Where to start.. I was innitially so anxious about committing to such a seemingly complex process... but from the moment we placed our innitial call we were impressed with not only the professionalism but also the User Friendly nature of all who we had contact with. Our hand was held every step of the way.... every concern was addressed. Basically... All Energy Solar bent over backwards ... patiently dealing with every concern that arose. Our system is now up & running smoothly ... and we are so pleased that the All Energy Solar team will contine to be there for us for any future support we might need. That personal support truly means a lot to us. When it comes to Solar energy.. we chose wisely.

Professional, Skilled, and Thorough

Working with All Energy was everything I had hoped and more. From the first meeting where we could see our house fitted with the solar panels and costs and paybacks clearly and professionally explained, to the detailed site analysis using drones and software to maximize the solar exposure and panel placement, to them preparing all rebate forms, obtaining all permits, creating accounts with Eversource, to the frequent and informative pre and post install communications by the project leader, and finally the expert skill and knowledge of the installers and electrician, I was very impressed. I give the NH team my highest recommendation.

Responsive, Committed through a challenging project

The initial install was quick and the quality was great. The final approval took MUCH longer than expected but this was no fault of AES. The project was installed right before some upcoming code changes that the building officials wanted implemented after the fact. At the end of the day, although it took longer than expected, AES stuck with it and we ultimately made the changes requested and we are very happy with the installation and responsiveness of AES.

Almost perfect

I truly enjoyed working with the installation team on-site. They were top notch and took great care of our home and our new system. Project management was also on the ball, quickly addressing the few hiccups we had along the way. I didn't love the sales engagement process, but we got the hardware we wanted at a fair price and the system is running great now that it is finally active.

I've been fortunate enough to enjoy participating in complex organizations starting with the US Navy and then through a 50-year business career in multiple disciplines & Boards. I have been extremely impressed from the first contact point through the final installation of our solar system. At each & every contact point AllEnergy’s personnel have been an unusual pleasure to deal with. The communication skill set of each individual was excellent and made me envious of this organization. Top notch experience

We were very pleased with the All Energy team that did our installation. They were efficient, professional, tidy at the end of each day, and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. It was a challenging job putting two independent PV projects on the roof of a two-family house in a dense urban neighborhood, and involved routing conduit through a crowded basement. All problems that arose were discussed and resolved satisfactorily.

Great Service

We had a great experience with All Energy Solar throughout our solar purchase and installation experience. From the outset, David was very upfront about everything that would be involved and explained what our system would look like and how much energy we would save. Compared to representatives from several of the other companies we had contacted, David was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, including intricate details about solar as well as various financing options available. He thoroughly answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we came to our decision. Carlo and his team did a fantastic job with the entire installation. Carlo kept us abreast at every stage of the installation process, including getting all the approvals, and coordinating the installation date. All members of the team were courteous and took extreme care to do a thorough job. Once the work was completed, Carlo made sure to coordinate all the necessary approvals to have our system turned on. There was a slight delay at this point as the team was extremely busy with other installations and due to COVID; however, they got our system up and running within a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

A clean looking solar install and a smooth installation process

This was a very smooth installation, from the early design and estimate phase through the installation. The primary thing that made it so smooth was that once the contract with All Energy Solar was signed, all our communications went through Carlo Maloni, the project manager. He is an excellent communicator and was very pleasant to work with. These projects arenʻt simple, mostly because of the steps in the permitting process. With All Energy handling all the logistics and Carlo staying in constant communication as each step fell into place, the project felt well under control. If we had questions or concerns, Carlo was a phone call or email away.

I'm super-pleased!

I've had a very positive experience with All Energy Solar--from the introduction with David to working with Carlo throughout the process. I shopped around a lot and landed on AES with financing through local credit union. The process takes time, but Carlo and AES walked me through the process, explained things along the way, and managed all of the steps. My panels look great and are producing well. I'm super-pleased and recommend them highly.

All Energy Solar helped me become a solar owner, starting with guiding me through the process, answering my many questions, giving me roofer recommendations, managing my expectations and now I am a very happy and proud homeowner with a new roof and solar panels. Looking forward to seeing some nice tax credits this year.

Good experience with All Energy Solar

All Energy Solar installed the system on my house and I am very happy with the process. They did a great job of explaining all the steps and how the process works. They were diligent in moving things forward, but it was a very long process as the permitting took time and it took some time to get my installation on the calendar. I would recommend this company to anyone as along as you are willing to be patient.

Very professional and friendly company.The installation crew were very hard working and a pleasure to interact with. The project manager kept us up to date and jumped through many hoops to get the job done. Although the process was a took awhile he made sure it was done correctly. I would highly recommend these people .

overall, very positive experience

Everyone we worked with on our project was extremely pleasant. From coordinator to site inspection, to engineer, to installers, they all were very courteous. Our coordinator was always available and very accurate with estimated length of times for the whole project. All Energy Solar took care of all the details and paperwork including dealing with local codes and permits. We were advised well in advance of our requirements and offered assistance if needed. After project assistance is ongoing and offered frequently. Again, a very positive experience. We would not hesitate to recommend All Solar to anyone.

Great company to install my solar system

Installed solar system to reduce my keep growing electricity bill and using green energy is my goal and solution. It is quiet a investment and a lot of process and which company I would choice is go through that process and spent reasonable money for that is key for me to ease my mine. After I looked into review and talked to the company and I feel much ease to go for all solar energy instead of other companies because they lay out all the facts and detail I may face including solar panel efficiency, price and impact and did not over sell their product. I feel I can trust them. After worked with this company, the product manager Carlo who have go through with me all detail steps and answer all the questions I have and help solve all my questions in prompt manner. and all installed guys all also friendly and keep professional way. I will strong recommend if you would like to go solar, "All solar energy" will be right choice for you to ease your mind from begin to end and I am enjoy solar benefit now on my house.

Wonderful Company to Deal With

My experience with All Energy Solar was excellent. Each person I had contact with was pleasant and helpful. I was kept up to date throughout the various stages including the sale, design, permitting, installation and follow-up. Molly was patient and informative throughout the sale and design process. Carlo has kept me apprised throughout the permitting, installation and approval process by checking in every 2 weeks. Installers were professional, courteous and on time. The inspections by local officials and the utility were approved without any issues.

Great Job despite delays from the city and electric company.

All Energy installed 24 panels (10.8 kW) on our roof in Cambridge, MA. Communication was great. They explained the difference between the various options and answered all my questions up front. After we signed the contract, they scheduled the install. The only hold-ups were from the city (slow to approve the permits) and the electric company (slow to replace our meter). But our project manager, Carlo, did a great job making sure that everything was completed, and kept us apprised of our progress. For far the system is performing as designed.

We discussed the project and agreed on the details, price and timeline - They deliverred as agreed to. everyone we dealt with from estimating to design to installation crews were professional, courteous and concerned about the quality of the job they did. the system is running above expectations - couldn't be happier!

Great company to work with from start to finish. They took care of everything. From financing, permits, installed, solar rebates. Followed up after the install too. The install crew was respectful of our time and property. Great company to work with.
