails and texts from the Team Leader and other professionals involved. My only regret was we didn't do this much sooner! I can't imagine a smoother install than this was!

"All Energy Solar" project review (residential installation)

During the summer of 2022 I contracted for installation of a residential solar installation. The project was to cover 100% of my electrical usage. I eventually recieved quotes from three different solar companies. I chose "All Energy Solar" for several reasons. Professionalism during the the sales and negotiation process, company stability, company experience, competitve pricing and very positive reviews. The positive reviews were warranted. All Energy Solar met or exceeded every timeline and delivery date. Every company representative I worked with from the design engineer, site assessor, project manager and installation crew were highly trained, competent, and perfomed their jobs exacty as expected. We had a great experience working with All Energy. The entire process was efficient and easy to navigate. Their team is great. Our panels are ground-mounted in an extremely challenging location and there were no issues with the design or installation. Our system is working really well after the first few months of operation.

Awesome experience with All Energy Solar

Working with All Energy Solar was truly awesome. From the initial consultation with James, numerous contacts with project manager Carlo, watching installation team work and exit interview with Molly, our experience was superlative. This team was professional, well informed, communicative, responsive, honest and down-to-earth. Learned a great deal about solar, guided through each step (including financing) which was much different from an earlier consultation with a much larger solar company. We are delighted with our solar production so far and excited to contribute to renewable energy solutions while saving money. Cannot go wrong with All Energy Solar!

Still don't have a completed system almost a year later.

This has been an abysmal project. We paid in full just about a year ago and we still do not have a connected system! From bogus upcharges to misinformation about our connection with Xcel, to slow and sometimes even no communication for weeks at a time.... Save yourself the misery use literally *any other* local solar provider.

Home solar system

We chose All Energy as our solar panel installer because they were very professional and honest with their assessments and pricing. They really valued our priorities and used them to create a system that was right for us. To be honest, my wife doesn't like the look of solar panels that are visible from the road, but our system looks amazing. We worked with Carlo and Molly for the planning and execution of our installation and are incredibly pleased with how things turned out.

Great experience working with them

All Solar Energy has been a great company to work with. They installed our solar panels in August of 2021. They have been installed for over a year now and it has been a pleasure to work with them throughout the process. The quote and planning process went well and they were knowledgable about the questions we had. The install teams are friendly and have been able to explain varying aspects of having solar panels. After the installation they have always been willing to answer questions we have. We did have an issue with one of the solar panels because it was under performing compared to our other panels. They went above and beyond; visiting multiple times to take readings and advocating for us with the panel manufacturer and ultimately replacing our bad panel. We felt that they went out of their way to make sure our system was performing to its full potential and throughout the process the techs helped us understand what they were seeing and what the next steps were. I would definitely chose to work with them again.

Professionalism/quality of solar panel/battery project w AES!

We wanted to say thank you to Charles Mollencamp, Jill Crandall (PM) and her crew/staff at All Energy Solar for making our solar panel/battery project a success! We are very happy that we made the decision to go with All Energy Solar for the solar/battery backup project. Everything from the initial consult, planning, contract paperwork, site prep work, equipment install, inspections, ongoing communications/updates, etc and a little troubleshooting at the end (when a small issue arose) were great and handled fantastically. Their help and patience on working through any bumps along the way were much appreciated and ensured success at the end. We would highly recommend AES to anyone considering switching to solar (and battery backup).

We got a solar + battery system installed by All Energy after comparing quotes across several different companies. Throughout our install process with All Energy, we found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Molly helped us work through several quotes for different configurations before arriving at the one we had installed. We also had lots of technical questions as we did our own research and Molly was always able to answer them. Because we had batteries installed, our installation was somewhat complex, but Carlo was extremely helpful and always kept us up to date on what was going on. Finally, Alfie was awesome to work with as we did our analysis, and the install team was professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend All Energy for solar installs.

Right from the beginning, talking with David D'Onofrio, Regional Sales Manager, I knew this was the company we would go with. After researching and getting quotes from several other companies, All Energy gave me the best advice and has been the most responsive. Carlo Maloni, Northeast Project Manager, has been so responsive it feels like my project is the only one he has been dealing with. We ran into some luck with National Grid and their timeline for approvals was far quicker than normal, which was great. The install crew that came were. Great bunch of guys and had 38 panels up in 2 days including inspection by the electrical inspector. I highly recommend All Energy, especially if you’re in the Northeast.
