The project went as planned. The crew was excellent. A trustworthy company. That is something I can not say about some of the other Solar companies I got prices from.

We are very happy with the service and attention we received for our solar installation. Everyone was very professional and accommodating to our project and requests. The entire project took a bit longer than expected. (March to September) Our representative Carlo called weekly to provide updates. When all the approvals were received, it took a few days to get instructions on the final step......"Flip the switch". We would recommend All Energy Solar!

Outstanding company staffed by hardworking and ethical people

Since our first contact with All Energy about 5 years ago, we have experienced the highest level of service. The regional sales manager David D'Onofrio has been promptly available for all queries since installation. He redefines the terms ethical and honest. He has never exhibited any quality other than a can do approach to questions that are not his bailiwick and unhesitatingly spends time and effort to act as an advocate for clients, even several years after installation. The installation itself, I might add, was smooth and most professional. Recently a malfunctioning inverter arose and he forwarded my message to the tech manager Chris Meyerhoff, also a quickly accessible and responsive professional. A visit by the outstanding tech Mike ensued. I apologize for not having his last name. Mike steadfastly set about assessing a rather convoluted set of issues with calmness and a relentless, undeterred goal of a completed job, despite many unforeseen obstacles. He has a wealth of understated knowledge and skill that he brought to bear. All Energy is a high quality, caring outfit, staffed by decent, hardworking, skilled and most ethical people. I often run into acquaintances who have not had the same level of service from solar installation outfits and consider us to have been profoundly fortunate. Thank you all.

Great Solar experience

I'm very pleased with my decision to have All Energy Solar perform my roof mounted solar panel system. Carlo the project manager was very knowledgeable and responded to any questions I had promptly. Carlo kept me informed of the project status and expected timeline of the project. My installation team consisted of Mike, Chris, Jeremy and Rob. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked together as a efficient team. Mike went over the different options for equipment locations and wire runs. The team was very professional and did a great install in a very timely manner.

Everyone we've worked with at All Energy has been helpful, professional, and accommodating. Over the course of our project, we shifted some details of the installation and solar array and they were always happy to work with us to make everything run smoothly. Once we were in the stages of waiting on local inspections and utility approval, Carlo kept us updated on the processes and their progress. He was very available by both email and phone and communicated clearly what we needed to do and when.

Clear communication start to finish!

From start to finish this project was so EASY to have done! Carlo coordinated everything for us. Kept us in the loop and answered all our questions. Mike and Tony did a great job installing the solar panels, system, and back-batteries. They were conscientious when coming through the house and with clean-up after job completion. The system looks great. We're happy we invested in solar energy and chose All Energy Solar!

No idea how they get good reviews!

We unfortunately had a very negative experience with All Energy Solar throughout the install and activation of our solar system. I’m frankly at a loss how they have such glowing reviews given we experienced a lack of communication, improper initial installation that resulted in a lengthy delay of interconWe unfortunately had a very negative experience with All Energy Solar throughout the install and activation of our solar system. I’m frankly at a loss how they have such glowing reviews given we experienced a lack of communication, improper initial installation that resulted in a lengthy delay of interconnection, multiple improper repairs of the initial installation failure, failure to provide our warranty documents, and just a complete lack of good faith effort to identify, correct, and prioritize their errors as they occurred. For brevity, I’m only going to describe a few of the larger issues, but I also have plenty of documentation from emails, phone records and voicemails, showing numerous smaller issues occurring throughout the entire process. 1. Our system was improperly installed and failed its interconnection test with Xcel. This caused a 3-week delay in activation. They said they fixed it that day but no one could tell me what they changed… 2. …So I had to repeatedly ask our project manager to send someone out to make sure it was fixed. They sent an electrician on the morning of our 2nd test. He spent 4 hours working on it. It passed but… 3. …1/2 of our panels were not working at, and after, the time of the interconnection test. I discovered this the next morning when we weren’t generating our expected power. 4. Upon notification of our system problem, our project manager said they’d send someone “in a few days” to look at it. Really? After multiple installation errors by All Energy Solar it still was not a priority to fix. I had to track down a manager in their service department who did prioritize checking it out. Turned out the last electrician left a fuse out of the non-functional string. I hope our interconnection pass was legitimate, but I really have no way of knowing. 5. Our closeout meeting was never scheduled. I had to call and email to get it scheduled. At our closeout meeting I was told our warranty documentation would be emailed shortly. It’s a month later, I’ve asked for it twice and it still hasn’t arrived. 6. We were billed for equipment that was not needed. To All Energy’s credit they did notify me of the error, but it 6 weeks and multiple phone calls to actually get the money returned. Twice we were told it was in the mail only to have it not arrive because it had not actually been sent yet. I’m leaving out other details on scheduling errors, general lack of communication on everything, and other more minor but still concerning events that occurred. I was left with the feeling that they do not pay any attention to details, do not have any desire to proactively fix their errors, I have no faith in the quality of the install, and in general they were extremely frustrating and disappointing to work with. Consider yourself warned. I wish we had been before signing a contract with them.

A great solar experience

We had 20 solar panels installed by All Energy and it all went off without a hitch. From the sales department to the project manager to the installers, and the electricians - all was perfect. All around great experience with this company. In particular, I'd like to mention that the project manager Carlo Maloni was on top of everything and touched base with us on a weekly basis so we knew where things stood every step of the way. I can't say enough good about our experience with All Energy

Roo Top Solar Add On

I cannot say enough good things about All Energy Solar and their well trained and enthuastic staff. I had them install a 13.5 kw system about a year ago and was so impressed with their work ethic and quality of work that I did not hesitate to call them when I decided to add on to my system in aticipation of getting an EV. I had them install another 3.3 kw system that should be more than enough to keep my EV charged when (and if)I am able to get it. The installation was another quality installation done when they said it would be done and within budget. I very much enjoyed working with the staff of All Energy Solar especially Val the sales guy and Anallise the project manager. Val is fully vested when it comes to solar energy. Not only does he talk the talk, he walks the walk. He has solar panels on his house, which he was good enought to give me a tour of and he drives an EV. I love talking with him about everything solar! Anallise the project manager was excellent! She took care of every detail from obtaining permits to scheduling inspections and the installation in a timley manner. She (they) even provided all of the paperwork required to get the tax credits, incentives and applicable rebates. They were even able to enroll me in a group purchasing program within my county that saved me over $600. The installation crew also deserve special kudo's. They were extremenly friendly, enthuastic, well trained and efficient. They did a great job. I highly reccommend All Energy Solar!

Knowledgeable consultants and great project management

From the first call with Rolf, a consultant, through the installation, All Energy Solar was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had for home investments. The project was managed extremely well. I was in communication with Brandon, the project manager, for every milestone. All Energy Solar created a great design which blends in well with our roof. We get compliments from everyone who sees it. If you are considering solar, you need to talk with All Energy Solar.

Service without a sale!

Alfie Alschuler of All Energy Solar stepped up to help me with two solar panels that had quit working. Here's the thing, a different company had done the installation eight years ago but they had since gone out of business. I mentioned this to Alfie, he came and took a look, made recommendations and we got two new inverters at no cost, they have a great warranty, and Alfie plugged them in for me. The inverter wiring had been chewed through by squirrels and Alfie recommended putting a fence around the solar panels which I did. No more problems! On top of all of that, Alfie wrote a book about a boy who completes his first triathlon and All Energy Solar sponsors two of my great loves: National; Public Radio and The Greenfield Triathlon.

Reliable, Efficient, and Professional

Let me first say I wasn’t paid to write this review. I’m writing as a satisfied customer appreciating All Energy Solar and their staff for a job well done! After my family decided we were going solar, I did an online review of all the solar companies serving our area. I called many of them, and All Energy Solar was top of the chart based on customer satisfaction. David D’ Onofrio was my first contact at All Energy solar. He patiently explained to me more about their company, the solar installation process and pricing. I greatly appreciated David’s honesty and patience. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or pressure me to sign a contract like many other companies that go around knocking on doors. After signing, David connected me with Carlo Maloni, the project manager, who worked with me from the start to completion of the project. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Carlo as project manager. He was on top of the entire process, calling me several times a week to explain next step in the process, give me status updates and answer my questions. Carlo is the deal people! Next came the very pleasant and efficient Alfie, who took pictures with his very cool drone flying over my roof. Then the installers – Mike, Chris, Kyle and James who were highly professional as they did their job. They arrived early as planned, did their work quickly, patiently answered all my questions and cleaned up after they completed their work. I felt satisfied and carried along throughout the entire process. Overall, if I had to do this again, I would choose All Energy Solar. And, I highly recommend them to you all!

Great Solar Experience

All Energy Solar Massachusetts was a great company to work with! The staff kept me informed every step of the way via email, text, and voicemail. The company was also flexible with helping design an array design that I liked. This is a great experience!

service insufficient and problems with inverters

We have now the solar panels for 2 years installed and have constantly problems with one of the inverters constantly failing (3 times now in the last 2 months!). Takes too long for the company to respond and the faulty converter is not replaced. Moreover, after I have 3 months in winter without any energy production and I want to discuss options I don't get any decent answer and there is no interest to improve the system. How can a solar system be efficient if 3 month in the year there is no energy production. I would NOT recommend this company. I hope that I can write in future a better review, but I am not very confident. Until now very disappointing experience.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience with All Energy Solar! Carlo walked us through every step and was awesome! We were found researching solar panels very overwhelming and felt like a few companies were out to scam us. All Energy Solar did not give off any of those vibes, and we've been very happy with the whole process. I wish all home owning processes were as simple as this was!

We had some discussions about the placement of the panels but in the end exactly where we wanted them.

Great Solar Project in Brimfield, Ma

Our installation couldn’t have gone any better! Our project manager Carlo couldn’t have been a better communicator… He handled everything from permitting to coordinating the final closeout with NGrid. The installation crew was quick, easy to get along with and respectful of our property. I highly recommend All Energy Solar!

Zero help over a month now

Our inverter has not been working for atleast 1 to 2 months now causing us to have outrageous electricity bills. For over a month now, we've called numerous times weekly and each time we get zero solutions or any type of progress to send a tech out to fix it. We cannot reach a tech so we chose other options to get a person on the phone and there's NEVER a manager available to speak to about it and the one gentlemen, who was cordial atleast, states he'll leave a note in our folder. That is clearly not a solution and we're still getting screwed because of their lack of anything being done. Not to mention weve owned this home going on 4.5 months and they STILL have it under the previous owner which weve corrected several times already. This is absolutely unacceptable and beyond ridiculous. We will be seeking a professional and reliable company if this isn't remedied asap.

Solar panels and PowerWall

In early 2018, All Energy Solar installed solar panels on my home's roof, and earlier this year (2022) they installed a Tesla PowerWall in the basement. Both times I was very pleased with the process and outcome, as All Energy Solar provided a truly turnkey operation, taking care of all permitting, planning, installation, and inspections. I have not had a single problem with the systems so far, and my electrical bill has shrunk to zero. In fact, by selling SRECs, I am actually receiving money from the utility. Thank you, All Energy Solar.

Great experience with All Energy Solar

I purchased solar panels and a backup battery from All Energy Solar. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone interested in installing a solar system. The initial presentation was well done with the benefits and considerations clearly laid out for me. Most importantly, there was no high pressure sales pitch - they did not try to convince me to buy anything. The installation was relatively quick and the installation team left my house in great condition, no messes to clean up. Like every other industry, we did experience some issues with the supply chain. The Tesla battery that I wanted was on back order for at least a year. They laid out all my options and I decided to install an Enphase battery instead. I'm really glad I did, more on that below. I also experienced some issues with my local and utility inspecting the system in a timely manner. All Energy Solar was persistent in following up with them. The installation team and the technical support line were extremely responsive when I experienced an issue with my system registering power from my heavy load panel. They were able to resolve it and everything is working perfectly. The system and phone app are extremely easy and intuitive to use, and gives you control on how the battery is optimized for your personal use. I I appreciate the ability to choose whether or not I want to draw from the battery at night, save the battery for backup power during storms, and how low the battery will draw down when in use. Using the app has motivated me to be more energy efficient. My Project Manager did an excellent job from start to end; I've truly never had the level of customer service as I did with All Energy Solar. He called me weekly during the project to make sure I understood where we were with the install team, permits, inspections, applications with the local utility, and most importantly, if I had any questions or concerns at any time. He actually cared about my customer experience. If you're looking to install a solar system, I highly recommend speaking with All Energy Solar.

So easy

I honestly can’t believe how easy they made this. I feel like I had to do nothing. After signing some paperwork, they took care of everything and now I am saving money and watching my meter roll backwards. They kept me informed the whole way through and even kept me in the loop on the design phase. I wish I had done this sooner.

My experience.

The installers were quiet and I forgot they were, and the companies reps kept me informed of every new step. Completed product ahead of schedule saving me additional finances.
